Great place with great product.

Is this store ever open? I walk by it all the time and it is ALWAYS closed. Even before Covid it was always closed.

Just got home and put on what might be the best lotion I’ve ever bought (and I’ve bought a lot — my skin is always dry and nothing seemed to be quite right for it, even fancy lotion). Don’t bother going to the mall or a big chain ever again, just tell Renew what you need

This store is never open even though, it says open when you check on Google. I call their number but is also not in service. Last time I passed by, the store was closed and around 4pm when I passed again across the street I saw a little dog inside the store.

I have been here twice when the shop was listed as open, and they were actually closed. There was no notice on social media or their website the store would be closed.

Drove 45 minutes to purchase a gift card, after double checking the website to make sure they were open. Got there and closed. I tried to call the number listed and the mailbox was full. Also tried to email and got an auto “thank you for your order” response.

This is a lovely shop for either gifts or to spoil yourself.The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful.

This shop is amazing! Tom NEVER disappoints. He is always searching for and bringing the most natural, high-performing skincare lines to the Buffalo. NY area. He cares about his customers, listens, AND takes time with each person to find the best product for their skincare needs.....you wont find this level of customer service anywhere.

This store is AMAZING. They are SO helpful in identifying exactly what you’re looking for and explaining the differences between seemingly similar products. I picked up the coconut and sea salt hair mist that gives your hair beach waves and it’s literally the most incredible thing - I spray it on my body to get myself out of this cold weather state of mind. Truly, this place is a Buffalo gem 💎

This is now my go to skin care place. The owner is super helpful and always has good recommendations. He makes it a priority to carry organic and skin/earth friendly products which decreases our harmful effects on the environment. There is a very wide range of products so even though I dont have problematic skin, I believe that all skin types would be able to find suitable products here. Hell take the time to speak with you and help you to figure out what you need and what would work best for you. Also he knows his products really really well! He has toured skin care company facilities, met with their product creators and he just really has a lot of knowledge! Also, last but definitely NOT least, his little dog Barbara Jean is just too cute!

Renew has great products, especially for those of us with sensitive skin. I love their Nourish Bar Soaps as well as the sun care line. They are my #1 bath and body shop!

Went here to get a replacement Swell bottle. They had a substantial selection to choose from & even had a couple limited edition items in stock! The staff was helpful & friendly. The store itself smells amazing! Although I didnt buy any at the time, the bath products look lovely.

Renew Bath and Body is a very impressive shop for people looking for natural-based, non-carcenogenic beauty and cosmetic products.....I am going through cancer treatment and am trying to get the toxic chemicals out of my life and Tom the owner, understands this.... and he goes out of his way to help people find pure and non-toxic products for their skin..

Lots of great eco friendly products. Excellent options for people with sensitive skin. Knowledgeable staff and an amazingly cute puppy greeter.

I am in Renew at least once a month stocking up on my usual products, trying new things and asking Tom a ridiculous amount of questions. I switched all of my skincare products over to non-toxic regimens offered at Renew beginning in September. Tom guided me through the process, by asking me a variety of questions about my skin and the issues I struggle with. After a short detox period, my skin has honestly never looked better in my life! The tone evened out and I only struggle with the occasional hormonal acne. Tom and his team are incredibly knowledgeable about skincare and the customer service experience they provide is out of this world. I continue to go back to the store when I could buy all of my products online from large retailers because Tom not only remembers my skin concerns every single time I go in there but he answers every question I have and I have come to value his opinion as he has not led me astray. If you want to invest in quality skincare products but are unsure how or where to look, I highly recommend you go here!
