This morning was my first time at this location. I enjoyed being one of only a few in the store. It made for a quiet and peaceful visit while I tried to have a picture enlarged. After not having success on my own, I was very grateful for the young ladies who helped me correct the mess I made of my prints, all the while smiling so professionally. Thank you, Ladies. π π
They literally never answer their phone. They put you on loops of holding music and then hang up on you. This happens literally every time I call them, over the past 6 months. So you have to actually drive up to the store to get any questions answered or get ANYTHING done. They are the ugliest mugs Iβve ever seen working in a pharmacy and they are SO UTTERLY RUDE to your face. You are a burden to them by being there and getting medicine. The lines are so long because they sit in the back talking bad about customers and laughing at them. The WORST Walgreens Iβve ever been to and Iβve lived ALL over Texas. Iβm switching my business to HEB or Walmart. It gives me shivers just thinking about having to go back to that place. Yucky yucky take my advice donβt do it.
Have been using their pharmacy drive thru for covid testing. The morning and early afternoon staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. One younger gentleman in the later afternoon really didnβt know his head from his tail and wanted to argue about providing me a consent form for my minor to be tested. I had only been to that location 5 times before (once earlier that day). I knew it was required. He had to go ask someone else about it and was not thrilled that he was incorrect. I make my appointments earlier now, to the best on my ability.
Like everyone else is saying, placed on hold for ridiculous amounts of time, phone rings and then someone picks up the phone and places you back on hold without even having the decency to say anything! Sorry excuse for a pharmacy.
Im a provider trying to order a medication that needs to be done ASAP, so trying to speak with the pharmacy staff. Have been on hold for over 20 minutes. The hold music plays then the phone rings. Someone then picks up and puts it back on hold. This is happening over and over. Ridiculous. At least speak to me and ask to hold or why the reason for the hold. Poor form!
Went on my quarterly shopping visit to Walgreens. Had several questions while shopping and asked a gentleman who was stocking. The gentleman was very put out by the questions that I had about a glucose meter and had very little knowledge about them. I asked several questions and he finally said I needed to speak to the pharmacist. There were no otc glucose meters available on the shelf and my daughter went back and looked otc in the pharmacy and there was one. They gave her the meter and then there were no strips available. Once again asking the gentleman. Very put out again, I was getting very frustrated. So, I go to check out and everything I had gotten had an otc tag in front of it. After ringing me up, the girl said I owed nearly $40. So, that being said, she had to call a manager to the frontβ¦..low and behold, it was the gentleman stocking. I have no problem with him stocking but I do have a problem with him being a manager and having very little knowledge and being very rude. When I asked about what wasnβt covered, no one had a clue.Every other time I have ever been in this particular Walgreens, they have been very polite and helpful. Next time I go to Walgreens, I will go to Cleburne. Just that one time being treated like I was stupid was enough for me.
This Walgreens has very poor staff.Itβs not the first time, but this really got under my skin.My granddaughter, who is a teenager, was standing in line waiting her turn. When the person In front of her was finished, she went ahead and approached the checkin desk. The employee, tells her to stand to the side and helps the person who was behind her. I tell the employee she was next in line, I guess because we are not the same ethnic background, she chose to make my granddaughter wait. Then this person who was behind her didnβt even have all the info she was required to have. We had to wait over 20 minutes, Then this person proceeded to leave, and then my granddaughter was helped. What a waste of time.I will continue to go to CVS where I am treated as an equal human being.
I received a voicemail from the pharmacy regarding my moms medication and to call to discuss the urgent matter. After finally getting through the automated system and waiting a few minutes, someone picks up, doesnt say a word and for over 15 mins Im listening to conversation how she came in at 7 and gets skipped for lunch to the person that came in at 930, there are too many computers, and hearing patient names being discussed. I then get placed back into the hold queue, and Everytime the phone rings they put back on hold without saying a word as Im typing this review. It has now been 45mins. I understand being busy, but this is beyond ridiculous. Theres supposedly an urgent matter with my moms medication and I cant get through to find out what it is. Time to get it together.
