That Sephora unfortunately was not able to help me with my mail order return. Initially she said it has to be something they sell there in her Sephora to be eligible for a return there then she saw the date was just over 30 days and declined the 1 of 4 items they sold because it was past 30 days, I said the website says 60 days and she said to get that Id have to go to a free standing store. π Which I tried to but got lost and turned around 3x so I gave up and it was rush hour traffic time so once again I have to put it off.
Sad to learn that Sephoras leaving JCPenney great to know its only going to Kohls its not very far
I would recommend this place to anyone! The staff made everyones Christmas shopping experience very pleasant! Everything was pretty much in shock in terms of one stop shopping.

Shephora over all is a good store. I dealt with a lady that was pretty snobby, but that doesnt account for other potentially friendly employees. I felt rushed the whole time.

Amber helped me with Color IQ and went out of her way to help me select the best products based on my skin type. She was very patient and nice. I didnt feel pressured which really made me feel comfortable. I hadnt shopped here in about a year but after receiving exceptional help, I will be sure to return a lot more often.Side note: Amber should really get a raise, she deserves it! :)

She was very sweet when explaining the process of how to find the right foundation for my skin, and really understanding what kind of makeup would be best for me. She as patient and with my bubbly personality and her very kind personality, it was a blast! I also bought products there and will definitely be buying more! Im a beauty insider, but would love to be VIP. I love Sephora!

So I said to myself Iβll never return to this location the first time . But I did and I came out mad again, I asked the worker what was there best foundation? & she didnβt care to look at me or tell me Iβll be there with you in a bit . She was mad bcuz she couldnβt find something . So I just walked away !

So i called this location, to ask a question to see if i could get a sample of a product before i actually make the purchase not cause i can not afford it, but to actually make sure it is a match of my skin tone and is what its said to be and Patricia was just rude she seemed annoyed of my question and didnt properly end the conversation she just hung up! I myself work in retail and customer service is everything, && if an attitude is what you wear all the time find another job!

Iβll start by saying the only positive thing I can and the only reason I can justify even giving this place a one star rating is that Amber is amazing! Iβll end the positive note there because literally every other thing about this place is awful! Every time I walk into this Sephora I feel incredibly judged and felt to be a bother to every employee there (other than amber). I wasnβt surprised to see that this establishment has a 2 star rating. You can ask an employee a question and get ignored or get an attitude, because how dare you ask a βbeauty professionalβ a question while they are clearly busy standing behind the register helping no one in the store. If youβre into being treated like youβre not good enough to be in their presence than this is the place for you! I for one will NEVER be coming back to Sephora. Ulta right across the street is FULL of people who would love help me find a foundation and could most definitely teach the Sephora employees a thing or two about how to treat people.

I was in Sephora for 2 hours and no one to help me and when I call for help they ignored me,I have never been so embarrassed before in my life I had to go to a different Sephora to get what I wanted, I drove for 30 minutes to Sephora while I have one that is 5 minutes. Terrible customer service

I love Sephora but Ill start going to Ulta from now on. I bought a lip stick at the Sephora in the ridgemar mall last weekend and when I got home, it did not suit me so I went ahead and returned it last night. Well, I went with my sister to return it and the lady who was helping me with my return said yall look familiar, were yall in here last weekend? I said no we went to the white settlement one, as it said on my receipt. So she continuted to say well we had cameras on the 2 that look like yall and I was thinking where is this going? And then she said we watched them in our meeting on still pictures. She was accusing us of stealing... But I was thinking okay maybe she realizes because 1. I used a debit card to buy my lip stick so why would I steal...? And 2. I had a receipt, it wasnt us. No. The store associates made it so uncomfortable for my sister and I. They stayed on us the whole time and did not stay further than 2 feet away from us while we shopped. I wanted to look around a little bit longer but I really just needed to get out of there because of how uncomfortable it was getting. Im also not a very confrontational person until I am pushed so I did not say anything or do anything to cause a scene. After I left, I called the JCP manager and made it aware of what happened to them. Now I want other people to be aware of it. Ill now be doing my makeup shopping at Ulta.
