They have a great discount program going on for buying items for the kids going to college. You can buy them everything for 20% off through 9/30. I bought her items here and can buy any more items we discover she may need for the dorm once we get there. Thank you Bed Bath and Beyond for this great deal. It sure helped save $ at this time when there was a lot to buy for the dorm.

This place has an air about it as though it is destined to be closed at any time. The staff, at least at this store, seemed to be going through the motions. That said, our cashier was actually pretty helpful. We came in on a Saturday at about 11 am and it was largely empty. Shelves were stocked reasonably well with a couple of gaps here and there. We came in for a toaster oven, after looking at Target and trying not to go to Walmart. We had a 20% off coupon, so that was nice, and found an oven that met our needs.. We saw the same unit a few minutes later at Macys for about the same price. I will shop here again because I always get reminded what I need and find out about stuff I dont know I needed! Parking is generally easy to find, which is a rarity in Cali. But, I cant help thinking this place will be shut down soon.

I found a couple of items on their website which were very inexpensive. One was the George Foreman grill. It was on sale for $20. This store always has all those wonderful little items you always need for the home. Wish their website would tell you to park in the west parking lot. I made the mistake of parking in the east lot and had to go through the maze of the mall in order to find the store. So if youre reading this, they have an easy to find entrance from the east lot.

I love this store for all the items they sell for your home. I just wish they still sold Krupps coffee products. Plus looking at all the as seen on TV items is s good way to kill time.

This Bed Bath & Beyond isnt really well organized. It seems like every section has a clearance section - and those sections seem to be a mess everywhere. The store just doesnt feel very clean and I havent really been able to find anything cool at this store after 3 or 4 visits. I wonder if it is going to go out of business soon?

Very clean and helpful staff there are allot of selections you dont see in most stores. Make sure to follow signs on where to park next to store or you will have to walk across mall.

Curbside Pick up was a BREEZE! I used the app to order and right now when you select CURBSIDE pick up on the APP your get an additional 20% off your order! That was $20 off my total!! You pull up and press the Im at the Store option on your email confirmation. They came out with my item, scanned my phone and placed it in my backseat!

Wanted to shout out to ARPI in the Burbank Location she is a super star. Very soft spoken and very helpful. Because of you I will be back!

Store was messy/in disarray. Many areas were not stocked or messy. No carts were in the store - only outside - with many filled with trash. Once inside NO wipes or sanitizer were in sight. The checkout areas were VERY confusing. One well marked area was for pick up/internet orders. Another area for returns was well signed. The regular checkout line/flow was not clear. One counter was at the total other end of that area. It looked available so I stepped out and went to the 2 open registers there and was promptly yelled at by a female customer who was there with her son. I waited for the second cashier to become available while the customer continued to insult me. She then berated BOTH female cashiers at length and was irate at their response about her store pick up. She then called for a manager to continue to voice her complaints about the 2 cashiers. It was disappointing on many levels.

Be still my heart! They ship to Alaska without charging a hefty fee. This makes moving so much classier!

I went to the store on Sepulveda by LAX. This store never disappoints. Its like a Bed, Bath and Beyond with a CVS inside. I needed some household items and makeup. Its very well stocked.

Lots of merchandise on the sales floor. It is hard to find a sales associates.

Good prices and large variety of home goods.

This is a convenient location. I like parking in the covered parking and walking straight across to get to this store. It is a little pricey, but the quality is there, and stuff lasts a long time. But everything from my apartment here because I liked the pillows better than when I purchased them somewhere else the last a lot longer and theyre fluffier. I still have the comforter that I purchased 2 years ago and the pillows that I paid $15 each are still fluffy and not flat like at other stores.

Staff is great. They were helpful when we were shopping at the end of their hours. They were helpful when we had to do a return.

Burbanks Bed Bath & Beyond, is one of the larger locations. This location seems to provide all the essentials and a bit more. Easy to get to off of the 5fwy in Burbank. Plenty of parking.

Doing our wedding registry and the staff was very helpful. Now with all the Covid precautions its a bit stressful since you have scan all the items with your phone and not all the items get scanned as they are in packaging and it makes it harder to scan. Nonetheless it was an experience to walk around and make selections for our home.

Have one helpful customer service on floor, items stuck in wrong place & price!!. They can do better

Whenever I need something for the kitchen, bathroom, or bedroom I go there and they almost always have what I need whether it something I need to replace or need new,The staff is very professional and helpful and I will continue to shop there.

Bed Bath & Beyond has become a mere shadow of its former self. Its selection has gone down significantly, Im not sure of this because they prefer online these days. It would be nice to know where to go for the kind of things said Bed Bath & Beyond used to supply in abundance. There is almost no staff to service customers on the floor, and our cashier was particularly rude. He seemed very inconvenienced to use any of our coupons, which they send to entice you to come into the store. If Bed Bath & Beyond is going to gain any favor from me, they will have to improve in a great number of areas, because of poor stock selection, no floor assistance, and rude check out people.

I give a 3 only because they are supposedly having a sale buy 3 & get 3 free but not the case. I went there like 3 time & I still got charged for all my items.

Whats so great about this bed bath beyond it is closer to where I live. They always have good sales. Good sales staff. An abundance of products. And great clearance.