Should be zero stars. My daughter has COVID. She had 3 prescriptions to get filled. My wife waited several hours to get only 2 the 3rd was said to have an issue with reading of the printed prescription from Hospital. Then after waiting more they ask here to come in. Then story is the 1st pharmacist left and a new one arrived and could magically read the prescription. Now it had to be filled in central filling they will have it on Tuesday. So now my daughter that is a family of 6 all with COVID both her and husband had to be in hospital for a few hours each and 2 kids under 3. She drives up to get kids prescriptions and has to fight with them over insurance and bill goes from almost $400 to $20 after 45 minutes of discussing of which they required her to come into the story. Forget that she has COVID and shouldnβt have to do that. She asks about her prescription from Sunday and they now say we have kinks in the new system and it was returned for now pickup and at noon today it wasnβt even ready. This has to be the most inept store. I would suggest you not visit them.
The Chinese buffet down the street has more educated staff!
Best pharmacy techs in town!! Super knowledgeable and friendly!
Big line here at 1:00pm and a bigger one at 7:54pm. Obviously understaffed as always. This has been ongoing at this location for years.
Wait times are too long every time. Will probably switch to CVS.
Horrible customer service. Dont go to this location early morning. I stopped in to pickup my prescription around 4:30 am at this location and not one person, including the manager even acknowledged I was in their store. I went to the pharmacy counter and was ignored. The person working the pharmacy would not come out from the office to assist me. This is the kind of service you should always expect from Walgreens.
Love that they are open 24/7. Can get prescriptions any time and they are usally not crowed.
The pharmacy offers nothing good. Poor customer service and a long wait time. I would definitely get your prescriptions filled elsewhere.
Such a great staff! Amy went out of her way to help me with a prescription (super fast as well) !! So sweet and understanding!
Would leave 0 stars if possible. My pharmacy was out of my sleep medication when I went in at 12:30 am the try to pick it up. They called the closer pharmacies with no luck and suggested I called this store in Burleson. At first I was excited because the pharmacist said they had the meds. My joy was short lived when he insisted he wouldnt fill it until 5am. I asked if there was a reason he couldnt fill it now so I could try to come home and get some sleep. He said it was too early to fill. I challenged that and he admitted that technically it wasnt early but he was still going to make me wait until 5am. He refused to explain further. I told him what I though of his attitude and some brash and explicit 4-letter words.
I was just at this location and was very disappointed with my interaction here. Upon getting my items, I noticed three people walking around the store without wearing a mask- an associate even offered assistance to one of these people and didnβt require them to put on a mask. When checking out I confronted two associates and told them there were others in here with no mask, one of them acted surprised and I told him I watched him help one of those people. He told me that all they could do was ask people to wear one, but couldnβt make them. When literally as I was walking up to the counter an announcement made on their overhead speaker was βall customers are required to wear a mask within the store.β I realize we arenβt required to go into public, but the moments in which we have to- it is the job of all associates and store representation of any place to uphold the county law. Hold these careless people accountable. Itβs not just myself they effect, but universe knows where else they even go or who else they see. Itβs a chain reaction that involves everyone.
Extremely slow in drive thru and inside of the store. They are consistently understaffed and it is not uncommon to have to wait up to an hour to get your prescription filled. Many times they texted us to come and get meds, only to find out that they werenβt even filled yet.Came in one time in response to a Walgreens text telling me my script was ready but when I showed up they told us it was to early to fill. Management needs to spend some time evaluating this store. Very poor service. The staff are generally kind
Pharmacy-Poor customer service and extremely long wait times to process and pick up prescription.
I just want to give a shout out to Anne and Amanda. They were AWESOME! VERY HELPFUL but most of all FRIENDLY!!!! THANK YOU LADIES!!!
This Walgreens shares a commonality with all the others yet I will say something noteworthy about this one is the smiles and warm hospitality. It was clean and well organized.
Very slow service, sitting here 20 min now and still havenβt been helped yet the second a e
Good Folks At This Location & Good Selections Here As Well.
Was just at the pharmacy and waited 30 minutes and was constantly ignored. They were extremely rude! Constant slow service. Not helpful and about 5 cars behind me weβre also complaining.
Stuff is overpriced. At least its open 24hours. But above all else, avoid the pharmacy. They are slow and a hassle to deal with.
