We love our new Lovesac couch. Extremely comfortable. We’ve been less than impressed with the customer service for delivery. Apparently a few pieces were back ordered. We received an email from someone saying we could respond with questions, but the person who sent the email never responded to any of our questions. After an incredibly expensive purchase, we expected a response to an email from customer service that specifically offers a response?!We have been very in the dark on the delivery. Yes, FedEx Delivery Manager is helpful, but FedEx can’t tell us how many packages to expect (15 so far, and haven’t received everything) or how long we should expect to wait for updates on back order items. The guy in the sales room was great, but we are very unimpressed with the overall company’s approach to customer service outside the showroom.Also, as the “most adaptable couch” it would be really nice to include a set of blocks with/for each purchase. It would be nice to be able to experiment with the layouts possible with the set of items purchased. With the huge expense, and challenge to remember layouts discussed in the showroom, it would be a nice gesture to include the blocks, instead of charging an additional $25 dollars!

I wish I could leave a no star review or worse. After purchasing a $6K couch we were assured we’d be notified when shipping would occur. We heard nothing and even checked in with the company. They, again, said we’d be notified. We came home from a vacation to find our $6K sactional left in our DRIVEWAY!!!! Who knows how many days it sat there! Who does that??????!!!!! Customer service said they didn’t have our email??? We gave it to the salesman, twice. And saw it was registered with him before we left the store. So they decided, we’ll just leave this $6K piece of furniture here in the driveway. I haven’t checked to see if we’ve received everything yet but I can tell you this is the first and LAST time I buy anything from this company.
Customer service was great and helpful. I cannot believe that my chair is going to be here just three days after I ordered it. Very happy.

My husband and I recently purchased several pieces from Lovesac. We first researched the product online and then visited the local Flatirons location to see the Sactionals in person as well as ask any questions we might have.Colton greeted us warmly and answered everything we threw at him. Not only was he super knowledgeable but did an amazing job of balancing his availability with letting us have our space to discuss privately. He was perfectly personable and we really enjoyed working with him. He never made us feel like we were asking too many questions. He was continuously eager to help in any way he could.Colton communicated with us clearly when we did make our final choices and he made the ordering process super simple. A couple weeks later, as promised, we had all our pieces delivered to our door.After putting all the covers on and trying a few different layouts, we realized we had ordered a few too many pieces. I called the Flatirons location to inquire about how to proceed with returning these items.JT was immediately ready to look up our account and get return labels sent to me through email. The call was amazingly quick and easy. He even explained to me the next steps of setting up a return pick up through Fedex. JT did call me back almost instantly, just to check he did not overlook the type of return I wanted to make. After all was confirmed, he quickly sent out an email with all the shipping labels.A couple hours later I attempted to call FedEx to set up a pick up time. The woman helping me told me that she was not able to set the pick up due to the information not coming up on her end.I did reach back out to JT to see if we could figure out what the disconnect was. He instantly apologized for any inconvenience, even though the problem was with FedEx. He then took it upon himself to set up my return for me through their FedEx portal. I was all taken care of in less than 5 minutes!He was so helpful and jumped to action to make sure I was completely taken care of.It has been a very long time since I have received customer service that was so flawless. I can’t rave enough about the interaction that we had with both employees and also the policies of a company for making sure satisfaction is guaranteed. Amazing experience at every juncture.

Dimitri was super helpful! It was difficult to picture what the fabrics would look like in real life from just the website. He helped us choose the right fabric and demonstrated a few different layouts with the blocks. He answered every question we werent able to answer online and helped us finalize our couch layout + customization.
I had a wonderful time in the actual store and bought a very nice (but expensive) couch. Love the couch, but a year later a leg broke off in a move. It has been 3 months of terrible customer service, wrong parts, and people not calling me back and I still dont have a fully functional couch back.
Went to the store with my very pregnant sister in law. We were told that because of covid restrictions she would not be allowed in the store. So she stood outside the doors as I walked in and out asking questions because she had already purchased the couches I was looking at. She also need led to order a few extras to go with hers. So that was a bit frustrating. But the gentleman who helped me was very nice. He listened and answered all my questions. I ended up buying a set of couches and the covers. They told me about a week before I would get them via fedex. Well I just got the shipping notification and it will be at least two weeks before I get them. Overall I’m still excited to get them and the gentleman who helped me was awesome but they need to be a bit more transparent about shipping times.
Excellent looking and high quality products with outstanding customer service. James the manager at FlatIrons in Colorado is great and very customer service oriented . He is an expert on the product and went out of his way to help us decide what we really wanted and after ordering followed up multiple times to make sure things were on track with the unique logistics and shipping needs we required at the time. Fantastic overall experience.

