Went in to ask how much the iPhone was and some lady said I didn’t want that it was like a car payment ! Ha I’ll buy it from Apple then thanks for nothing !!

Horrible customer service & rude.I went here to just pay my phone bill, they had a line & didn’t say one word to anyone. I was standing there for over 20 minutes with no direction, or idea what was going on

We have gone in the Buckeye store several times to get my daughters phone fixed. The guy acts like he knows what hes doing but never really fixes her phone. Its been time after time. We always seem to go in when the same kid is working! I also asked him about something for my phone. He was supposed to ask his manager & get back to me. Well guess what, its been over a week & still no phone call. They are not very helpful in this store. They need to be trained better! I guess I will take a ride to Goodyear, where we had to buy our phones from. The Buckeye store had no phones in stock. Go figure! You would think they would keep up with the demand of Buckeye. Im glad the cell phone service is cheap, unlimited, and works good! Otherwise, i would of left a while ago because the lack of customer service & knowledge of the phones..

Zero reception should be able to leave zero stars!Where the bars should be it just says No Service and this is at a high school, where there are plenty of teachers who need reliable cell service! If it was just at this one location, maybe I would change providers, but my house is right next to the Air Force Base, and guess what, zero reception there either! Drops calls constantly, if I barely adjust my position, or sometimes for no reason at all. Never ever more than one bar. Metro PCS/Tmobile doesnt deserve my money (paying for 4 phones a month with horrible service

My daughter mailed me a newer Samsung phone from Utah, to upgrade my phone and service. I was helped by a young lady and a young man. They transferred all my files to the new phone. They were both great to work with and knowledgable. I can recommend them at the Metro by T-Mobile store at 506 Monroe Street in Buckeye, Arizona. 85326 Thanks, Will

Actually i have never been impressed with metro pcs service or customer service until today. Aldo was the person i spoke with. Went in to pay a friends bill and he was very helpful. I am seriously considering switching over to metro pcs. Thank you Aldo.

I called to speak to someone about switching to their service. I stayed on hold for 1 hour so the girl answers I ask her my question and she says I cant answer that you have to come in the store. I cant I told her Im disabled and dont drive. All she did was hang up on me!
