I recently purchased a property with an old model Sub Zero fridge. Sentry came out and did a diagnostic to check the refrigerant system. The tool detected and found 2 very small leaks. After recharging the system she’s back to normal temp levels working like a charm. Ray is a super knowledgeable SUB ZERO expert.... apparently they’ve been working on SUB ZERO models for decades. So if you own one don’t waste your time calling anybody else - these people are great and the service call fee is worth it to save a $10,000 fridge.

Not only did they do a great job in a reasonable amount of time for a more than fair price but they went above and beyond when my furnace died on a weekend, bringing us loaner space heaters to get us through until they could come out on Monday.Everyone was incredibly professional and friendly.What was an incredibly stressful situation was turned into a wonderful costumer experience thanks to Jim and everyone else at Sentry South.

If you want an honest, reliable heating & cooling company, call Sentry. Jim is incredible. He installed our furnace a few years ago. We had gotten a quote from Roys, and Sentry was able to get us a better furnace than Roys offered for THOUSANDS less.Jim just completed seasonal maintenance on our furnace. He took before & after photos on his phone to show us in detail what he had done. These days, Its hard to know who you can trust, but I trust Sentry completely. Id recommend Jim & his crew to anyone.

My furnace broke on one of the coldest days of the winter. I called two other places that could not service it until the next day. Sentry South came out that day and had it up and running within hours. The service man was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Very inapt company which only focuses on billing the customer not fixing the problem.My first experience with them was OK when my furnace had an issue and they properly diagnosed as poor venting and it fixed the problem. They did however changed a motor and charged me about $300. I also had an issue with my Water Heater (made by AO Smith) and it overheated and overflowed through pressure release valve. AO smith diagnosed that as venting issue. I called Sentry South as they installed the water heater. However they said it was the controller and charged me over $300 to replace it. The new controller made the problem worse and they came few more times, each time charging me $195 for each visit. First time they diagnosed it as too much sediment in the water and drained the entire tank. Next visit they finally agreed with AO smith that problem was venting. Even after venting correction the new controller still kept on overheating the tank. Eventually I had to replace the water heater. Not only Sentry South charged nearly $1000 for a problem that they never fixed. The new water heater cost me $2000. I also realized that the overheating was costing me close to $50 per month in gas bill.

Very pleased. When no one else would come to our home in South Wales to service our LG dishwasher, Sentry South did. Penny and Gary were awesome. With all the terrible service calls with other companies and no show appointments, I will most certainly be using Sentry South again in the future.
I had a humidifier installed on my furnace and it was acting up. The owner of Sentry South, Jim the owner came to look at it. They figured out the problem and got it working. Jim even came to my house at 11PM one night to get the heat back on in my house. Hes a man of his word and his guarantee is real. I will be calling Sentry South for my check ups and heating / cooling.
