Sarah is a wonderful Audiologist. She takes so much time to make sure you are happy. Hannah and Joel are great to work with. They make sure you have the best experience. They are a wonderful to work with. Dr. Sarah is very knowledgeable and listens closely to what your requests are. I had custom molds made for my hearing aids and they were a challenge do to the internal shape of my ear. She didn’t give up and they fit perfectly and are very comfortable. I saw Dr. Kate Teece at Buffalo for a hearing evaluation and was very impressed by her professionalism and knowledge. I have had some hearing loss and wanted to find out if hearing aids would help. I ended up trying some hearing aids for a week before deciding to hold off for the time being. Kate was very helpful and thoroughly explained the testing, results and options available to me. I will be back to see her again next year.
