Terrible understanding on how to run a store! Child manager in the back should be re-programmed! I arrive a few minutes early. The door was not locked. There was no place to sit down. At 78 I just needed to sit. No, you have to wait outside! Secondary salesman was kind and very helpful.
Great service and good value.
Great staff very helpful and patient answering questions.
Great store. Everything was clean and staff was well organized. I was helped by Greg, he gave me a great bundle deal. Everything I needed for my phone plus some cool extras. Definitely recommend paying this store and Greg a visit!
Juan was great !
I had been due for an upgrade with my prior Wireless provider but instead chose to switch to Verizon due to a promotion I received on my mail. Couldnt be happier with switching companies along with the remarkable help and great customer service that was provided to me by Jason, one of the sales representatives in this location. Cant thank this young man enough for making the switch such a breeze.
Dont go here; they are dishonest. We are seniors on fixed incomes, and went to this store in Feb. to get a charging cord. We waited and waited (only 2 employees, already engaged) and were finally helped in order to ring up our small purchase. There proceeded a relentless pitch to get a free tablet. We explained that we had several Kindles and tablets and didnt want or need another. We were told you can give it to someone; its FREE. Just to get out of there we said OK and hastily signed the receipt. The next Verizon bill we got was over $50 more than usual. We had been assigned a phone number and were charged for the connection and a monthly rate. Needless to say, this was a shock! So much for free. It has been a nightmare trying to get out of this. Now, to return the tablet, they want a $75 re-stocking fee! SCAMMERS! Stay away. We feel like we were totally hustled. ****UPDATE: 3 months later and after a lot of arguing on the phone, the re-stocking fee was paid by Verizon, and the new manager took back the item. I have changed my rating from one to two stars.
HORRIBLE!!!! Dont talk to Alex, hell just try to sell you something to rip you off. This was the worst experience Ive had with a cell phone company. Im going to find a new cell phone company to help me with my pre existing cell phone that works fine. I dont need a new phone Alex rip off artist.
I asked about their pre paid plans and they told me to call verizon because they dont have that info. Even though theyre an official verizon retailer. Unbelievable
I when on Thursday around 5:30 pm.Greg was working ..So helpful .He assisted with getting my new phone up and running..Thank so much.
BEST VERIZON WIRELESS STORE!!! The team there goes above and beyond, taking the time to take care of your wireless needs! They have the best deals on smartphone devices, tablets, and home services! Their knowledge and customer service is 5 Stars! Ask for Mike!
One of the best Verizon experiences I have ever had. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff member worked with me on a Saturday and got me all set up.
Really terrible experience with this store and with Verizon.I searched for the closest Verizon store and came to this one. I had some friends from overseas and wanted to buy hotspot for them just for 3 days. I asked the store’s employee Alex about what’s my best option. He suggested to open an account. We spent about 30 mins figuring that out and filling out all papers. Finally he states that it’s not gonna work for some reason and I needed to get a prepaid jetpack, which was $165. I was in a rush and didn’t want to waste more time, so simply agreed to buy the prepaid jetpack and move on having the internet. We spent another half hour setting that up. Finally, I paid for everything, me and my friends walk out of the store… only to find out that the device doesn’t work. 165 bucks! 1 hour! And Alex flirting with another customer all the way through our time there! All that for a not-working device.Fine. Dialing the call-center. I’m in the line and in 1 hour I finally speak to a Verizon rep who tells me I have 2 options at this point: go to another Verizon store (I was already 1 hour away from this store) and get a working sim-card or go back to the original store and return the device (within 14 days) and get my refund. I fed up with Verizon at that point, so I just bought a prepaid t-mobile SIM card for $35 (took me 3 mins and zero stress). So I decided to come back to the store and return the device.Fast forward couple days later. I came back to the original store to find a notice on the closed front door “be back in 40 minutes”. What?Came back the next day. A couple of construction workers told me everyone’s on lunch, come back in 1 hour. Come on now!My 4th visit was more successful as I found a calm and paced employee named Greg. When I handed the original receipt to Greg he was pleased to point at the written text at the bottom of the receipt that said “all sales are final”. Nevertheless, he took his time to find out the traces of my experience at their store and get all the info. After a thorough check he asked me “are you Gevork?”. No, I’m not. After I take a closer look at the receipt I see that Alex registered the device on someone else for an unknown reason. Alex, you had my ID in your hands, where’d Gevork come from? After 10 mins Greg once again concludes that he can’t help me. More to come, I notice that the receipt says that I was sold a pre-owned jetpack. WTF? Why didn’t Alex mention a word about that pre-owned piece of sh*t he sold me, WHY didn’t he mention that’s it’s the final sale?Being quite shocked of their customer service, I ask Greg to dial Verizon, so I talk to someone who CAN help me and give me my refund.Half an hour later, I learn from another Verizon rep over the phone that this was a Verizon “authorized reseller” store I was in, and not the official store… A cloud came off my eyes, and suddenly I look around, see the poorly ran store, see a huge banner with smiling Verizon “customers” calling on their 2003 flip cellphones, I see an employee who basically simply doesn’t care about helping his customer. They got their money, that’s it.I call the customer service and the lady apologizes for the poor service and claims that this case can be easily solved. “Just go to the website, print out the shipping label, and we’ll refund you once we receive the device” she says. I spend another hour like a fool trying to locate the freaking shipping label. Ha-ha, good guess, it doesn’t work like that, I have to have a Verizon account, account (on my name, not Gevork’s name). So that idea just sounded too good to be true. Finally, I went to a real Verizon store. They couldn’t help me, couldn’t give me any compensation. Couldn’t even find the device in their system.7 hours of my time and total disappointment. I will spend no time to ever consider to switch to Verizon. I will never recommend it to anyone. I will probably make a voodoo doll out of the jetpack that I bought for $165 and poke it when I feel sad.
DONT GO HERE! Worst experience ever. My company and I wont be using Verizon anytime soon or coming here. Theyve replaced my phone 3 times and each time the phone and service gets worse. I live in the middle of Los Angeles and my connection breaks at least 15 times a day. Plus, the manager of the place is a douchebag. He refuses to use common sense and is rude beyond words. Ill pee on this place before I step inside its doors and see his bro shaved eyebrow again.
I went in to try and get my phone repaired or swapped out and We waited for a half hour while the only employee working had a nice chat about pizza with a couple he was helping and when he finally got to us he basically told me he couldnt help me and I had to call the insurance company to get my phone fixed Im so sick of the terrible service that seems to be standard at Verizon now a days that Im done !!!! T mobile here we come
The staff is always welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful and effective.
I appreciate for helping me out, you guys really cool i wasnt expecting getting help for my receipt issue thank you so much guys
I just want to make it known that the employees at the empire center verizon in Burbank, CA are RUDE and the manager of the store told me that they cannot put a screen protector on my S5 because verizon doesnt sell them anymore and that they will not do it for anything older than an S8. They could not tell me how much it would be to start my own account and refused to even run my credit without a purchase. I drove a few miles down the street to a verizon store on magnolia and hollywood way in Burbank, CA and the manager there (Mike Walper) helped me with everything, no questions asked and even put my screen protector on. He saved me from taking our business elsewhere.
Best store in Burbank! Friendly staff and amazing customer service!
Be careful with these guys - theyll lie, add charges after the fact, refuse to follow Verizon policy, and do whatever they think they can get away with. Had to call Verizon corporate when my bill shot up by $100 higher than they told me, and this store mandated things that Verizon doesnt authorize.
They will steal your data. Do not take your phone here if you value your privacy. They backed up my wifes phone to their personal computer without her permission and said we promise to delete it later