I DID AN ONLINE ORDER FOR THE FIRST TIME AND IT WAS A COMPLETELY FAIL...I WILL NEVER USED THIS Service Again...It just was a blame game..The manger liz tryed to resolve the matter..But I was still unhappy with the turn out....Things wasnt in stock like the online say so..Plus I shouldnt have to go inside the store for my order..bad bad service..If you doing an online order..Go else whereπ€ π€
Literally the slowest and most inefficient group of people behind a pharmacy counter in the state, and probably in the nation. During a worldwide pandemic, they have shut down both of their drive-through lanes and are forcing customers to enter the store to even speak with a pharmacist (I did try to call the location three times the previous day to deal with the issue over the phone; I was on hold for nearly 10 minutes for each call before the call disconnected. I called back to make certain it wasnβt a fluke β it wasnβt.). So, here I am again today, waiting to speak to the pharmacist or pharmacy technician to determine if my insurance/prescription issues had been addressed. If it hasnβt, I will be told to sit and wait in the small waiting area for an additional 10-20 minutes before getting back in line, because even though Iβm told they will call me when itβs my turn, me and two other customers are in the Walgreens waiting area purgatory and have been going through this cycle for the last hour and a half.I have never been met with such blatant disinterest in a personβs finances and medical concerns IN MY LIFE β and Iβm a travel nurse who has worked in busy ERs all over the nation for the past 5 years of my 10 year nursing career.BACK STORY: I picked up a prescription 4 days ago (which I depend on to function properly) and take THREE TIMES A DAY; I was not notified that only 30 of the 84 tablets were available on the day I picked it up and I only learned this when I got home (home away from home, an Airbnb) and opened up the prescription package β my mistake, I suppose. They also had trouble processing my ACTIVE INSURANCE while I was at the store originally. This is the same insurance plan I have used extensively in many other states due to the nature of my job, so after 15 minutes of the pharmacy technician attempting to run it through the system, I said forget it β I will pay out-of-pocket & deal with the money on the back end with the insurance company. From home, I have attempted to contact the pharmacy/pharmacist multiple times on two separate days this week to no avail. So, on my day off, I chose to spend it at the local 24-hour-pharmacy in the middle of a pandemic, since Iβm not exposed to ill people enough during my time at work... After explaining my conundrum to multiple pharmacy technicians, I was told to have a seat and I would be called back up when the issue was resolved, as the pharmacist had to personally make a phone call to the insurance company. I was never called back up and the technicians did their best to avoid eye contact with me as I scanned their faces every few minutes. Giving up on that method, I got back in a 6 person deep line & finally made it to the front of the line again, only to be told that the pharmacist called my insurance company to have to original payment from Monday refunded (to my credit card) for the partial prescription which I picked up 4 days ago, but she failed to obtain approval for the the remainder of the prescription which I am attempting to pick up today. I was told to wait again in the waiting areas she called the insurance company back to reverse the first insurance payment for 30 tablets and run the claim for all 84 tablets, since two separate claims could not be processed in the same day for the same medication. So, Iβve been her for a total of 75 minutes on my ONE DAY OFF this week, and I am STILL WAITING to have this seemingly simple issue addressed. I expect I will have to enter the line again for the THIRD TIME TODAY after another 15 minutes has elapsed.
Awful staff treatment. I went in last night and heard the manager yelling about an employee and telling all the other employees what happened. From what I heard, it sounded like a misunderstanding but the manager was so unprofessional and I was very uncomfortable. Never shopping here again, I hope she gets terminated for her poor lack of understanding in leadership.
About to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere. Although 24 hours is convenient, its not convenient to wait over an hour for a prescription that was sent to them over 4 hours ago. I always have to wait for ever at this location. They even lost a prescription after they told me they had it. Some of the staff is pleasant but there are a few in the pharmacy that could use an attitude change.
All my prescriptions are filled here. My physician calls them in and then they call me when they are ready to pick up. It is very convenient doing business this way because I can take care of other business while getting prescriptions filled without having to sit and wait. The pharmacist ( Wayne and Craig) at this location are knowledgeable and quick to answer my questions.Although I have to wait at times, because of the overwhelming amount of business, when I am at the register I am their number one priority.
I ordered a photo canvas online. When I went to pick it up (on the date they set) and they said the canvas paper just came in and they would print it the next day. I went to pick my item up and was told the order was cancelled. The manager had nothing to say but sorry. This was a gift for my father that cannot be made before I board a plane to see him. They offered nothing to make this right. Aftwr I use my rewards I will be switching my families pharmacy and recommend you do the same. This store is really going down hill. They need new management.
Very disorganized.
Wont be using the pharmacy here anymore.
