I went here to get a new laptop. Usually whenever I go to any Best Buy, there’s someone who comes to ask if we need any help with finding or choosing products and that customer service is what made me a regular customer at Best Buy but this one was lacking in that respect. If it was busy and they were busy with other customers, I’d understand but there were two employees who were just goofing around talking to each other and even though they saw me and my friend looking around, they didn’t come and check once if we needed help. After a while, we decided on which one to get and since the two employees who were in that section were just ignoring us the whole time, I went up to them and asked for help to which they responded by groaning and rolling their eyes. If it was any other time, I would’ve walked out but I really needed the laptop. So I just pretended to not notice it and proceeded to checkout. While checking out, the cashier asked if I wanted to get protection plan for my laptop. So, I asked her to let me think for a minute but she seemed very irritated and impatient. I ended up getting it but I haven’t had this kinda experience at Best Buy in my years of being a loyal customer. Normally the employees are very patient, friendly, helpful and professional. I was checking out some more stuffs on my way out and encountered a couple more employees. They seemed really nice and friendly. But my interaction with the two employees on the laptop section left a bad taste in my mouth.

WD My Passport External Hard Drive that I bought yesterday from Best Buy was defective. Took it back to Best buy and they had the nerve to tell me it would cost $200 on top of the $75 I already paid just to retrieve my photos. After contacting Western Digital for their defective product and talking to Best Buy, neither company is standing by their product. Western Digital washed their hands of the problem and Best Buy wants to charge me more money to fix a defective product they sold. Looking even further into this, Best Buy sells a huge number of Western Digital external hard drives, that is their main supplier. BUYER BEWARE!!! Steer clear of Western Digital products and companies like Best Buy that wont stand behind the products they sell.

I have mixed reviews. On the one hand, I enjoy visiting Best Buy. The atmosphere is nice and they have nice products. I even made my first purchase last year: 65 Samsung TV and sound bar. My grip about the purchase would be the use of deception regarding the sound system. They have theirs BOOSTED so that it sounds as if youll get the same affect from your sound bar. Im sorry to tell you that you wont. Itll sound nothing like theirs.In my quest to achieve the same sound as their displays, I recently purchased a back speaker 🔊 set, talking about disappointing 👎After I connected the additional speakers to my sound bar, I immediately understood why I purchased them as an open box. THEY SUCKED!!! The only way to hear them was to place your ear immediately up to the speakers. I am SO disappointed in Samsung.

There are several reasons why I give this a five-star review for this Best Buy. All their employees are friendly and knowledgeable about the products that theyre selling. Im happy with the 65 inch television Samsung that they recommended for me and it has been a pleasure to have and watch. Not only that but my earbuds and phone have also been a good buy as well. On top of that they have a free delivery service and they delivered my television within 2 days of the time that I bought it. Even when I purchase something and did not like it and brought it back they did not give me a hassle but just returned my payment. No wonder Best Buys been around so longer they know how to treat their customers and sell good quality products. I hope theyre around for another 30 years Im sure they will be.
My Company had bought 5 laptops from Best Buy that were having software issues. We took the laptops back and found out from Brennan (One of the Geek Squad gentleman) that the laptops had a manufacturer defect. Gerard G. the Best Buy supervisor was kind enough to price match a better laptop for our troubles. Both of theses guys went above and beyond for us, and the service they provided was outstanding. We will definitely return for business just because they are amazing at their jobs.
I was dragged to Best Buy by my wife who needed a new computer. Apparently, she had already been there and wanted me to give seal of approval on her purchase. The one she wanted was not in stock. We learned that a red X next to the display means they dont have it in stock. We were willing to order it and have it delivered but it is out of stock even at the warehouse. She liked it so much that she was willing to take the open box but they said no. We went to office depot and they suggested something different which we ended up buying.
I love going to Best Buy. The people are super nice and helpful. However, I couldnt find many gaming PCs. We needed one that day for a decent price and couldnt find one anywhere. Luckily they had 1 left so we took it. I know its not this Best Buys fault everything is moving to online, but when I need something in a pinch itd be kinda nice to have options. Used to just go to Frys and could piece something together, but theyre gone :(

The woman working the Apple electronics was extremely fast, very knowledgeable and made quick work of retrieving my product and checking me out while juggling other customers. The front employees knew exactly where to direct me and who to ask for. This store is always on point.

