Delilah at buckeye Az location was not only very professional but extremely patient and helpful with me working an understanding my phone.. as I get confused easily I would recommend visiting Delilah at her location. Because of her I chose to stay with boost an the location. She even told me to me to visit anytime I need help with phone.Thank you Delilah for your great customer service...you rock.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. They LIE & charge you a $25 activation fee. Take the phone home & activate it for free through boost. The owners Pinky & Z will not admit that their employees lie so you will have to call Boost to get you activation fee refunded. The store has been reported & is currently under investigation by Boost headquarters. If youve been charged an activation fee without the option to activate at home, call Boost & complain, theyll refund your fee, & hopefully charge it back to this store.

I just finished up coming back from boost mobile after finding out it was closed (2:52pm on 3/30/19). The time posted on the window indicated that it should be open for customers, which it wasnt. The reason I went there was to check-up as to why my phone service had been terminated, when it was supposedly set-up for automatic payment. I am not going to post my rating for Boost, because I received zero help. Im not happy...

They have better staff now. The girl there is very friendly and helpful.

Husband got a broken phone but they wouldnt replace it like they said they would because of a scratch on the back of the phone. I asked why it matters unless they sell bromen phones. She saud they do sell broken phones. My phone is fine though...so far
