I would have given you six stars only room for five at first I didnt want to change audiologists but after meeting dr Jane medves and talking with her I wouldnt go anywhere else you guys know how to treat people thank you to crystal for everything you do have kool hair

I took my son here for a hearing test. The doctor was very nice and explained things thoroughly. She also recommended to speak to the speech lady for my own personal concerns which made me feel at ease and that I was listened to and not shrugged off

The doctor is very professional, caring, and sensitive to my needs. Also, the secretary has a great personality and cool hair! What an awesome facility and enjoyable experience!

Im sorry it took so long to get to this review. i tried numerous times to find the proper place to review but here I am. My wife and I have been seeing Janna Medves to get and learn how to use hearing aids from Diversified. Our experience has been nothing but stellar. Janna has led us through us having a phone that would not cooperate and fitment issues and always was patient and knowledgeable. She is to be commended for her service. I took by husband to Diversified Hearing Services at 1083 Delaware Avenue. The service was excellent. The audiologist was very pleasant and explained everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend this location.