They claim to be open until 7pm. Arrived at 6pm. Sign on door says wait for someone to let you in. Not a soul inside. Called them on the phone and nobody answered. For the prices they charge, their customer service ought to be better than this.

Terrible employees! Told my friend and I that we could not chill even though the point of a mall is to chill!!!! Furthermore, there were couch block thingies at the front of the store that we played with. We formed a glorious, wonderful couch and the employee later stopped us from touching the blocks, even though they were at the front and open to the whole wide world. However, the couches are very comfortable. :)EDIT: I went to the Flatirons mall again and decided to take a peek at the store. Now, a person can only go in if they have an appointment (which I think is completely reasonable). However, the employee inside the store was NOT wearing a mask! Does this mean that the employees are only wearing masks when they have appointments? This is extremely dangerous and it does not make customers feel safe.
Shopping at Lovesac was a lot of fun. I had done quite a bit of online research, but our salesman JT still showed me things I hadn’t seen online. JT was outstanding to work with. He acted more like a consultant rather than a salesman, which I greatly appreciated. I haven’t received my new sactional so can’t address that, but the demo models are amazing! I can’t wait to receive mine.

Absolutely love Lovesac! From the minute I sat on the sofa, I melted into the comfortable cushions. And the staff was amazing, they showed how each piece fit together and how versatile it was. You can literally move and change the configuration in minutes, all by yourself. I highly recommend Lovesac if you are looking for a comfortable couch or sac!

We got fabric samples for the cover and took them home and my daughter picked her fav.We went back right before closing and ordered the sac, the lady gave us a scratch off and it was for a free cover!!Arrives last night and my daughter is loving it already!!

I had never heard of Lovesac before until we got a card in the mail giving us a free $600 couch section if we came in and went through their song n dance to sell us one. We had just bought a huge sectional couch with multiple configurations so thought we would go in to compare.The Good: The staff was really nice and friendly, and although were trying to push the sale of the items, didnt really make it awkward or feeling pressure in doing so. They knew their product and everything that could be done with it, and made a really good presentation for the couch and pieces. After which they happily did the paperwork for the free couch section that we were promised.The Bad: The price tag on these things is insane. I dont honestly know how anyone in happy with what they pay for them. The small section piece that we got is sold for $600 and I would be nervous to use it on a regular basis. Its made of simple wood, and simple fabric. That holds together and links with just a simple metal bracket. If you want anything else, its extra. ALOT extra.The Brand new sectional we bought a month before we went for this, is a full length couch with 2 side sides that can be rearranged into various combinations and pit formations. Its a strong durable material and cushioned and that was only $700 for the whole thing.The first time I sat down on this thing from Lovesac I heard the wood creak which instantly made me nervous. As a whole it resembles those demo display couches that you see in places that are like Dog Bed size. Really really just not impressed in the slightest. The full couch and all the parts to equal what I have will run you about $3800 as its basic level.I just dont see the value in this as furniture. Its not that comfortable and feels really cheap. Even looking at and testing the other models in the store, I really wasnt all that impressed with them and kind of felt insulted at the price tag for what they were. To be honest, if they would pay for shipping, I would return the free one I got just from not really wanting to use it for fear of it breaking. I could be judging this too harshly, but I just really do not like it or the products they are trying to sell at the price.
Awesome staff. James who we spoke with initially was great, and he took off by the time we pulled the trigger. The communication the sales force had was seamless and the associate James passed us off to was up to date on all of our information and it was a great experience!We were not looking for a couch system this nice, but if you don’t know about lovesack, check them out!A system you can keep and change and grow with for a lifetime. Very environmentally friendly which is a huge plus.
I had about the best experience you could have with any business. I ordered the bigone in December of last year and the lead time was 8-10 weeks. I hadnt received anything as of last week. I called to check in on it and I talked between Lindsey and Kat. They made every effort to make it right and they did an amazing job. I received the sac 2 days ago and the cover today. They killed it and you can feel their enthusiasm about their job! I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone!!

I searched and searched for a new sofa. I tried to find a great quality sofa with an affordable price. I have wanted the lovesac sactional but felt it was more than I wanted to spend. After a very long search from many many stores I came to the conclusion this was the best and worth the price. I love to redecorate and I will have so many options. Plus I have a 15 year d with many friends that visit....this is going to be perfect! Also this is not my first purchase at this store and the staff is so helpful!
I walked in with no intention to buy — and ended up being pleasantly surprised at how versatile the lovesac sactional is! I ordered on the spot and am getting it in a few days - delivered via fedex (which in and of itself solves a problem of getting it into my office).Great job James!
Love this store and the lovesac products. We have three products by them and love them so much. Wish the products were a little more reasonably priced but that isnt really up to the store to decide.
Best visit ever! Was looking to purchase a sactional for myself as my dad has one and loves it! The atmosphere of this store was super uplifting and comfortable. The staff were knowledgeable and were excited for us when we decided to purchase! I highly recommend the Broomfield LoveSac store!

