Love the smells. I go every 3 weeks for refills on wallflowers. The have the car scents too. Love the way my house and car smell all the time. People always comment 😁 Mango mautai is my new favorite. But Gingham and hibiscus waterfall never disappoint

Wonderful here. The staff are awesome. They are so polite kind and gracious. They really make you feel like your a valued customer.We visit the McAllister Square location and they are great.

New store design is great. They have someone up front sanitizing hands as you come in and they monitor how many people are in the store and they do have a limit. They all wear mask and you have to too. Six feet markers are on the floors. The staff is great and the store is clean and well stocked and of course awesome. Love bath and body.

I always have an Awesome time shopping at Bath & Body works and that day was no exception. Customer service is always on point and except for 1 time in Atlanta, the employees are always so helpful.

The sale girl was a delight to work with. Wish I could find more sale clerk that delightful.

I actually only use this lotion and spray. Other lotion sits on my skin and makes me sticky and sweaty. Bath and body works also has antibacterial hand spray, mens stuff, and perfume. Its pretty pricey but they almost always have a sale. Their candles are the best out there.

I went today, and was helped by Kenzie. She was especially helpful in assisting me and directing me to find what I needed.

I just wanted to give praise to one of the managers of the store Brandi. It is a really hard time to be in retail during Christmas but add Covid-19 this year and I cannot even imagine. She was incredibly caring, thoughtful and hardworking. I hope the company recognizes the employee they have.

Staff was all helpful and nice. Pretty good sales going on right now! Watch youe step by check out cords on the floor. But they are clearly marked! Not bad at all!

The staff of this store is extremely friendly and helpful each time we visit. Today, despite it being Valentines Day weekend and coming up on a big snow, the store was still fully stocked in the middle of Saturday Afternoon.

I’m so happy this store is open again! I went by there today and they were having a great sale. I got a candle, body mist, shower lotion and a hand sanitizer for $20. The lines can get a bit long but they also have people that can checkout with a hand held device.

This place is always clean and smells good. I bought candles this time. Just wish prices would be slightly lower.

My mom and I always use this store and I had popped in two nights ago to do some last minute gift grabbing, my mom had to come in and get a few of the same things because they were awesome. The store was clean and the staff was wonderful as always, but a special shout out to Kenzie who checked me out because she was very sweet and deserves the review.

Small but well organized store. The only issue that I had was the fact that a man was walking around without a mask on and no one said anything to him although there were signs on the door saying masks were required.

855 NE Alsbury Blvd, Burleson, TX 76028I went shopping at BATH & BODY WORKS around 7: 45-8::20pm .. I went into the store and I was looking at the products in the store ... I was not paying attention who was in the store, when I turned around, it was a white woman who had no protection and she was without a mask !!! she had no protection. With the situation we are in withCOVID 19 !!! .. people are dying from this disease. COVID 19 ... I do not understand why it is so difficult to understand that we must protect ourselves from COVID 19 ... I also do not understand why they let her enter without a mask, when on the door when entering she has a sign saying that you need to wear a mask, protection .. the reality, humanity does not want to see that we are in a horrible crisis and people are losing relatives due toCOVID 19 .. luck for people who do not use protection ..

Had a ton of fun spending a gift card we received has a house warming gift. Found many new scents that both my husband and I liked and thought would make our home more cozy and warm.All the employees on duty were not only knowledgeable, but friendly and courteous as well. They werent put out by our long browsing and deciding time either. One lady, the cashier said it best. We dont mind the time you take, just as long as you truly enjoy the items you choose.Dont remember her name, but we were both pleased to see that old-fashioned customer service is alive in some of the young employees and businesses still.

Cashier 3496022 is a total liar, we came with a coupon which stated a free gift with purchase of $20 dollars or more, she thought we didn’t how to add, and has the guts to tells us that a cream was the free item, she just didn’t want to redeem the coupon, what a joke this locations hires only trashy employees who decided under their personal feelings not company policies what to give to the customers even if that’s under the promotion. Never coming back to this location, I’m rather to drive extra to hullen mall.

Absolutely HORRIFIC online order experience and online costumer service. If you want to place an order from Bath & Works, then physically shop at one of their stores to make it happen. Online orders are mishandled and canceled due to phony reasons such as the items listed below are no longer available A great deal of time wasted ...The order was processed and items were sold that supposedly were no longer available. But wait it gets better, my online order was never fulfilled yet family members and friends who ordered the same items a week after me had theirs fulfilled. Organization is one of the keys for success!

Very nice staff. I was asked immediately as soon as I walked in what I was looking for. When I had more questions, I approached a staff member and they were extremely friendly and helpful.

I always find something I want or have not tried before. My favorite scents are the Moonlight Path and the Japanese Cherry Blossom. I love Bath & Body a lot because they always have new scents and they always have new products. They are definitely a one of a kind store because of all the fragrance choices they have for you to choose there. My familys and I favorite candle scent is definitely the Mahogany Teak Wood. I feel like there stuff is a little pricey but it lasts a long time in the long run.

I just love the scents and yes they might be a little high but they smell amazing and they make my skin so soft

An employee named Garrison helped me find exactly what I needed during my visit. He was very nice and professional and knew a lot about the products in the store. He is the reason that I will return back to this location to shop in the future. A very nice young man that made my experience and day better.

The store claims to be open until 7pm but its 6:23 and they quickly ran up and locked the doors before we got to them. The sassy little girl inside yells go home, were closed. Great customer service.

The workers are always friendly and helpful. Even though the space is small, when there was a big event with a big crowd they were great at getting people through the line in an organized fashion without sacrificing customer service (they were still polite and asked about extra wrapping etc and didnt make you feel rushed). Only downside is the parking up front is terrible to get in and out. It is much easier to park in the actual parking lot and walk.

I have been purchasing the foaming hand soap (and other products) for several several years. (At least 10.)The last 2 times I purchased it, it was thin and watered down. I sent an email to corporate Bath and Body Works and their reply was Thank you for buying Bath and Body Works. Not clear why they hadnt even taken the time to read my complaint. Warm Vanilla Sugar is the fragrance.The only reason for the 1 star is because I could not post this without adding at least 1. Clearly, they do not care if they loose customers.Edit. The customer service at the Burleson TX location has always been wonderful. Its the product thats the issue.

If I could give the store a zero it would be one don’t ever shop at this location the worst customer service and experience of my life if I didn’t love bath and body works so much tonight would have made me never want to shop with the company ever again.

Holiday shopping made easy here

They had poor organization. I had a basket with at least 200 dollars worth of stuff and an employee offered to set it behind the counter until we were ready to check out. When we went to check out, the basket was gone. Someone had taken it and put everything back because it wasnt labeled or anything and it was just placed amongst other items that were discarded. I spent an hour and a half ON BLACK FRIDAY there and left with nothing. I was livid.

Overall, this is a good store. Cashiers are painfully slow on big sale days. Be prepared for long waits. Selections are always limited in stores and popular classics are through website only except for rare events in store. The stores offer no ship to store option for classics either. Customer service is only so-so and is lacking in professionalism. Employees can be seen chatting with each other about other employees or complaining about their job. But most are good and helpful.
