Update: The owner of the establishment posted an innacurate response to my negative review on Google maps saying that their new hours are clearly posted on their homepage. This is not true if you order using a mobile phone browser and see only the mobile page and I did not see it anywhere during the process of making it completing the order nor is it on the receipt. The owner did admit that the new hours were not stated on the recording when you call the business and it also displays different hours on the business page on Yelp (see attached screenshot). Why did they accept the order and process the charge to my credit card if they were closed? The owner asked in their post, What credit an I referring to?. Well, any business that cares about customer service would at least offer a free sandwich or some kind of credit for the inconvenience of not delivering on $45 worth of sandwiches for a late night dinner after a long day of hard work.Original review: Placed an order through their website last night a little before 1:15am as I have done many times. I received a confirmation email that my order was received. Waited and waited no delivery. Tried calling them several times, no answer, listened to their recording on the phone play over and over how they are open until 2am. Wrote an email saying my order had not been delivered, money was withdrawn from my card and I was concerned something happened to their driver. Finally got an email response 12 hours later that my order was cancelled and refunded. Then, another email saying Our new hours are M-Th 8a-12am and Fri-Sun 8am-2am. No apology, no credit. I wont order from them again. I do not recommend doing any business with these people.

They’ve been absolutely invaluable during quarantine. Always friendly, wearing a mask and the delivery is super fast. Don’t know what we’d do without them!

The delivery people are always friendly and timely. They have a good selection and one of the few places you can order cigarettes from. Their Turkey sandwiches are the best and I sometimes catch myself spending over $30 for the free one. Its so good its like they sprinkle crack in the mayonnaise.

I have never actually physically been to their store but I do however order delivery from them on a regular basis. For someone like me who doesnt have many cc cards unlike most delivery services they take cod which is awesome. I have never had a problem with any of their delivery people. They always are super friendly and within the time frame they are suppose to deliver. I rarely order food but have had the turkey sandwich a few times and its pretty darn good. I highly recommend them :)

My only complaint would be I order when Im already hungry. As they say a watched pot never boils!Great food and the prices are quite reasonable especially for a delivery service.

Hassled over 20 cents. Made me feel like a thief in a way.Come here frequently and had no issues. Every time I pay I almost always ask if im good before leaving, but when I returned tonight an employee out of nowhere told me I was short 20 cents on my last visit.I dont appreciate being made to feel as if I purposefully ripped you off 20 cents by telling me twice that I was short.Also, next time count the change properly as I usually always ask if Im good when paying such a small amount in change.Over 20 cents from a customer who has literally spent hundreds with you, is a bit ridiculous.Never coming back.

Ive been ordering from these guys for almost ten years..(?), they know me as R***.Theyre accommodating, theyve taken everything from my verbal ab*se, (while not ever being offended by it) to my occasional over-tipping and yes even under-tipping. Theyve given refunds when needed, theyll deliver almost anything and theyre honest.Love them:)R

So my family decided to order breakfast this morning through Eat24. Our delivery was a little over twenty minutes late and when we called to inquire there was no apology what so ever. The delivery arrived with still no apology for the wait.The food : The mashed potatoes were good but bland. The salsa that came with my burrito, at least I think it was supposed to be salsa. It was flavorless as if it was plain tomato sauce.My burrito was good though. I ordered the spicy works burrito and even though it wasn’t really spicy I enjoyed it.

Russian people are quite nice, just maybe not quite so gregarious as us Americans, I like the lady who makes the stuff in back, my friends from work think shes mean but she is not at all, and she takes great care preparing your lunch, I really appreciate them, good deli, i wish we could get her to make some stuff from the motherland like borsht or piroshki, that would be a hit for them, good people

Breakfast burrito was $8 rip off.Tons of places in burbank for same size burrito and much better burrito. Had hardly any bacon. Nothing special to justify $8. Waaay over priced.

Had an egg burrito... come to find out the egg wasnt even egg, tasted funny took a look at the egg and it looked fake and nasty, it made me loose my appetite👎
