Good customer service, they explain bill and promotions really good. Will bring my family to do more upgrades in their phones.

Did not like customer service there, terrible experience at the end of the day they suspended my boyfriends account and they shut my account off and basically when I tried to reinstate my phone number they were going to try to charge me $25 for the activation fee but because the wrong point cut my phone off I was able to get it back on but it wasnt paying the house that was to have to do it well at work I do not recommend anybody to go to the store

First time shopping at this Metro PCS my boy Mike, recommended the deals. So I decided to check it out. The service was fast, and friendly, provided by Milagro.

Went in yesterday to purchase a new phone. Bianca was very informative and really helped me with the decision of which phone to purchase. She made it an easy and enjoyable experience.

I read everybodys reviews and possibly they came when there was a rush. Have been to the store at least 4 different times on 4 different days and I have never had any problems or had any weight more than 5 or 10 minutes. The young woman that helped me upon each occasion was very helpful was very knowledgeable and helped me with my phone issue or payment or purchase with absolutely no hassle. The parking is a little tight. Other than that I have no complaints.

DONT COME HERE! Their employees are not knowledgeable enough to sell phones. A female employee assisted me in August 2019. All i told her was that i need a phone with a great camera. I went with her suggestion... i so regret that! The phone was sh&% and defective.. within the span of 3 months.. I got a 2nd AND 3rd replacement phone and they were both sh%$ as well. but thats a story for next time! and its the fault of Metro as a whole. Point is, all of this wouldnt have happened if their employees actually knew about the phones.

Just wanted to give a king-sized KUDOS to sales rep Michelle who was a sweetie and a gem in assisting me with a new phone after the previous one had been stolen.She was woman-ing the place solo and did a great job in finding the best phone for me at the right price.If the corporate office is listening, give this woman a huge raise and increase her vacation time!!!

Terrible Customer Service worst store ever.Asked about purchasing iPhone 11max she said rudely that they wont carry it cuz it wont sell. I wanted to buy? She was rude lazy and had a terrible attitude.6:45 Sat 11/30

Worst worst worst manager ever. I bought a phone on the 6th stopped working on the 9th. Tried to return the phone they said replacement phone would arrive 3 days later. 8 days later the phone shows up i am no longer intown and cant pick up the phone they send it back to the company and now i am no longer under warranty? I talked to the manager numerous time and she hing up a few. Go anywhere else!

I tried to switch over from a different carrier to Metro, the lady working was too busy on a personal call to help. After she got off the phone she was too lazy to guide me on how to get my acct # from the other carrier. Had do drive to another Metro Pcs store in North Hollywood to get my new phone.

The lady is its not nice and very lazySo costumer service is low
