Great service but menu not that great compared to other icecream shops.

Very quick service, nice little seating area, and had a rare blizzard of the month flavor that was not in stock anywhere else in the area. Ultimately, its a DQ - you know what to expect, and this one delivers.

Good ice cream, but no Reduced sugar or no sugar added ice cream .

Quicker than expected and always a solid option. Sometimes the blizzards dont get mixed super well but still turn out alright.

Ordered a snickers blizzard. Seemed more like a toffee blizzard. It had no peanuts or Carmel in it. But was still good overall.

They have not been doing the social distance rules for a while now. They call up ppl right after another. And then we could be all bunched up by the windows waiting for our ice cream. Otherwise than that, I love Dairy Queen

Idk. The bugs, man.. thats not their fault. Dont think there are bugs in the stuff... just on the outside. The employee assisting us was very nice, he cared about our experience.. he gave me a glass of water on the house, using a cup that he shouldnt have.. he was a nice man

My boyfriend had went to get a salted caramel truffle blizzard for me. Repeatedly asked if there were peanut butter cups in it (which there shouldn’t be), got home, and it was peanut butter cups & caramel.... safe to say I made my boyfriend try it first so I saved myself a trip to the hospital. Thanks DQ. (PS: this has never happened before & I know about the sign about allergens)

Awesome but since the chairs are outside, make sure you go when it is not raining! though you can enjoy the ice creams while you sit in car!

Our experience at the Niagara Falls Boulevard Dairy Queen in Tonawanda was amazing. The young lady who took care of us made the most incredible Blizzards. Her name was Aiyana & we will definitely be getting in her line the next time we come. Which will be very soon.

Great old time favorite! I love taking my daughter to get ice cream or smoothies. Theyve got benches and tackles in front to sit on... To cool yourself on a hot sunny summer day!

This place is disgusting. Pre covid we sat in there to eat a few times and there were flies everywhere the floors and tables were sticky and the employees were always loud behind the counter. I felt as if I was interrupting them when I went up to the counter to order. I like dairy queen, but not this location.

Ordered my daughters birthday cake from here online. They spelled the name wrong even though they have the online order with the proper spelling. I called to tell them about the mistake, I was told “sorry about that, we will get it right next time” Customer service at its worst. No effort to correct the mistake. Oh thats right, ill buy another cake from here after that. How about Im so sorry, we can fix it if you bring it back. Maybe... we will replace the cake. How about anything other then we will get it right next time.

Was VERY busy tonight, staff was great trying to get the line moving quickly.I thought this was a location that also had food also. Not just treats. Google maps should atleast put into parentheses (Treats).

You really cant go wrong with dairy Queen, all of the food is delicious. Usually customer service is great, sometimes its just mediocre but Ive never had a bad experience.

This is the worst Dairy Queen Ive ever been to. I got there and there were 4 people in front of me. It took them 45 minutes to serve the 4 people and finally get to me. Meanwhile, the employees are laughing and goofing off. 2 of the 4 people got their orders messed up. Go to the one on Kenmore instead.

Too long of a wait to get serviced and employees did to much fraternizing among themselves with a lot of customers waiting and eventually opened another window. Also, took too long to make orders. Will think twice about going to the Niagara Falls Boulevard Dairy Queen.

I usually go for the blizzard, however everything that Ive had from Dairy Queen has been very good. I was surprised that there were so many people waiting in line at near-freezing degree temperatures. Oops! I guess that includes me!

Meh. I like Andersons Last Stand better! This chain cant beat the local ice cream parlors except on free cone day. Then its cheap enough for its worth.

New treat of orange dreamcicle cone was very good. I think if done with sherbet it would be a 5☆!

Sharing the details of my own experience at this place.Its located in the middle of the road. It has several tables outside where you can eat. I don’t think they have tables inside. I believe they only serve icecream and drinks. It gets really busy afternoon after 6PM so please keep it in mind. I’d definitely avoid this place when it’s raining.

I like their ice cream, but when you get a blizzard, you get 99% ice cream and 1% of the flavor you get.

It has all the soft ice cream with all the flavors, anyway u want it.

My blizzard was more like a milkshake the last few times. 🤷

Good food every time, but the place needs an outside clean up BAD lack of awning, spider webs everywhere, eating the massive amount of bugs swarming the lights. Needs new paint and a good deck scrub.

I love their choco brownie blizzard! Simply superb!Edit: changing from 5 to 1 stars. This used to be my favourite DQ location, but their blizzards are almost melting and they don’t even flip them upside down while handing them out, because guess what? They are almost melting! The first two times this happened, I ignored it thinking the employee who served it must be a trainee. But no, it continued happening. I ordered tiramisu cake shake, there was no cake in the shake, like they showed in the picture (and doesn’t even come close to what is served in other locations like the Kenmore Ave location) and the shake was more like just a denser slushy or something.

The usual goodies but in an updated location with nice outdoor seating including umbrellas.

1st time for everything, never wrote a review before. However, I order a small blizzard which cost jus under $5. Order Reeses pieces. Apparently they dont have that anymore at this location. Dont bother telling me that!! Just charge & serve me Reeses peanut butter cup. Something I Did NOT want and woulda ordered something else! No refund, no credit, nothing. I threw it in the garbage in front of the employees! Yet still.... Not a word said to me! Im not even sure I got a SORRY! Ive been spending my $ at this Dairy Queen for 30 years, I will NEVER spend another penny here.
