My favorite store! On the smaller side, so it feels more homey. It has a wide variety and selection of goods to buy and has very friendly employees.

The vons in Burbank on pass avenue is open 24 hours and so is the restroom.God bless America

My last couple of visits to the deli department have been horrible first bad experience was customer service related and the second was cleanliness. Raw meat laying exposed on the counter prep area and trays containing vegetables/toppings left uncovered.

Nice fresh food...has a place to lock your bike. Has a Starbucks inside...and nearby businesses in the outdoor mall that it is located in. Nice safe area. Very courteous employees. A nice peaceful place shop.

I come here for the Sushi! They have freshly made sushi all day and its fairly priced! Also love the prepackaged fresh fruit!

Staff is friendly and professional. Store is clean and well stocked. Bakery always had a wonderful selection of freshly made goodies. Their display of fresh fruits and vegetables is wonderful.

Currently the ONLY grocery store in the valley open 24 hours. For that alone it deserves 5 stars! Both Ralphs by me are closing an hour earlier now. This is why nobody is in a rush to move e to sfv, late night its a ghost town!

The gentleman that runs the meat department is extremely friendly and very helpful.

On 7-28-21 at 5:20am I arrived to pick up some items. Most of the aisles were blocked with items that needed to be stocked. While trying to get around. There were employees that would walk right in front of me. I found this rather rude. I greeted the cashier with a good morning. I paid for my items, and never asked if I wanted bags. Then upon completion. My items were pushed forward (like I was an inconvinence). The cashier then asked the customer behind me,if they wanted bags. I found this rather odd,that she would ask him and not me. It is a small matter,but I also should be asked the same question. I did speak to a supervisor and she seemed to care. This has not been the first time. I received poor customer service. Over all it has been good service. I am not a local,but work in the area. I will do my best not to return to this store in the future.

Good quality food but they have really messed up by thinking they are Costco. You On many items you have to buy several to get the Club price. Because of this I only shop at Vons when it is the only store thats available. The store was very clean...restrooms were clean. Why do we have to self check out in stores that are so expensive??

This Vons was well stocked, with a good selection of products. In particular the bakery items were fresh and appetizing in appearance. The use of display space throughout the store wasnt the best. There were adequate checkers open and self-check lanes available. However the stores decor/design was in need of an update!

Not enforcing mandatory mask policy. When I asked cashier why customer wasnt wearing a mask she stated that they are not allowed to say anything. Good or bad? Depends on what side of the fence youre on.

I always enjoy shopping at this store. Their produce section is pretty good. They have a great liquor section. I also like the fact that you arent overwhelm with vast selections of canned goods.

The whole store is always clean, good service, the bathroom has been maintained lately unlike before. I love that it is open 24 hours. Parking lot is clean and sanitizers are always available and not empty.

Money orders are only sold from 11am-7pm

They are open 24 hours which is great, no traffic, no lines to check out. The only negative, the isles are sometimes blocked by the boxes as the no personality shelf stackers look like they hate their jobs. Maybe thats why they work the late shift, they hate people.

Big Place, also very nice. Open 24/7 and has a starbucks inside. The friendly staff and cleanliness of the environment also do the trick.

Kind of a meh store. Lots of overpriced items that are cheaper almost everywhere else. Not sure why identical products are more expensive here. Went to self checkout and had to scan and set each item into the bagging area before scanning another item because they had no hand scanner. Scan an item, set it down without any bags provided, pick it back up and set it into my cart 30+ times. Im sure someone out there enjoys doing this, but not me. I will not be returning.

Rudest Vons especially the deli. 4 workers and not 1 willing to help!Products are never in stock and if your lucky 1 open register per every6 in line.

I really love going to Vons the people that work there just great people and they usually have what I like and if I mess up on my order day help me out like I said theyre really great help there in the food in the produce is all good and I love their meat cant say enough about it

Great local Vons. The meat/seafood Dept can accommodate special requests too which is nice for bigger or special orders. Jose is the manager of that Dept and his team are always super helpful and can help answer questions if you need something.

Best supermarket in the area. Open 24*7. They sell fresh breads and meat too. You get almost everything that you need. Just that the stationary items and pharmacy products are limited. There are lots of variety in everything else (from fruits and dairy products to meat and cakes) . The service is good and if you are a club member, you would end up saving a lot specially on alcohol.

Best in-house food of any grocery store honestly. Mask policy enforced and customers actually care to wear them.

Great selection of wines and thanks for the kosher section They set everything perfect to prevent people from walking to close each to the other, like one way aisle, the employees know the procedure in these situationsI recommend this place always well stocked The team gives a great customer service

Nice store with a good selection of vegetables. The vegetables appear to be checked and refreshed frequently. The meet department has some excellent cuts with some good sale prices. The butcher made some insightful recommendations. All in all, clean and friendly.

Nice store. They dont always have everything I want, but overall, its a pretty good Vons. They have organic produce and meats and other organic products. I dont like their fresh fish department though. Youre better off getting that at Ralphs or Whole Foods.

