I love it there! The employees are always so sweet to me and asking if I need anything and very enthusiastic. Their clothes are good quality and worth the price. You should most definitely visit.

I came here after work today bc the website said the store was open until 8pm. Upon arrival the sign on the door also said open until 8pm but was closed and locked with 3 staff members standing by the register talking. Now I understand I was there 30 minutes before close but I already knew what I was going in there for and 30min is more than enough time to shop through that small store. I will just shop other stores from now on. Really bad business practice coming from my experience as a retail manager

Love the products, they always have relevant memorabilia as well as some obscure ones. Another business hit hard by the pandemic, last I was in the had at best half the inventory. Normally youre scooting around to navigate the store this time the wife and I walked side by side.

They have a great attitude and exception toward all kinds of people.

I ordered online to be shipped to store because they dont carry a lot of extra small sizes. 1 thing came in and the other didnt. Trying to find out when I should get it, it says it shipped. I got an email asking for a review of the product. Im not getting anywhere calling the 800# or the local store #. The 800 # has had me on hold over 30 minutes and the store in the mall cant bothered to picking up their phone. I just want to know where it is and they have a lousy system.

My first time being in Hot topic and I loved it there! They are so nice and really funny, Such bright personality. A lot of selections too. They have all kinds of jewelry and I love them so much. Definitely going back there.

Not the old hot-topic that the 90s kids know and love. :(

They sell cool nerdy stuff - t-shirts, jewelry, other stuff to show off your nerd pride. The store is small and packed so its difficult to find things. The people working when I went last were very helpful, and actually just super cool people.

Excellent arena to watch anything really.. easy to access the area is built up nice with restaurants, ice rinks, parks etc... well done buffalo.

Great staff, great products. The only thing that I would like changed is the volume of music. It is simply waaay to loud. I have trouble communicating with staff, and anyone else Im there with for that matter. Still the only place I go for my pop culture swag!

Great staff, great selection. A lot of throwback staff for 80s and 90s kids as well as modern. Prices are a bit high, but they often run sales that brings them down to decent.

I love hot topic, the brand itself is one of my favorites. They have really good service and work very fast. Its kind of a tight fit in the store. The staff are very willing to help, and are very hospitable.

Hot topic is an amazing store. Everyone is always so help and nice there! If you love bands and need merch, this is the place to go! A little expensive but its worth it in my opinion!

Hot Topic carries A variety of clothing and accessories for a more darker alternative look follows more of a hard rock/metal look many band Tshirts.

Cool place for knick knacks, but over the years its lost its edge. It caters more to the hipster crowd now, but a good place if you want pop vinyls! Just dont expect maneuverability to be an option as you try to traverse the narrow walk ways in the store.

The staff there are so incredible and helpful, there is a wide variety of clothing to choose from all the way from some band merch to Disney clothing (ex. Shirt with ariel on it) There are a lot of different sizes all the way from XS to XL I think.

Hot topic has gone down hill in my opinion.. they dont sell as cool of items as they used to. Also their clothes tend to run smaller than usually.

This locations is okay but review mostly on the chain now.Used to have a range of interesting clothing and merch youd have to order specially online but now its almost exclusively Harry Potter (which is nice but no variety) and a rotation of a few mainstream series. Feels a lot more sell-out-y now than before and any edge they had has been shaped away by their customer catering.But they still provide stockings, anything youd want in black, many band shirts and some still genuinely against the grain merch, its just the store as a whole has changed in a more mainstream culture plus its overpriced.

Everything changed. And not in a good way. They dont even carry records anymore. Just collectible bobble heads and crap like that. Good for the pop culture fan. No longer good for the music fan. (However they still carry your usual expected band shirts from the popular post hardcore bands and classic rock bands, but probably nothing you havent seen before).

Great store to get trendy/geeky/punk etc gifts. I love their t-shirts!

The staff is always extremely helpful. While i see many reviews saying it is no longer for the music fan i want to point out they do have a seperate tshirt wall with a lot of really cool band tshirts and artist tshirts. They have one of the best anime selections in the mall and a large variety of really cool and hard to find metchandise all around.
