Didnt get the employee name. He stands out though. He was wearing an orange stocking cap & had a few tattoos.we needed help with a large order of wood and had him cut quite a few pieces. He took the time to give us well beyond excellent customer service. He didnt hesitate to get the pallet of wood down and loaded on a flat cart. I told him how I needed it cut and I stressed the importance of it. he understood and triple checked his measurements. Then when we checked out he had no hesitation in helping us load all this in a suburban. He did all this with great enthusiasm. Employee like this are the foundation of running a great store. Then are check out girl was time for her to get off work but didnt hesitate to take care of us with a smile another great employee. Comes from a great management staff.

The Home Depot store in Burleson is a great place to shop for tools. I come here about once a week to get things for projects around the house. The sales people are great at their job. There is a large selection of tools and materials. The gardening section also has a large selection of flower, bushes and other plants.

Came in wanting help on a paint project. Jasen I paint was able to tell me how to do it while still running the paint counter. He was very very nice and could tell you where everything in his department was with out living the counter. A great asset for Home Depot forsure. We enjoyed buying our supplies and our project was flawless. We needed everything we got and the foam roller is our new best friend Jasen. You were so right such a smooth finish I feel like Ive been wasting my life. The store ask you wear mask but dont I force it but the employees are wearing them.

Found cheap gallon buckets for my plants. the Home Depot always has what I need for my projects. Appreciate the cheaper prices and help from staff when we go for bigger things. Keep up the good work. Will be coming back for more buckets!

Rented a box truck this morning and it was exactly what I needed. The entire process was very easy and Mike was so nice!

Why does this location have such a scarce amount of house plants? None inside so they have them outside where most get dried out, burned or dead. If I had a suggestion, carry more houseplants and keep some indoors so they dont die!!!😔

I was called a B##tch by cashier at Burleson Home Depot today, while I was making a purchase. Great customer service 🤔. Employees are really in demand when they speak to their customers this way and still have a job. No wonder I usually shop at Loews.

I prefer the Home Depot in Cleburne. Better selection. This one is okay too though, if you need something simple

This Home Depot is always very convenient and well-stocked. My father-in-law recently had an issue with an excavator rental and Manager Chris and Clayton at the tool rental area were super helpful and got everything fixed up.

I came in needing to match paint to touch up a wall before we move. It was literally match this paint or repaint the whole room. I brought in a paint chip the size of a pencil, and Noe saved the day. He did a great job of setting my expectations, letting me know he really needed at minimum the size of a penny, but he tried, and he was SUCCESSFUL! Thank you Noe for trying. I cannot tell you the help you were to me today.

Unorganized and you almost have to beg for help. Its like going to Walmart. You have the products. You have the floor space. What you need is knowledgeable people in a store that will let them organize the products and actually help the customers. And if I want to check myself out with no help after walking a mile to find what I need then I want a discount from your inflated retail price or Im going to start ordering everything from Amazon with free delivery!

On 8/12/21, we had the worse experience ever @HomeDepot. The customer service the @homedepot in Burleson Texas is absolutely horrible. The manager Jay in plumbing and Service desk worker Xavier needs to be trained on actual customer service!

There is no way one can communicate to the Burleson store by phone. anytime I tried I get the message please leave a message. Annoying especially if you really need to ask an urgent question before you drive all the way to the store

We placed an order on line for pick up in the store and was offered and In Store product not in the box. The staff checked for an in the box product and explained that the tool boxes are assembled in the store and placed on the floor to sale. I am not one to purchased floor items, hint the reason for the on line purchase. After given the option to reorder with a statement to leave in the box upon arrival I elected to take the floor item with the knowledge for any future orders to request that order is left in the box.

I have to say I’m a little upset, I came in and the service I received was great. What I had a bit of a problem with is it the manager or whatever John Y. His body language around other employees and the attitude he gave these made my trip to home depot a little MORE than uncomfortable. and it’s a bit concerning that I can say this isnt the first time i’ve heard about him. My husband is a contractor and when in on morning to pick up some things, they were completely pack with only one girl helping everyone out. John would walk in and out but didn’t help attend customers which can be infuriating. Please keep a tight leash on your managers/supervisors Home Depot. Do not let them walk over the ones who deliver results: THE EMPLOYEES!!!!!

It is a well supplied store... needs some parking lot care

I always love going to Home Depot and shopping for the DIY materials I need for all my home projects. This time it was for some plants to put around the house. The plant selection was a little sparse but everything else was in stock.

Well for starters this store was extremely filthy. Merchandise on pallets thought the entirety of the store. Not one aisle without mess. On a Sunday when the store is packed how do you expect customers to be able to navigate your aisles? Store seems very poorly run and unorganized. Home Depot you should do better.