I requested to have a prescription filled as soon as possible. The lady at the drive through said 30 minutes. I asked is they could do better because I was very sick and just wanted to go home. She didnt even blink and said in an unfriendly tone 30 minutes. Im done with Walgreens.!
Depending on who is working the pharmacy determines the level of customer service. Some pharmacist and techs are not worthy of the job! Some are the best in the world! I only use this pharmacy when my regular pharmacy is closed.
Once again they get my prescription wrong, literally every single time. Then I got yelled at for explaining where they were wrong. This is literally the worst pharmacy ever!
I always feel as though Im bothering them by getting a prescription filled. Theyve done partial fills because they ran out without mentioning it when I pick it up. My insurance information occasionally disappears out of the system. They ran a coupon without filling the script so it was locked the next time I went to use it. I would leave Walgreens but my insurance compels me to use them. Ill use the Crowley Walgreens from now on, at least they are pleasant.
They are so slow. They dont even comprehend anything. The worst customer service ever. I will never go back. I just moved here from Ohio and wanted the same pharmacy. It looks like our pharmacy will change also. They just need to shut the doors on this place.
Horrible customer service on a regular basis. More than one time I have gone to pick a prescription only to find out they decided that it was too expensive and I probably wont want it, without even asking me.
This location is frustrating and extremely slow. I tried to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy after Walgreens had been so slow in the past. In that process Walgreens said I already picked up my prescription from there so when I went to pick it up from my new pharmacy, my insurance wouldnβt cover or approve my it. So frustrating.
Wait times are horrible. I dread going here. They are way under staffed. Today I waited for 42 minutes in the drive through. Only for them to tell me that they donβt have stock of my prescription. I dropped it off 5 days ago. Waste of time. I wonβt be going back there anymore. But Iβm sure they wonβt care.
I love this Walgreens I donβt know about the pharmacy but when I need help the employees drop what theyβre doing and make me priority.
I used to get great service here now Im considering switching pharmacys. My prescriptions are always on back order or the manufacturers arent making any at this time I tried a whole month to get my sons epipen for at the end of the month me threatening them I was going to switch they lied to me and told me they had one in stock and itd be ready in an hour. I sent my mom to pick it up and they told her they didnt have any in stock did they give my sons prescription away or what?? Ridiculous!!
This is by fa the slowest drive thru pharmacy I have ever seen. Absolutely redicious.
Slowest pharmacy ever!! Moving all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy today.
This pharmacy is a disaster. My doctor sends prescriptions electronically, and every single time Walgreens requires that I present my insurance card in person - it cannot be done over the phone and for some reason they cannot just pull it out of my profile in their system. The excuse they give is HIPPA, but having switched pharmacies, this is not an issue. Prescriptions get sent in by the doctor, the new pharmacy fills them, processes insurance, and were done. The problem with this is that it requires a trip inside to get multiple prescriptions changed from cash pay to insurance. Why not use the drive thru? Glad you asked. It is horrible. Slow and painful. And if you get in the line, you better be committed to it as you cannot just pull out and go in. There have also been times when picking up that I will pay and take care of everything with the cashier, but I have to wait for the pharmacist to do something before they can release the prescription. Hassle. After several minutes, the pharmacist comes out and swipes a card, and I can go.
Nobody is ever at the counter. Employees hate thir life and their job and dont seem to care about anything. The manager is the most disrespectful person ive ever met. They will swear and cuss openly regardless of who is around. The store is filthy and always a mess. Found roaches in there before. Photo center is horrible. And pharmacy cant get an order right for the life of them.
Itβs absolutely the worst pharmacy and store in town. Not all Walgreens are this bad. This is a management problem.
Great customer Service every single time I have gone there or call for some reason. Been going there for years for my medications, quick pick up of stuff needed it at home, my photo prints, and much more.
Absolute worst customer service at this location. I have been a Walgreens customer for years but never have anything but grief when dealing with this location. Rude, slow and completely disinterested in meeting customer needs
Great customer service at the pharmacy, got exactly what I needed!!
Whoever owns this branch should consider firing the staff and starting from scratch. Im changing Pharmacys today due to one my script being out of stock, then being told it was going to be ready the next day, then coming over the next day and being told yet again it was going to be ready the next day and then calling the following day and being told it wasnt going to be ready. Meanwhile I suffer in LITERAL agony because Ive recently had surgery and its the only drug that gives me relief. Hard enough to get the scheduled drug... Hard enough going through physical therapy and recovery. .. hard enough being bounced around in a car to visit your Pharmacy for no reason! Terrible terrible service. If your the owner of this branch heres a big slap in the face because your place SUCKS!
