Customer service was excellent the manager Brandon was the best even helped me with a car boost(jump)when I was stuck in the parking lot

The item i need are not that expensive the sales people are very helpful but the store is like a maze the way things are blocked trying to get to the front register

This store is pretty annoying most days. The staff is slow and often gossiping with each other, holding up the check out lines. The store is very slow at restocking products.I once went in for swiffer wet pads and they were sold out. No biggie, theres a pandemic, I get it. So I just left and went about my day. The next day I decided to check back to see if the store had restocked before traveling 10 minutes to the local Walmart. They were still sold out, still no biggie. But, on my way out, an employee of the store suddenly grabbed me by my arm and started barking at me about going in two days in a row and not buying anything in front of all the other customers. Was very unprofessional and embarrassing to deal with.Ive gone this place alot bc its close to my house and have bought plenty of things there but, after such an unprofessional display from staff, I dont think Ill be back. A customer should not be punished bc the store was sold out of a specific item.

One of my favorite stores

Besides one of the employees walking around the store on her phone letting everybody know her personal business and whats happening with her kids it was pleasant. The store was clean and easy to get around.

Found everything I needed quickly but its a very small store everything is packed closely

I love shopping there find alot of stuff but am very disappointed that they dont carry any sugar free hard candy. Im diabetic and have to go to several places to get the candy. My favorite kind is Jolly Rancher Sugar Free.

Horrible its a huge pothole in front of the drive way coming out the store that my whole front of my car fell into and shut off cause it fell in it hard. Fix that mess before someone car really be damaged

I enjoy the low prices dollor general offers but I feel like they can hire more professional staff most times they are rude talking on the phone while cashing out customers and the store is not the cleanest

Great place to get personal products

My problem is not with Dollar General per se, it is with THIS Dollar General. First of all, they close 2 hours earlier that almost every Dollar General in the area. But thats not the worst part, the posted hours are 8 am to 8pm, but even that is not correct. They refuse anybody after 7:45pm, a whole 1/4 hour earlier. I depend on closing times to be as posted, my schedule is very tight, and I depend on this store every day. I spend $200 per week here! 2 consecutive nights in a row now. I am ready to take my $200 to Family Dollar, but its a whole 1/2 mile further from me, but they are open until 10pm, LIKE EVERY OTHER DOLLAR GENERAL. Seems to me that this is a corporate decision, based on discrimination. This is a predominantly black neighborhood, yet Family Dollar, and a whole host of other corner stores stay open much later, with half the security, and no higher occurrence of robbery. If you want to discriminate against this neighborhood, then you should stop being enriched by it, so I will do my part. And if you want to stop people from entering after a certain time THEN POST IT!! I come in and get my item in 5 minutes or less. I can understand that there are ignorant people who will come in at 5 minutes till closing, and fill 2 shopping carts. PUNISH THOSE PEOPLE BY REFUSING TO LET THEM FINISH SHOPPING! NOT THE ENTIRE SERVICE-SHERE!

They dont restock things like oatmeal and certainly dont care about customers. They huff at you should you make them DO their jobs. The lines wrap around the next aisle and they stand there and chat and laugh vociferously about customers loud enough it gets heard by the clients. They have the same stuff at family dollar but its twice as expensive at dollar General....

Need more workers at the register. The wait is to long.
