Hunter, a customer service representative allowed someone to pay for their goods here without a mask. Not happy. Spoke with the manager that was visible of the transaction and he didnt do anything. Just because someone is purchasing over $300 of goods you let someone slide like that. Yea thats Smart.

One of my regular markets. Multiple locations and good parking make Smart & Final a good choice. Good prices and the full selection from fresh fruit and vegetables to large beer selection. Some items come available in warehouse size.

This smart and final is always clean and well stocked. The service is friendly and efficient. Parking lot has plenty of room, I always see people coming to shop for their office or production teams.

Waited in line to check out about 12 minutes. Only two employees that were checkers at a cash register.

I just had the worst shopping experiences in the 10+ years that I have been shopping at this location.I walked in with my own shopping bags, proceeded to load my groceries in my own shopping bags, (not one employee mentioned anything to me), I get to the register and start putting my groceries on the conveyor belt. After empying the first bag, I let it go so the guy Hunter R. can start bagging. On the contrary, he proceeds to hurl it back at me without saying a word. I thought it was weird, but when I empty my second bag and I saw no motions of bagging on his part, I said to myself, Somethings up.He continued piling my merchandise in his little 2 x 2 end of the counter, when I asked him Arent you bagging any more? to which he responded, you are not even supposed to bring your bags in the building. So, without any help from him, I had to bag my own groceries ON THE FLOOR. Before I was done, he had already started ringing the person behind me (social distancing?). He never greeted me good evening, nor he said thank you. I mean, what are we to these people? A walking credit card? We value first responders, but if it wasnt for our patronage, they would not have a job to begin with. It seems that this virus is breeding a new kind of a@#$ole so paranoid to touch a stupid shopping bag when they have touch merchandise all day long that they dont even know what might have been exposed to.With all the money we dump in this place, week after week...!!!This was definitely the worst shopping experience Ive ever had at this Smart & Final location.

I last shopped at Smart and Final about 4 years ago. The reason for my writing them off was due to the rude treatment of their customers. I was in the bottled drink aisle and one of their employees came pushing thru, poking me in the upper back with an object projecting out. I felt a sharp piercing pain, but the employee kept walking rapidly down the aisle even after I indicated I was injured! He never turned around and I knew he heard me yelp! I tried to report it upfront but the manager, checkers, all listened to my complaint - it fell on deaf ears! No response from anyone! They stood there just staring at me!!!I have refused to shop there and told my acquaintances of the lack of concern on the part of your employees.

Excellent location, nice and organized, much cleaner and nicer than the one Van Nuys Blvd.

Went here today great selection of produce, food, frozen food they have, also a variety of bulk items they sale here at Smart & Final. Selection of soft drinks they have from lemonade, silk milk also a big selection of cheese, name brand they carry most is First Street products. Was impressed by other can goods you could purchase also candy isle they have in Chocolate, candies, gums and mints. Sure will be returning here soon.

This is a recently remodeled, smaller, Smart & Finals, not one of the Express ones with a large food and grocery section. But its a nice one and they have most of the stuff I need. Its easy to get in and out and very friendly.

This is a great store. We are lucky to live a couple houses down and have been going here for years. Always great sales, prices and bulk or non bulk items.

Even though the store was crowded a bit and the line was super long, the wait wasnt bad at all!!! Everything I needed was in stock!!

I always spend more than I expected, but then I dont have to go back as soon as usual. Overall, its net a positive.

Its a good chain, but this small location is not the best. Limited selection. The one at Hollywood and Verdugo is better (because its bigger)

Its March 14, 2020 and the shelves and aisles here and in many other stores are empty. No toilet paper, no paper at all, no eggs, no oinions, well a lot of things are missing or running extremely low.

They have Powerade on sale for like $0. 49 a bottle... Its a minimum of 15 to buy but I do that anyway... And they always seem to have Chips Ahoy on sale but never nutter butters... But you can get in and out fairly quickly

In the morning everything is stocked and there is lots of help when I shop. For the first time I shopped after 6 pm and they were not fully stocked and it was hard to find someone to help check if they had more items in the back.

Only one checker open with excessively long line waiting to check out. Line was trailing back into aisles so other shoppers couldnt easily pass through. Very long wait time before they realized the need to open another check stand.

It is small, but it had what I needed.

Overall i like this store. Getting around inside is aggravating. Tiny isles packed with displays, and always seems there is a loading pallet at the end of every isle, and blocking the produce section. Today it was a pallet of unpacked chicken sitting unrefriderated in front of the pasteries.

Horrible went to this place to return a couple of items WITH a RECEIPT and the guy who was apparently in charge Alvaro denied my return because it was over 100 dollars??????!!!! Blasphemy considering the fact that the receipt said 99 dollars I would never go here