I shop at all the Home Depot in DFW but the Burleson is my favorite. Dwayne in lumber has a wonderful attitude and is very knowledgeable.

EVERYONE WAS WEARING A MASK! YAY!I can write a small review, although I was only there for about 30 minutes. When I ENTERED, there was a nice woman to greet us and handed me a card to enter a drawing for a Home Depot gift card. The staff helpfully let me buy a drink at the return center since I was a little confused and still wanted to shop.I pretty much new what I was there to buy so I didnt really need to interact with the rest of the staff. After finding my merchandise I headed on over to checkout where they have an amazing Self-Checkout setup. The associate seemed happy, was friendly, and wished us a good day when we left.Ill definitely go back there next time I need some home maintenance supplies.

Its a busy store, but I enjoy shopping there to support them in return for the kindness they showed during the snowstorm.We drove all day and couldnt find firewood until someone mentioned that Home Depot was selling 2x4s at half off and no charge for cutting it.

Theyre not very kind to veterans. I was just informed unless you have a military ID, you arent a veteran and not eligible for a discount. A DD214 is NOT sufficient proof of military service according to the young woman I spoke to.

I had an order for flooring they said would take two weeks. That would have worked for me. They sent the wrong product and tried to make me accept the order. Than they told me I would receive the product in a week still no flooring after a month . Another two weeks and no refund after I canceled the order.I really like Home Depot but will not special order from them again. Fooring and Decor had everything I needed and at a better price.

Been waiting for 10 minutes so far. The Line goes to back of the store. Have to wait at least a minimum of 15 minutes just to buy something. Employees just walking around not caring. Terrible managing when it comes to cashier scheduling.

Really great selection on seasonal goods in his store. If you need any kind of Christmas decorating ideas just come here for some inspiration. They will most likely have what you want or need. As far a the customer service, their are plenty of friendly helpful employees around to help you out. Crowds were killer for this time of year though so watch out for this fact.

No help from any employee, thats the normal, didnt have what i needed for pec water lines, no one with any sense ro help.

Went to the rental department, I met Clayton, who guided me straight to what I was looking for, and helped me pick out the Roto-Rooter machine, that was most compatible with my immediate need. Perfect service from a very knowledgeable individual.

They seem to usually have what I need, although it can be difficult to anyone who is able to help sometimes. Employees are usually in a mood that says, what do you want, make it fast.

I placed an order online for store pickup. When i got there i went to curb service and picked up my item. Be warned. The young man walking products out to your vehicle, knows nothing about the product or process. All he does is deliver. He was trying his best to be helpful tho. When you pull into curb service. All you have to do is text the vehicle and color and row number. Easy Peasy.

No help around 1 1/2 hours before closing. Came in, wasn’t greeted, no employees would help even after being asked if they could assist and had large amount of employees grouped up slacking off together. It just seemed like they’d rather do anything other than what they get paid for

After ordering a door online and scheduling a pick up curb side, I get to Home Depot at 6:15 and get greeted by a sign stating curbside pick up closed at 6 p.m. I guess people who work until 5 have no other choice but to pay an outrageous $79.00 fee for delivery. I live 5 minutes to a home depot and this store didnt have this door, so the next store is only 12 minutes away....and they expect 79.00 for delivery.... time to cancel my order.

We love this HD! Always friendly, asking if we need help. We have discovered its better to go in mornings when the certified electricians and plumbers are there. Seems harder to get help in evenings.

I’ve shop here all the time. No one usually greets me much less help me but I’m ok with it. But this one day... I approached an employee for help and she went above and beyond with everything I asked for. It was the most fascinating moment shopping at HD. She took me to 3 different locations and she even loaded the stuff on my cart including a door (which was heavy) I was beyond amazed. She even went as far as taking me to her computer to show me an HD video on door hinges. You can really tell she enjoys her job and displays what superior customer service is all about. I was beyond amazed with the outstanding customer service I received. THANK YOU DANIELLE for the GREAT EXPERIENCE, HD has an amazing employee in you.

I bought 38 2x4x12s here and I rolled the cart past 4 employees outside, 2 talking and then 2 more talking, doing nothing but talking. All 4 looked at me and my cart; the 2 in the 1st group turned and took off into the store; and the other 2 just kept on talking. Pretty sad when people younger than I am dont want to do what they get paid to do, and very sad that management doesnt have the balls to do something about it!

Clean and pretty much everythong I need for my life. There are a few more things they can do to make a little better. But i still likee it!!!!!!!
