Wish I could give 0 stars. We talked picked out stuff filled out all the paperwork. Gave my down. Decided to pay my first payment ahead of time. $380 monthly just up to $600 monthly. Straight up lied to by Devin . And manager Joe did nothing....

The delivery guys that works at this location DO NOT know how to move or install washer and dryers. They hit my doors several times, scratched up my floor in my BRAND NEW HOME, and wasnt even sure how to install them. RIDICULOUS!! I will be calling thier corporate ppl ASAP. They need to fix my floor for sure!!! The only reason Im giving 2 stars, is because the sales associate Charla ... Was awesome, down to earth, and super nice. So those stars are for her only !!!!!!!

I purchased a lift chair for my wife on july 3.the 5th.she was bit all over by bed bugs.saw them on the chair I purchased.took the chair back on the 6th.manager lifts up the chair, a big pile of bed bugs. Was told by Mgr.and insurance, they would take Care of us.no one answering our phone calls..had to buy new furniture, and burn ours.bed bugs do spread, just saying! Never will I go back to rent a center

Well I started renting to own a used washer & dryer set in March of 2016. Ive been paying on this set for a year and a half. I have paid off 98% of the note. Totalling over $3,000. Most the staff is welcoming. The younger guy greets me with a smile and calls me by name when I walk in the door. The woman is magnificent. The older one with a long beard has an attitude. I went in today to make a payment and when I asked how much was owed he said $298. Okay well thats funny cause when I came in a cpl weeks ago and asked the same question it was only $244. About a month or so ago at around 95% paid off I was a week late and they showed up at my door to take it and wouldnt give me anymore time. Granted Ive already paid for the set(retail value...new) and then some. Well anyways I ask how much to pay to get me through the rest of the month. I already dont trust him because of the discrepancy I mentioned above. He says $122 with an attitude like Im doing something wrong. I pay it. While waiting on transaction to go through I mention how Im almost done and that I cant believe how much Ive paid for this used set. He says well we havent made any money off of you. WHAT!? That did it. Okay then explain to me how youve made no money when I could have bought two new washers & a dryer for what Ive paid you guys for these. Like did this guy just call me a nucience? Then he goes on and makes it seem like because I havent paid it off sooner Im actually costing him money. I didnt mention how when they took it and brought it back I ran a load and flooded my laundry room because the installer didnt tighten the hose. I had to tighten it myself and sop up all the water. I dont appreciate his attitude when Ive rediculously spent a bunch of money. They start calling a day before its due. They send emails. If you dont answer the phone they show up in their truck to intimidate you. Seems the closer you get to pay off the more harrassment you get from them. I was going to rent a laptop for my sons homeschooling program but not now. At least not from the Burleson store. Ill go over to Crowley or the next closest one just so I dont have to deal with that bearded man. I was so flustered and upset when I left I misplaced my wallet. I will never do business with this store again. Ill pay off my $150 I have left and be done with them.
