Terrible! During the Covid shutdown, I signed my child up for a $700, 6 day, online social group. There was only one other child who never showed and a teacher unskilled in keeping the kids attention via computer.... BUT they still demanded every penny. Really disgusted by them.

The staff there is perfect Ive been here a couple of years and I have no complaints theyre very well experienced and they take their time to help you out so Ill give him a five thank you for your help 😁😁

I have taken 2 of my kids there since they were 1 month old. They are kind, knowledgeable, and always willing to work with you to get things accomplished. Both of my kids attended their oral deaf program for preschool and where fully prepared for Kindergarten. Amazing staff who truly love what they do.

With child of special needs also play Santa there year . This place changes live,not.just the child also.the parents. Giving them tools they need to cope with there child.

Great initial visit. Was there for myself, but the staff also answered every question I had regarding my wifes hearing issues. Shell be going to see them soon.Did not know they are non-profit. Hence the very reasonable pricing I was quoted.Would absolutely recommend.

The building is an older one. Has an elevator but not automatic doors. Need to pay for parking. There is a ramp across the street. Lover that the receptionists speak loudly (and slowly) enough for me to hear. Cant stand when someone talks so fast they make one sentence sound like it is one word.

Good for ruling things out with young kids, such as normal hearing. They have their own parking lot downtown, which really helps. Staff is pleasant. The building is fine, but next to the sparkly new UB medical corridor, it looks briny and in need of a facelift.

Docters were extremely helpful, answered all of our queations and concerns. Took her time with our son.

Was referred by my PCP for audiology testing and, subsequently, hearing aid evaluation. Both were performed by Alison Ulatowski, AuD. The exams and consults were lengthy and left me without questions. I was provided with a loaner set of aids for eight weeks before I was urged to make a purchase decision, and I underwent two additional adjustments after the initial fitting of my purchase. (The normal evaluation period is 6 weeks, but I had some feedback issues between adjustments and was given an additional 2 weeks to compensate,)I cant express how important the evaluation period was. After 6 weeks I knew what I could expect before committing a lot of money, which I agreed to without any second thoughts.The purchase provides three full years of support, including adjustments, batteries, wax filters and other consumables as well as warrantee service with temporary replacements, if needed. In all, the price was competitive with on-line prices when one considers how much professional time has been and will be expended over the three years. I initially thought I could go cheap and use the audiology test to buy aids on the web, but I quickly became convinced that good instruments absolutely need in-person fitting and adjustment, and several visits to optimize the devices.I should also mention that BHSC is a non-profit, and its staff receives no compensation for hearing aid sales. There was no sales pressure at all, and no payment, except for the insurance payment for the audiology testing, was requested until I received my hearing aids. At that point, I had 75 days to return my purchase if I was unsatisfied, which I wasnt.I have no related experience to compare with, but I couldnt be more pleased with the treatment I received at BHSC.