There was lots of parking. Once you go in, youre on your own. If you need help, you may not get it. One family I saw that asked for help was told to go back and wait. The worker just kept doing her random low priority task leisurely instead of helping them. They stood there and waited for her. She again told them to go back and wait. As if that family could just go wait til whenever. That doesnt seem like good customer service. There were a few other staff walking around on their headsets(not helping anyone.) When I got to the area where I needed to shop, it was unorganized and looked as if it had not been restocked for awhile. Probably because of pandemic. I can understand that. But I couldnt even ask because now no one was around. I managed to find 1 item I did need in another area. Great,So I got in check out line. A very very long line. There was not enough physical distancing marked and I had to remind people to stay 6ft away. There were 2 cashiers working and at least 20 + people in line. There were 3 people working at returns/online orders. - NO LINE THERE. I noticed there were very few people picking up/making returns at all. But the staff saw how long the check out line was. There were 4 other registers sitting there unused. So 30 mins minimum of waiting, I get to buy my 1 item. Immediately the cashier says Im sorry you had to wait so long. I say, to the cashier, your store seems like you could use at least 1 more cashier helping right now. I looked over and the line was just as long, if not longer. She says, Yes, I know. I said, why doesnt 1 of the people from returns/ online orders come open another register? They dont look busy. She sort of made a face and shrugged and said, I dont know. I got the feeling this is an ongoing issue. Made NO sense to me. I paid and got out of there ASAP. So if you want good customer service and efficiency, this might not be the store to shop at. They cant help not having items restocked, but they Can do something to assist and check out customers in a more respectful/efficient manner.

Join the 21st century and get tap to pay. Lines are too long because they have six registers but only have 2 open with lines 10 people long. Couldnt buy anything because I rarely carry my wallet in favor of tap to pay. Decent selection but almost too much. We were racking our brain to come up with 30 dollars worth of stuff to get a ten dollar gift card and suddenly released if we couldnt figure out 30 dollars ....well how would we figure out 40 🙈

Great experience at this location. Clean, tidy, and a wide variety to choose from. Larry was extremely helpful in assisting our family select dorm items and navigating the online application. What could have been a very stressful experience was made tremendously easy with his assistance and knowledge of the products. Come here if you need any help dorm shopping.

Went to get specific item. Was told 4 in stock but the store was using 2 of them and none in back. Asked for discount on upgrade of same item.Told Manager I wanted it today and I drove to Burbank store, just for this 1 item. Manager said they could order or go to different store.This is fourth time same thing happened. I have called before on other items and get the same carp.

This place used to be amazing... They dont have as much product and what they have, is expensive for the quality.

Horrible service, took 8 hours process my order, when back twice just to tell me my order was going to be ready tomorrow, so I go back home and get a notification 13min later saying my order is ready for pickup. Unreal.

Theres a sign posted by the inflatable mattresses, once opened you cant return. Inside the box theres a warning, once the plastic bag is opened you cant return to retailer. The outer box was sealed, needless to say, the plastic bag inside had been opened. The mattress is totally covered in hair and stains. Every part of this mattress is gross. Im not sure if theyre reselling used goods? The brand is Aerobed. Im never shopping at Bed Bath & Beyond again. Im never buying this brand again. They got me. They scammed me. Feel totally ripped off.

My husband and I did our wedding registry but just recently moved to Burbank. After the wedding we still had things on our registry we didnt receive but still needed. When entering this Bed bath and beyond one of the staff members Carmen was very helpful. Although they were short staff we still felt like our needs were met and didnt feel neglected. Carmen help us with any questions we had, was very friendly and took care of people around us without hesitation. We definitely recommend coming to this store and will continue shopping here again.

We came here today and we didn’t find exactly what we were looking for but we found something that was close enough.

This is probably the worst BB&B I have ever been in. Shelves were sloppy. No customer service. Things were misplaced. Only one cashier for about 30 customers.

They have everything soaps, lotions, creams and smell very good. I loved!!!! The cashier was very nice with me and she help me when I needed . I recommend them if you love good smells.

Amongst the many things they have, when it comes to travel items... There is an abundance to choose from.

Higher end store for household products. Good location in Burbank Mall next to Sears. Restrooms on site. Food court a few steps away. Parking in structure. Coupons always available. Comfortable atmosphere.

Like the store didnt care for the comment one of female supervisor made when I returned an Item, she made feel uncomfortable.

Good store. Well stocked. But unlike some of the larger two story stores, this one does not carry toiletries (shsmpoos, soaps, etc), and the selection of different items is more limited. Since its part of the Empire Center Mall, theres a large parking structure.

They have sheets and pillows and linens, but they have a lot of neat gadgets for the kitchen. Well worth a look.

Whats okay not so many people

Pretty big store, clean, tidy and carries a lot of merch. It had what I needed plus more. There were two sales ladies who were very attentive and asked if I needed anything. I would come here again and purchase what I need before looking online.

Very unhappy experience; when I walk into the store I noticed 4 employees at the parking lot entrance 2 in the registers area and 2 just next to the registers but just a few feets away, they were very happy talking histores so they dont even noticed that I walked in between of them trying to be polite and dont interrupt the nice conversation walk in around looking for help, cant find no one so I have to return to the busy crew again trying to find the most friendly face I got the worst employee very rude, very unprofessional and with very bad attitude, her name is VANESSA apparently she got upset cause l interrupt on her conversation, Vanessa answered in a very bad way and very angry, she said that she was going to look for some one to help me, but no one of the others present employees offered assistance at this time there was 5 employees in the area and no customers this happened 30 minutes before to close. Finally the person who helped me done a good job, but nothing can erase this Horrible Experience, I dont come back to this store any more.

Buyers Beware Larry the assistant floor manager is very disrespectful and shows no empathy when a persons information has been compromised. That store received stolen money and it was not a small sum,it was a large amount. According to him the state California law says they do not have to check ID, ????? I called there customer service department and Princess gave me the direct number to their fraud department because they would not take the call, when I called It, I was forwarded to an answering machine. No One called back. By the way I do not even live in Burbank nor have I visited. I live in Vegas. Be very careful because they can care less about consumers and Do Not Care how they or where the money comes from to buy their merchandise..
