The drive thru was a nice plus as we didn’t have to get out of the vehicle. The staff was super friendly. I ordered a turtle sundae. The ice cream did not disappoint. I was disappointed in the fact that we received one napkin for two ice creams. Thank goodness I had some in the glove box. Also my bill came to $12.06… I gave $22.06… I thought I was given two fives as change and didn’t realize it until I got home that it was a five and three singles…

If youre in the area, youve just gotta go. The ice cream- its ice cream. Itll be just as good as any other ice cream place (which isnt a bad thing, all ice cream is great ice cream) but the actual novelty of it being a big caboose? Come on, man. Its cool.

Great ice cream, clean surroundings (and ultra-clean inside as far as we could see through the order window). Service was excellent and the venue was fun for the kids as well. We will absolutely be back.

I love the fact that they have a drive through window. It would be nice if they offered some no sugar, low sugar treats for those who have to watch their diets.

A little pricey, in my mind. Parking can be tricky if its busy. I ate on their cute little swing but there were so many bees around that we decided to sit in our car instead.

Stopped in with grandchildren for a sweet treat. Many ice cream flavors to choose from. That also have rainbow sherbet, which is unusual. Even have a pup cup for your fur baby.

Sorry to say custard was average. Service was great however. And the drive up and through window was interesting.

I have been here multiple times, everything I’ve had is always great. I usually get milkshake and it’s the best one in town that I know of. I also like how clean they keep it, great environment. Would recommend to anyone.

Really nice place. The Caboose is authentic and reminiscent of trains from days gone past smiles all the kids faces were really beautiful who doesnt love ice cream in the summer in Buffalo. I must see and of course peanut butter ice cream is exceptional. God bless! everything was very neat and very clean play area for the kids thumbs up 👍👍👍

Had a cappuccino soft serve cone. Service was speedy and cone was delicious.

One of my sons favorite destinations of all time! Love the old train cart that also doubles as a place to sit and hang out. We always visit the antique museum in the back as well. Great as an activity in and of itself!!

Super rude girls working there and the milkshake was awful. Threw the straw down like I personally offended her. Came in half an hour before close, so I get that they might not be happy but still shouldve gotten better service. Not only was the service horrible but the milkshakes were only milk. With so many other great local ice cream places, there is no need to waste your time here.

I use to love this place, but it’s going downhill. You have just lost me as a customer, I’ve been disappointed to many times over the years. I understand giving teens jobs, but I think you need to train them properly. Your ice cream is not cheap, so when I order a milkshake and receive more milk than ice cream it’s a bit of a disappointment. Honestly it was disgusting, so I threw it out. And my husband had gone for me or I would’ve pulled right back around requesting a new one. I could’ve gone to McDonald’s for way cheaper and tastier, but I try to stick with small businesses. And no this isn’t the first time this has happened. I’m sorry but it’s not hard to make a milkshake, so if you’re not gonna properly train these girls I suggest you lower your prices before you lose more customers.

Great atmosphere. I was there early evening. Took a slow drive further down the road. Saw 6 wild turkeys and 5 deer.

Had a coupon for buy one get one free sundae. They were very skimpy with my marshmellow topping. Maybe because of the coupon...perhaps they were running low? If that was the case. And if they informed me of this I would have changed my order. however...despite this, as far as ice 🍦 places go this is a fun necessary stop in the summertime.

We stopped for a quick ice cream. The orange custard is very gross- very fake, chemical taste. Ice cream wasnt fully frozen.Service was slow. And prices are a bit on the high end.

I was refused service because I wanted to pay with $2 bills. I ordered a shake the total was $3.75. I gave them two bills, $4 which I received from the bank.The girl at the window went to talk to the other person there and refused my payment. I suggested that if she felt that they were not legal that she could phone the police and she refused. The legal requirement is if a business refuses to take a particular type of American currency, is that it must be plainly posted. I suggest that they plainly post their preference to prevent future issues.I left rather irritated with them holding my money still. Realizing that I went back to get it. At which point they offered me a cone that I DID NOT ORDER, and my money. I refused the cone and departed neither richer nor poorer, although sadly without a shake. I will find other places to shop, give me the things I order and take my money.Some might think this review harsh, but the complete unwillingness to verify that I was providing them with legal tender and to stand their ground on a false assumption is what drove me to submit this review.For the record, all printed American Currency made after series 1928 is legal tender for debts public and private. All coinage back to the 1850s including base metal coins are valid for their original face value. Base coinage has a higher collector value than its face value. Paper money from before 1953 also generally has a higher collector value than its face value although highly dependent on its condition. These $2 bills were printed from 2013 to 2016 and are worth $2 no matter what the condition, for the next 75 years.

Great Fun Family and Pup family friendly, the staff was great and very patient with myself and my grandkids.. Im a fuller figured woman and there was AMAZING seating so please do not let fear keep you from having a scoop from the caboose! Non abalatory access available. And again do not let anyone stop you for going ..cant do stairs ramp it.. booth fear wide wagon seats!

I only had an issue with the brownie sundae. I think the brownie was a fake brownie, it tasted horrible. Icecream was good, but not the brownie
