Unfinished furniture exceeded my expectations and Im very grateful to have stumbled on their storefront. I purchased two different sets of furniture each with a different finish and from a simple whitewash to a very complex mixture of finishes they excelled in both. If I have needs to refinish or choose new pieces, unfinished furniture will come first to mind! I highly recommend checking their website and more importantly visiting their store to engage with their friendly and knowledgeable team. We had a great experience with Unfinished Furniture Colorado! We were seeking an unfinished dresser for our master bathroom remodel. We wanted to purchase a quality piece to accomplish a built in look. I was so excited when I found Unfinished Furniture. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone (believe he was the owner) was incredibly helpful. He emailed me pictures/pricing and was very attentive once I arrived to look at what he sent me. I am so happy with the finished product! We will definitely be back for future projects!

This place is absolutely amazing. I had started a project of turning a kitchen countertop into a desk and, as it was my first time, was completely clueless on what to do. Richard spent a good hour talking to me and giving me the right steps in order to produce the best product. Without him and the rest of the store, I wouldnt be able to have this gorgeous desk I now get to use every day.

A great Colorado locally owned business. The staff is incredibly creative and helpful. Not to mention they partner with local charities to give back to the community. I cant say enough good things about these guys.

We ordered our vegetable bin in July, and due to transportation issues because of the pandemic it was delayed. Carissa was a blast to work with. She offered to call when she had a better idea on delivery for my custom order. The quality of furniture there is amazing, I know its going to last years! They have a large selection, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Im going to be going back for my furniture needs.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. They are unable to build custom furniture. We ordered a custom dining room table and for whatever reason the craftsman never assembled the table before he sent it off. First we had to have the legs of the table remade because they were cracked and split. So after that delay we finally able to assemble the table to have it sink in the middle. They ordered a set of rails the same size as what was originally used and it still sank in the middle. Richard convinced us (begged us) to give them one more shot and a month later new rails were installed and it was still sinking in the middle. So with the pandemic this process was 9 months long.I spend hours staining and finishing the table only to get a refund for the price of the table.

What a gem of a store this is! Weve been so pleased with our purchases, as well as with the service provided by this stores pleasant, always helpful staff. We bought a chair in natural cherry that is absolutely gorgeous. Then we bought a smaller chair, which we had painted in the bright coral blush color. Its so cute! I look forward to buying more pieces from them as I continue to furnish my new home. All around, youll find at this store excellent quality, a wide selection and absolutely the best people You simply cant ask for more. (Id give them 6 stars!)

Unfinished Furniture is full of warmth and color. I love the huge bookshelf I purchased. They are sturdy, well made and the price was so reasonable. I was inspired by the paint colors in the store and was great-full for the simple specific instructions on how to paint the furniture. The finished product has transformed my room into a beautiful living space!

I do a few custom paint jobs for this store once in a while, and I can honestly say that I LOVE the quality of the furniture. Where do I start!? ...From pine to cherry, Unfinished Furniture has a wonderful wide variety of choices; dressers, bookshelves, bedside tables, corner cabinets, chairs, shoe & coat racks...etc. ...and they even sell the paint if you want to do the finishing yourself. The quality makes my work easy! ...Not only do they sell furniture, but they are also the only shop I have found that sells Dash & Albert rugs, which are very versatile - they come in cotton, wool, or indoor-outdoor material. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture or rugs.

I looked for months in furniture stores all over the metro area for bookshelves that would fit in my space and go with the rest of my stuff. I was ready to give up when I happened upon Unfinished Furniture. They literally have anything that you can dream up. You choose your wood, your style, your finish. They work with companies that can customize everything for you and everyone who works there is super friendly and helpful. I LOVE my bookshelves, which I had finished for me, and now Im buying another piece that I am going to paint myself. This is my new favorite store, If I need anything made of wood - Ill look here first!

I have a few pieces from this store. Dresser for sons room, some bookcases and end tables.They werent cheap but quality is really nice and I painted them myself. Highly recommend.

My husband ordered a sleigh bed frame from this company in November. The expected delivery was mid-December, because my husband paid for expedited shipping, which was an extra $75. The bed frame did not come in because of bad weather, so the truck turned around. They refused to ship it when the weather got better, because they wanted to, fill the truck with orders instead of just one, even though we paid for expedited shipping. It finally arrived today, January 23rd. Almost 3 months later. Sadly, they shipped the wrong sized bed. So, just dont order from this company. Just not worth the trouble.

My husband and I drove 30 minutes to go to this store today. Arrived at 10:30am and they were closed. Website and the sign on the door say they open at 10am. What a waste of time.

I was taken by this place. Some many possibilities and potentials for furniture. Your mind will go wild.

We have a 1950 home in Mayfair with small rooms and looked at all the Rows and Warehouses of furniture but found nothing for little rooms. We shopped here over a 6 month period pricing several different brands and even considered the local builder who makes some beautiful pieces. Every visit found the staff smiling and helpful with our questions (and ever changing designs…). We decided on a solid wood brand from one of their catalogs (Whittier) and the Items all arrived within the stated time frame, they followed up on all questions and though I was concerned about large items being shipped and arriving damaged – they all were in perfect shape. Even went back for one more piece to finish the look, which we love. We found the same pieces at the Overpriced Wood Home furniture store but at 15% more. We have told several of our friends who typically shop at the other Wood store and they now will be going to Boulder Unfinished Furniture. The store is small, you will not see rooms of furniture set up like in the warehouses, but for high quality, solid wood furniture – I recommend this place highly.