This store is not great. It used to be. I went there about 5 years ago and fell in love with the sactionals, I just didnt have the money for it then. We went back there recently, and the showroom was dismal and the salesperson could have cared less about us being there. He did answer all my questions, but left without making a sale when he easily could have by just throwing us a bone or being the least bit interested. I would rather purchase online than go through the store, especially since he was not offering any in-store discounts.
I visited the store to buy more convers for my 2 sactionals. Aaron was great. He know exactly what I should get and his knowledge of the product was outstanding. The transaction was quick and I would not hesitate to shop here again. Lovesac provides a quality product and we have been very happy with our purchases.
We were just in the mall looking around, happened to stop to take a break on their couch and was welcomed by an employee named Matt (scruffy beard with hurricane swirls). He showed us the sectional couch and we fell in love. One of the best customer service experiences Ive had. I would recommend this store to all my friends and family!

I love these couches and beanbag chairs so much. They are so comfy and the customer service is friendly. My only problem is that they are pricey, but I cant complain because if the quality of the product.
Bought a love sac couch in 2017. The wife and I call it the sucktional. Terrible couch, it’s heavy, uneven, and not at all like the couches in the store.Just bought our new couch to replace this thing at furniture row. So glad to see this thing gone soon!Great staff, terrible and I mean terrible couch.
The store manager helped us out, he was great. We found a sactional thatll got perfect on our living room. The options are endless, cant wait for it to arrive.

Love this store the staff was amazing and explained everything.But shipping was horrible and it came in 3 different shipments and broken peeling shoes and wrong covers sent so had to resend and wait for new ones so actually 4 shipments wasnt what I was expecting for spending 10,000 on a couch. Communication sucks.
My fiancé and I just bought a 5x5 sactional and I can honestly say I love it. Easy to put together. Extremely comfy! If I get bored with how it is now I can rearrange it a different way. When company comes over we can make it into a queen size bed. It has a life time warranty on anything. So if our son messes it up we call for a replacement. I’m so in love with this couch!The customer service at the store was wonderful. Not a commission based place. They didn’t try to up sell anything to us. We went in and told them what we wanted and they delivered it to us. I was impressed. I loved the atmosphere there. Their attitude was fantastic! I will be going back to he a big love sac!Thanks guys for everything!!! 😊😊😊

Uncomfortable, overpriced furniture and chaotic customer service (store and website people gave us conflicting information on two occasions). I felt the salesperson at the showroom was less-than-honest about the discontinuation of the Series 5 sactionals. The couch was uncomfortable and the expensive leather blend covers did not hold up—they scratched so easily and began to PEEL from the sun after only two years. We just donated the sactional because we were unable to resell it and Im so happy to have it out of the house and not have to deal with this company any more.
I bought a pillow sac because their website shows people sitting in a nice, plush, soft, sac. In reality the product shipped to me is not soft and not comfortable to sit in. Ive tried everything short of removing foam, which is what lovesac customer service recommends if the bag is too hard. the shredded foam filler is static charged and nearly impossible to handle outside of the bag.This overpriced bean bag does not get used after a month of repeated attempts at fluffing. I would definitely return if it werent such a hassle to bag it all up again.

It was essential to my buying experience to see the couch in person. The sales person even demonstrated the quality by jumping up and down on the frame.

I purchased a lovesac 16 years ago and loved it at first but lately it has really gotten flat, but I thought that’s ok they have a lifetime warranty right.... wrong!!!! I sent in my pictures and explained the problem and they said I had to have my receipt... after 16 years! I was told when I purchased it that my name and information was kept in a data base so I had nothing to worry about, the manager in the store told me no matter what happens even if it goes flat you just let us know. This company obviously does not take care of their long time customers and they don’t know what a lifetime warranty is! They don’t stand behind their product!

Worst place EVER!!! people looking for a good experience DO NOT shop here..was near this store after walking around and decided to take a 30 second break and sit on one of the couches in the store...BIG MISTAKE...The employee that just stood behind the counter asked me in a very rude manner if I needed something?..I told no thanks I was just taking a quick break and asked him if that was ok? This jerk told me NO that I needed to be moving on..I couldnt believe he said that. I will never step foot in this place again and encourage other not to as well. FYI the jerks name was Matt scruffy red hair and a beard
