Very clean good service but they almost NEVER have what im looking for when im in a tight spot. They are closer then others hair stores. So almost everytime I have to ride down Bailey to find what I need 😠

I enjoy shopping there. Its less crowded then the other hair stores on Bailey. Its neat and organized. Most of the staff that helps with the wigs are friendly and patient. Yes, the prices are higher then the other stores, but its worth it not to have to deal with the crowds and confusion like the other stores on Bailey.

I like that this store is always neat and clean. Its very easy to find what youre looking for. Its brightly lit. The prices are displayed correctly, and the store employee that helped me was knowledgeable and very polite and helpful. But I did see the same products I purchased here, cheaper in other stores, but you cant get a cash refund here, only store credit. I will still shop here, but I will do price comparisons first

The rep was helpful in picking out a hair piece for me. Hes a little harsh sounding but it seems thats just his demeanor.

I dont know what their place is really like because I drop someone off and waited for them in the car

Selection is slim compared to other beauty supply stores, but the manager is really nice and he willingly helps when you need it.

Very rude to other other customers. Calling them Bs and crack heads. No knowledge on the products they sale. It always smell like someone poured gasoline all over the store. A lot of things are over priced

Booo!!! This store is extremely expensive compared to other beauty supply stores on Bailey ave. The male cashier had an awful attitude. I will NOT shop there again.

Prices are higher than other hair stores and the male has a terrible attitude, he wants to argue I and talk smart if you dont purchase his products I will never go back in that hair store

Mangers are rude as ever wont get me and my family money any more i will just take the drive they have zerio respect for any one and cant hold employees for nothing customer service is lack to the maxx there get it together your going to lose a lot of money
