SemFi Constructions team is absolutely incredible! I have witnessed first hand over the last couple of days with this Texas Blizzard and the damage it caused and watched this team and owner dive in head first and take all the calls, comfort every single person, and get things TAKEN CARE OF! The level of excellence they serve in is huge! It is very hard to find a company is very talented in what they do and has great customer service!

Im a local real estate agent and SemFi is our go-to for all our construction needs. They have done several projects for us including residential remodels, home upgrades, and commercial expansions and improvements. They are a top-notch company that does excellent work!! The owner is highly knowledgeable and experienced, and has resources to handle any job you throw his way. In addition, he is incredibly patient and goes the extra mile to ensure every detail is taken care of to our satisfaction. These guys are highly recommend in my book!!!

Excellent place and people

Fairly-priced, highly competent, and an excellent finished result.We have used SemFi construction for two major home renovation projects, and also referred this company to friends who are equally as pleased. I have nothing but wonderful things to say. Stephen and his team are highly competent in their design and renovation skills, professional with all communication, and very respectful of the homeowner during the renovation process.They are diverse in their skill-set and can do custom built-ins, add-ons, appliance installation, painting, drywall repair, etc. (Im only speaking to the services SemFi provided for me, Im sure the list of capabilities well exceeds this.) They also travel all throughout DFW, which was my first question - Im glad they do! Thank you for creating a home that we love.