Absolutely horrible! Every time I go to pick up prescriptions, I am always in the drive thru line for at least 15-20 mins. One customer took that long. While I was waiting for so long, I already called another pharmacy to get them to request our pharmacy records to switch. Lines are always huge inside. Once had a tech call me to tell me that I need to apply my insurance because my prescriptions were over $3,000. I told her I didnβt have any at that time and her response was βweβll then it will be $3,000.β For an acne cream and an antibiotic. No helpfulness whatsoever.
Omg let me just say... Walgreensβs has really become filled with incompetent pharmacy technicians. I spent hours trying to explain to staff and technicians that my RX was in the system but sent to a different location than the one I was picking up at (burleson) but they kept telling me they couldnβt see it or they could see it but it was illegal to give it to me since it was sent to a different Walgreens WTF! I literally had to go in and talk to the pharmacist and behold... he found my rx within 1 min and filled it. Super sweet guy. The rest of the staff was garbage π !!!!!! So angry π€ cause I was in pain the whole time. Iβm tired of Walgreens low quality staff Iβm switching to CVS
Healthcare clinic was excellent. Physician on hand made you feel at home and like a friend. Very professional as well.
My daughter was prescribed a liquid antibiotic. The dosage on the label read for me to give her 60 ML once daily. I called the pharmacy about the dosage because it seemed too much for one dose for a 5 year old. When I spoke to the pharmacist I found out that it should have read to give her 6 ML once daily. I did not get an apology what so ever, nothing. If I would have given my daughter the amount that was instructed on the bottle, it could have made her very sick.I am not sure if I will be using this pharmacy anymore because I now feel like I cannot trust the dosage that is written on the bottle.I have reported this incident to The State of Texas and am waiting for a reply.
Waited on hold for the pharmacist for 40 minutes. Never got to speak to them.
Worst pharmacy ever to deal with. Even if itβs their mistake they will not speed up your prescription being filled. They make you wait for another hour while they process it. Rudest, most hateful staff!!! I would give them zero stars if possible!
Wanted me 2 wait 2 hours for my pills when she took forever getting to the window then wants to be lazy n hav me wait 2 hours for my pills when there wasnt even a line suk my dik
The shelves were well stocked and neat. The store and restroom were very clean. Clearance items are clearly marked. The guy who rang me up was friendly. I dont use their pharmacy but based on the reviewes Ive read I dont think I ever will. There seems to be a lot of negative reviewes for this location, but this is not the location I normally go to so I can only base my opinion off of my visit today, and it seems like one of the better Walgreens in the Crowley/Burleson area.
Pharmacy techs are very unproffessional and have terrible customer service. Seems to be no type of coordination or structure here. Never lets you know when your lpl description is ready, when they dont have medicine, or even if there is a problem with medication. Overall communication is worse than a toddler. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!!!
F u guys rating them poorly you have wrote the same review on every walgreens within a 100 mile radius.... this place is always fast for me I take it up there and tell them I would like to wait and usually they tell me 20 min but within 5 min Im on my way out the store
Great pharmacy techs and pharmacists. They know what they are doing and want to help you. Favorite pharmacy!
Always have my prescriptions sent here for both my daughter and I. They are fast and always helpful...keep in mind there are peak times and depending on flu season or what have you the wait may be longer. Thats with anywhere though.
I called about an insurance question and the tech literally said these words to me ugh, like Ive got time for this. My eyes went wide and i was shocked someone could be so blantenly RUDE! The wait is always so long and they always seem to treat people like garbage! This isnt the first time. Im switching pharmacys.
I will be changing pharmacies! This store has the worst pharmacy - customer service ever. Slow, rude and slow. Did I mention they were slow! Today I am currently sitting in line with about 10 other cars and at this point I have been in line for 37 minutes. I was 4th car back in line when I started. I am currently 2nd in line. This is the norm for this pharmacy. The drive thru is always slow but this ridiculous.
One of my favorite walgreens to shop at. Shelves are always stocked
Horrible customer service. Absolutely will not be back.