Unlike most stores.. you will most always find someone that is informative and knows the products in their area. Well staffed and easy to find assistance when you need it. Always found every employee to be friendly and glad to help. Though some people think they can be over priced. I find the prices to be fair and competitive. Easy to return items. Lots of selections. Associate Cynthia was wonderful. I received a phone for Christmas and had absolutely no idea how to transfer data, pictures, ect. She told me step be step and I asked her to write down the instructions and she had no problem doing so. She was very nice and polite absolute great customer service. Best Buy has always been great but I figured with something like phone transferring that the associate would quickly mumble instructions and send me on my way. But no, it was great. Went to set an appointment for Geek Squad person to come for the Installation of our Ring outdoor Security Cameras with Motion detector Flood Lights. Previous Night Owl cameras were also issued by them. The best place in town to get computer parts and or a computer. At the moment there is a shortage of parts so they are out of stock of many. You can get any electronic devices you need. Game consoles, phones, laptops, and desktops.

I paid for it there and I went and picked it up. Ive only been looking for for the last couple months and now I have it. Im damn happy with them.

Went in 02/01/21 for accessories for a new phone. Had some questions on cases and magnetic wireless chargers. Took a while to get help, but the man that eventually helped me was very informed and answered all my questions. I wish I could remember his name but I dont. 2nd day in a row that we ask for a sales associate in appliances, wait for 30 minutes and no one shows up. I see workers just walking around. I had never had an issue with this store. Not sure what is going on but management needs to pay attention to things like this. Specially with clients that have been buying stuff from best buy for many years.

As far as Best buys go, this is probably the best one. It doesnt take too long before you get help from a blue shirt, they keep the store clean. And its been very well stocked throughout the pandemic.

It was awesome!!!So nice to be able to go in and listen to available sound bars for TV. I had ordered a Vizio, but went in to hear it before picking up. The man that helped us (Mike?? like a dummy I didnt take a good look at his name tag and rudely I failed to remember what he said), any the man that helped us was very knowledgeable and fun! He cranked them all up so we could hear the differences. I went from the Vizio to an LG that was on sale for the same price and sounds way better. It was actually FUN shopping (all 3 of us agreed) and there was no pressure to buy anything. Elena at the pick up area easily cancelled the Vizio I ordered online and swapped it for the LG. GREAT EXPERIENCE AND I AM SO GRATEFUL TO STILL HAVE A DEDICATED BRICK AND MORTAR STORE NEAR ME!!! PRICE WAS BETTER THAN Costco, Sams, Wal-Mart, and Amazon for same items (bother Vizio and the LG... I looked, of course!!!)

Its amazing that Best Buy is doing well, most purchases are done over the internet these days. The store was well staffed, friendly staff amd no one pushed me into buying something. Im in the technology field and find that most of the employees at stores like Best Buy no nothing about the items that they sell. Had a gentleman that worked from the Geek Shop assist me on making the best decision. Of only the company took time to educate all their employees about technology and what it is they are trying to sell. Anyone can read the side of the box. All in all it was a decent experience.

Reached the parking lot, sent a text, they wecolme you and you respond with your vehicle info via prompt questions & your location. They bring out your item within 5 minutes and place the item in your car once you show your confirmation code. Contactless pick-up!
I purchased a faulty netgear router from this store. In an attempt to return i was told they were not doing it because i didnt have a mask. I have a letter from my doctor stating i should not wear one. Manager rudely told me he would not help me mask mandate lifts next week. Original mandate states mask required with the exemption of a medical issue. Also tarrant county judge lifted order effective immediately. The poor customer service is why amazon will take over not convince.

Absolutely piss poor customer service. Going on 25 minutes of hold on the phone and 3 associates to no avail. I finally gave up and just went to the store seems how no one could just tell me if they had the actual product in stock. Guess what they aint very busy. Employees standing around talking to each other. Ive been standing back in automotive for 10 minutes with zero help. Finally 29 minutes later total Im told they have the product in their hands. Unbelievable. They could care less about your business. I know if I dont answer the phone or address my customers I dont have them anymore. Guess it pays to be the giant Monopoly in all things sold techy.
Getting through the phone tree at this store is a JOKE! I dont shop at Best Buy, so I have NO idea if this is normal, but never have I EVER spent SO much time trying to get someone in the store nor have I called SO MANY TIMES trying to do exactly that. Ive called at LEAST 5 times, I do NOT have an account with an associated phone number, and Ive spent at LEAST half an hour on hold, total. Eventually, I just keep giving up and hanging up.Im calling them in relation to a computer under warranty purchased by my employer that requires repair and I STILL cant get anyone on the phone even now to figure out what the first step even is to have it fixed.Buy your products from somewhere else that knows how to answer the phones - like MicroCenter or Frys.

Their curbside pickup is excellent. But the mask enforcement is not the best. Plenty of people were walking around with no masks or masks used as a chin strap.
Online/phone customer service is the worst. I’ve been on hold for over an hour. I’ve tried to speak to someone at this store multiple times & it’s just places you on hold until you get tired & hang up. I’m my opinion from being in customer service, this store should just get rid of their phone number online seeing that nobody picks up. Once you actually go into the location you’re contacting, workers are free & roaming around. Seems to me nobody cares or the store.
