We had the best experience at the Floor Barn from the flooring selection process to wrapping up with choosing the right cleaner for our new floor. Brian was super informative when I went in to the store for the first time to select our flooring. I asked a million questions and if he didnt know the answer he contacted the rep and got an answer for me quickly. Communication was great and Brian made the entire process easy which I appreciated.

Plus I love using a family owned local business over a big box store or big name company seen on TV commercials (we got quotes from both). The installers (Oscar and Brian) were very professional, polite, and skilled. Reasonably priced. We will only use Floor Barn for future flooring and bathroom improvement needs. I can’t say enough GREAT things about this company. Jose just finished laying the wood-look tile in our home and it’s immaculate. Jose was here all 3 days exactly when he said he would be and would work tirelessly all day long. Jose kept the areas he used for his supplies, very organized and clean. He was so respectful of our home and at times he was so quiet, I forgot he was here working. I am a local Realtor and I have tons of contractor referrals, but I don’t think any of them would have done as excellent of a job and been as neat, organized and respectful as Jose. This company deserves your business! You won’t regret it!

We remodeled our master bedroom and bathroom. We chose The Floor Barn as they are a Crowley-Burleson family owned business, very easy to work with, very competitive and met our schedule needs. The entire Heltzel family was a joy to work with. Don measured the rooms and hand delivered the product. A last minute change was made and he fixed it immediately. The floor installation crew was professional and efficient and worked with our schedule need between other contractors. We also purchased our bathroom cabinets from The Floor Barn and they turned out great. We are very pleased with the final result and recommend The Floor Barn team to anyone who needs new flooring or cabinets.

Have had a bath tub converted to a shower and had my second bathroom shower updated. The Floor Barn has done a beautiful job on both. Look forward to having them work on another project soon.

My husband and I bought a foreclosed house that needed new flooring over every inch and the amazing team at THE FLOOR BARN were so helpful. They made what seemed overwhelming easy and fun. Then when our church flooded and needed new vinyl flooring we happily recommended the team at THE FLOOR BARN.

We would highly recommend the Floor Barn. From the measurements to the install everything was a class act. They stayed right on schedule with no surprises at the end of the job. They were very competitive in pricing and the quality was impeccable. This family owned business is a cut above the rest.

The Floor Barn did an excellent job converting our garden tub into a huge shower. We had an existing shower in our master bath that was just too small and hard to get in and out of the shower door. I did the demo work and they came in and installed the schluter Kerdi system for waterproofing where the tub was. We are going to remove the existing shower at a later date and turn it into a linen closet or something like it. We chose the tile from their store and the prices were very reasonable. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and the craftsmanship is excellent. I have no problem recommending them to anyone and we plan to use them again for our other bath when the time comes. Feel free to contact me if you would like to see their work.

We love our new Shaw laminate floors installed by Brian and his installation crew. We were very pleased with our whole experience.

Nobody wakes up in the morning expecting the house to be flooded. Well, that is what happened to my house. Woke up and the half the house was flooded. What was going to be a simple drying and some touch up wound up being a total house gutting experience for unseen reasons.. Many things did not go well during this period. Once on the road to recovery I had been to pretty much every flooring and tile store the DFW area had to offer. There was one company that kept drawing me in. The Floor Barn. It all starts with customer service and Floor Barn did not disappoint. This is a family owned business and they treated me as if I was part of theirs. As this was my 1st time ever to have a major house rebuild issue, I came with TONS of questions. This staff was extremely patient with me and very informative about the types of products they offer and what is to be expected from all the different types of flooring and tile options that are available. Once ready to move forward with the flooring, The Floor Barn had already won me over. Just before the installation I was contacted by the Floor Barn about another flooring option that just came out which was very similar to what I had chosen originally but they took the time to make sure I was up to date on the upgrades the newer items had. Floor Barn also tiled a restroom that was included in this disaster. Beautiful tile that I had not seen at other stores. I even let the staff know that I am going to buy more of the tile for a future project that is in the early stages. They had my whole house including a restroom completely finished in a day and a half.I can only talk from my experience but I would encourage people to at least stop in and talk to them and give them a chance to perform their magic. They have 2 stores. One in South Arlington and another in Burleson. I worked with the staff at both stores and will continue to rave about the professionalism towards their customers and their promptness to see projects are completed in a timely fashion.Kudos Floor Barn!!!!!!

We needed to convert our tub/shower to a walk in type shower for our safety. The rebath fiberglass type did not meet our desire so we started looking for someone to do the conversion. We found pictures of similar shower arrangements and printed them out for showing what we wanted. After much looking and talking we found the Floor barn and decided they would be the one for the job. No double talk or pressure and after meeting with some of the family we knew this was the place.It has been several months now since the conversion and we have had no complaints or call back. Needless to say we are very pleased with their work and everyone who has seen it has only good words about it.If you want the job done right these are the right ones fot the job
