We had a cashier named Lisa, we walked up she didnt even say hi, she threw my groceries out of the basket onto the belt. Not a very welcoming cashier.

Ok prices and decent selection. On other note if you want grocery store sushi, which they have, do not come here. Its all cooked meat and covered in like .5cm in an assortment of sauces. Looks extremely soggy, even under the rolls is saturated looking. Skip this place in that case and hit another grocery store if you want normal cheap sushi.

Great deals, nice layout and always have decent priced meats which is a must for home cooking. I like that their cub card qualifies as coupons on most sale items. Also their partnership with gas perks at the Holiday station, free gas for buying grocers...Yes Please!

Chris from the bakery stopped what she was doing to quickly ice and finish a cake for me. I was in such a pinch for time was and thought it would be impossible. I am forever grateful!

Me and my wife will always go to cub foods ONLY for their organic food, i am greatly disappointed due to the fact that my last trip when we bought your broccoli it had insects surrounding it, just to inform you we drove from from Alaska, in the past your broccoli has been extraordinary but this time not so much, Im not mad cub just disappointed.

Theve always been a friendly place, with a small town feel.The last 2 visits to their Customer Service counter have been a serious disappointment... The week day staff is clearly irritated to have their small time chatter interrupted by a simple customer question.

Today I had the best batch of chicken, fried and grilled. None of it is left over. It was juicy, tender and crispy. I would have called the manager and told them but I dont feel like talking on the phone today so i figured this is the least I could do. Nice job, deli team of August 12, 2019.

Always a good selection of food. Rarely can’t find what I came for.

This is a decent store. Good variety of food options. My only complaint is that no matter what time of the day, what day of the week I go, stockers are taking up multiple aisles, so its quite an obstacle course to get my shopping done.

Favorite grocery store! Always enough check-outs open unlike its competition... Great selection, good meat & produce departments. Sales are great especially if you use the Cub card (with just your phone number now, which is much simpler).

Ever heard of Lemonade Stand? Cub in Buffalo gouges their customers by charging over market rate for many items. Havent enjoyed shopping here in years because so often prices are just absurd.

Staff are friendly and prices are same as Wal-mart most times there more.Look ppl the simple truth is, is this is a small time store for a small town and the town is expanding but not the businesses. People come here cause elsewhere is packed mostly older ppl that dont want to change. Its not even close to other stores size but the staff is patient and friendly. Want to know what it was like to shop in an old time store this is it.

I like the new updates to this store! Long overdue.Too bad that some of your employees (not all) in the deli suck at customer service. Ever consider training your employees to smile and say yes, sure thing when a customer asks for freshly cut meats and cheeses instead of giving the evil eye? Ill go to the deli at Walmart where they cut their sandwich meat and cheese to order: its always fresh and hasnt been sitting there for who knows how long? Eww.

Awful . the deli girl, M was terrible. she slammed things around and treated us like we were doing her a terrible disservice. I asked if they were closing soon because I felt bad that they might be cleaning their sliders, but she said they closed a full half hour later. I guess the 500 bucks I spent in groceries the last 2 days mean nothing. all I asked for was 2 pounds of sliced cheese. I wont be back.

Nice and casual. Liked the fact that they offered the free fruit pieces for kids 12 and under- nice touch.

Food at good prices as well as a rewards program that allows you to get discounts on gas at Holiday.

The grocery store is wonderful. Staff are ALWAYS helpful. The Pharmacy on the other hand seems to be full of inbred folks. Not once, twice or even a dozen, but EVERY trip to get my meds has been a NIGHTMARE. Save yourself the heartache and bring your scripts to Walgreens down 55.

They almost never ask for your Cub card, then oftentimes I forget to give it to them, so Im screwed out of points that I should have got. Then I cleaned out my wallet of all the cards That had phone numbers attached to them, and they could never locate my card via my phone number. So I was screwed out of more points. The biggest problem is nobody who works there even seem to care in the slightest. Then today Walmart was out of an ingredient I needed so I called Cub to ask if they had it in stock, they said theres really nobody who knows that is here right now. they refused to even go look. worst customer service ever! I will never set foot in that store again.

Its okay too shop there only when they have a good sale ad, other than that no way too expensive

Expensive! Selection was typical, layout was typical, but prices were way off base. Visited 1-27-17 and some examples:Regular size bag of Doritos $4.298 pack of 20 oz Gatorade $6.49!Snicker bar $1.50One pack tic tac $1!12pk Coke cans $4!I shouldve gone to Walmart. Wont be back at Cub (probably ever) again.

Store is very small and I found most of what I was looking for but will have to find a bigger cub or other store the find the rest of what I wanted.

Ordered two large lunch meat subs over the hoilday, was quite expensive, when I got home noticed they made two vegi subs, very disappointed! !