Terrible. They have marks on the floor telling the CUSTOMERS to keep their distance but the employees obviously havent been trained to do the same. One of them actually GRABBED MY SHOULDERS to squeeze by me. That is not 6 feet away, lady. Also they lock one of the exit doors and block it off with shopping carts. So if theres an earthquake or incident, customers cant leave the store quickly. They need to learn the fire regulations.

Right next door to me so its convenient but VERY pricey. Only go here if its last resort and dont want to drive somewhere else, but its a very nice, clean store with a great selection.

I love this store, doesnt hurt that its right down the block from me. This store is always clean, staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Products are fabulous, selection is awesome in how it fits the requests of the neighborhood, i.e. gluten-free, low carb, high end items. Wide alcohol selection, incredible. And a Starbucks inside, just in case you werent able to stop in the Starbucks on the corner.

I dont know what to say here other than what I witnessed. A man was trying to buy beer and the manager said, no more beer today. The customer was not visibly drunk and was well dressed. He didnt even get into it with the manager. Not a good look, Vons.I dont know the back story nor is it my business. But they had better have a damned good reason to turn a customer away from buying anything. I did not see that today.

In general this store is very nice, the prices compared to other markets is fifteen per cent higher. The meats are really good quality. Open 24 hours that ads to convenience. But after one in the morning everyone should be home or somewhere else but not shopping.

Ok selection. Average prices. Not enough checkers and no baggers makes for very long lines. Overall, sub standard customer experience.

Grocery store and a place to grab a quick lunch. Fried Chicken or baked and hot and cold sides to g ok with those items as well. Starbucks located in premises.

This is probably my favorite grocery store ever... its usually well stocked with a good variety of items of all sorts .. the layout makes sense to me ... the staff is generally friendly but not too talkative (nothing worse then waiting in line while the cashier and a customer relate the entire history if the world from the time the planet was formed to just yesterday when someones dog barfed something up), the prices are about average and the location is good .. even though Ive moved across town from it and should be shopping at, say, pavilions, which, though the staff their is also very friendly, the prices are occasionally shockingly high and the emphasis on high cost healthier items means sometimes I cant find what Im looking for... but thats another story.The Vons on pass is a nice place to shop.

I really dig the fact that they are open 24 hours... As an added bonus they have a wide selection of Gatorade flavors (which seem to always be on sale) and excellent quality in produce... I have yet to get a bed watermelon from them... They also have a deli counter which I have not yet used but it smells delicious

A very uneventful shopping experience

Vons has really gotten a facelift! They have any and everything you need. They are expensive now. Seems theyve aligned more with the Pavilions brand. I went to get Laganitas IPA, 12 pk for $10.97 with Vons digital coupon. Cant beat that!

Very clean store and friendly staff

Vons is a standard supermarket. No discounts. No bulk. Not a huge selection if you want specialty items or more exotic fruits, veggies, beer, nuts, meats, cheeses, wines. There can be good deals on alcoholic beverages by the bottle, especially if you buy 6 or more at a time. It is nice they carry some of the baked goods from local bakeries.

There’s one thing this Vons is great at... having 1 or 2 checkout lanes open at the busiest times. Buying a single item can give you a lovely 20 min wait to checkout. I’ve special ordered cupcakes from their bakery over the phone, only to find out upon pickup that they had no record of my order. There are other grocery stores with wider selections and inventory in the area as well.

Enjoy visiting this grocery store. It’s always clean and everyone is helpful and friendly. Make sure to get their free reward card and check out the app. You can get all your coupons set up on the app before you visit and it makes the checkout easy.

I have had an excellent track record with home delivery of groceries over the past 8 weeks. Todays delivery window was 3pm to 4pm, & the groceries were delivered at 3:01pm. The deliverymen are polite & very helpful. Ive only had 1 negative experience with this service on 9/12/17. The delivery window was an hour, but the groceries were delivered in 2 hours. The driver blamed the delay on traffic. No other driver has had that problem for the other 7 deliveries.

During these difficult times with covid-19 theyre doing their best keep their customers safe and everything clean

24 hr store is incredibly convenient. Especially since the parking lot can get crowded easily. I tend to go late at night whixh is nice that there are a lot less shoppers but then there is a good chance that restocking is happening late at night.

Cant believe its taken me this long to write a review of my favorite grocery store other than Smart and Final Extra! VONS! The free samples at Starbucks really pushed me over the edge-- of happiness! When Im craving something sweet I head to the far back corner by the bathrooms where the old baked goods are kept before they are thrown away! You can get them for half price and they taste twice as good ;) Dont say my mother didnt raise me to know a good deal. Thanks, mom! She also loves this Vons and the fact that it is so close to Crawfords.

I love this Vons! I love that it is always open, no matter what time of day or night that I want to go there, and I have never felt unsafe, even going there at night. They have what I am looking for, always with affordable prices. Plus, a big win for me in all of this, is that the employees are always so nice, friendly and helpful.