Good...ccourteous..have not had a bad experience
For health reasons I use the drive thru. I was 4th in line and sat there 45 minutes. The few times Ive gone in was just as bad. They usually have 1 person working the drive thru and counter.
Never coming back to this location. Always messing up insurance and extremely slow and hard to work with
Had a prescription I dropped off to be filled. They sent me a message telling me it was ready. I went and had to wait in line for 35min, then they told me it WASNT ready, that I needed to contact my doctor again to resend.... HORRIBLE!!!!
Litterally the laziest and worthless workers I have ever seen. Its the closest propane refill place near me and it takes me having to go back in multiple times to ask if they are going to come give me my propane or not before someone comes out. I have waited in upward of 20 min for someone to come exchange my propane when there are one or no customers inside.
Ive never used the pharmacy to fill a prescription, but over all the employees are friendly and helpful and they are well stocked with OTC options.
Worst pharmacy ever ! How Walgreens hasnt fixed this branch Ill never under. Hours to get thru the drive thru line ! Worst pharmacy there is!
Nice, helpful people here.
Absolutely horrible. They never have enough staff. And as you can see in their ratings, they dont care either. There will be 5 or 6 cars waiting at 7:30 @ night.
Very slow service. Techs just wondering around doing nothing and ignoring the customer.
They lost 2/3 of my script, cursed at me when I mention they may have messed up. I have meds i take for severe asthma for 28 years, I came from the ER to pick up what was supposed to be my next 2 boxes so i can breath for the month. Elizabeth the pharmacologist manager said if I can talk I must be able to breath (still wearing ER bracelet from my asthma attack) then cursed at me when I mention they may have messed up. Why am I being told I dont have a condition by pharmacist when Doctors all over the state have said otherwise consistently for 28 years.Heres some simple math walgreens if im perscribed something to take UP TO 6 TIMES A DAY and you give me 1 box of 25 doses to last 30 days. how the heck do i take it for 30 days at up to 6 times a day. How could I even take half that? I went to CVS, they can count. It was filled no issues. And my Dr. wont recommend this walgreens again Elizabeth. Now to contact you Corp. Office.
After 9 major mistakes with my insulin in just 1 1/2 years, I finally switched pharmacies. They deleted my prescription, gave me outdated medicine and tried to refuse to take it back, and their attitude is very apathetic when it comes to the problems they create for their customers.
If I could give this store negative stars I would!!!! Their pharmacy drive-thru is absolutely insane.... do NOT go here unless you want to wait at least 30 minutes just to pick up a prescription ... I will not be returning to this store!
Ive waited between 20 minutes to an hour for prescriptions that were ready for pick up. Ive received prescriptions with the wrong quantity, and cannot say the staff is friendly...
Cashier asked for id when were obviously old enough to purchase cigarettes! Then was discussing the issue with another customer after haf upset my boyfriend! Very rude and bad customer service!
This Walgreens is the slowest, most inattentive pharmacy Ive ever used. Weve only used this pharmacy because they are a compounding pharmacy, where the other big chain is not. We have moved our prescription to our small town pharmacy.
Waited an hour for the pharmacy drive thru just to tell me the prescription isnt ready, dropped off in the morning and try to pick up at midnight.
Terrible service. Two times in a row I called to refill a prescription, was told it was all ok and ready for pick up only to drive up there and the pharmacist not even know what I was talking about. One time they gave me the wrong prescription and later tried to charge me for it. This place is absolutely terrible.
Slow and dont seem interested in their customers. Pharmacy line and wait is always ridiculous
Slow pharmacy. Rude employees
Typical Walgreens, nothing different than other Walgreens (which is a good thing, try visiting the ones in downtown San Diego which are full of crazies/homeless).
Ive been in line now for 25 mins. They are slow and dont care if people are waiting. Horrible service.
Terrible service, long wait times, they never call my doctor when they should. Just avoid this place if possible.
Terrible customer service in the pharmacy they refuse to fill prescription and talk to the customer like dirt
Only 24hr pharmacy was on hold for over 30 min. No one ever picked up. Called back an hour later on hold 16 min. I just got upset and hung up.
Rude not interested in dealing with customers. Only switched because they are the preferred pharmacy.
I work in the area, already completed the survey and told you to deal with the young man who is VERY PUSHY about donating to red nose even after saying no.When a customer says no, leave it there!!!
Ok drugstore
