This location has some of the best customer service I have ever had the privilege to run into.My phone, a Samsung galaxy s9, had a terribly cracked screen. It was so broken that it was visually unusable. I had run around to a few other repair shops but no one could help me out last minute and that day. Finally came her and Devon, the repair guy, worked magic upon my phone. The shop closes at 7pm and he made it. You see I came there around 5pm, giving him 2hrs to fix a Samsung screen, almost impossible. I was in desperate need for my phone due to travel plans the next day, so fixing this phone was my absolute goal. Thanks to this shop and Devon, I was able to get to the trip for my job. Definitely returning for other business. This place rocks.

I had a great experience getting a Samsung phone battery replaced here. The existing battery had swollen to the point that I had to take the back off the phone. I took the phone into the store in a brown paper bag with the back off and the battery sort of flopping around. I was concerned that the phone might be damaged, the woman that took my phone was not. The whole thing took about 30 minutes and the phone works fine. This is a wonderful place to get your phone battery replaced.

I had no idea this place did phone repairs. My sister had cracked her screen pretty badly and we went three other places before we stopped here. The girl was super sweet and helpful and said she could have it fixed within an hour. It only took thirty minutes and it was cheaper than the other places we looked! I definitely recommend this place for phone repairs!

Theyve always had what I needed, but they are very dry and not friendly.

Poor quality battery, only lasted three months beyond warranty and the best offer was an on Line offer of 10% off an overpriced replacement. Went to a specialty store to get specialty treatment and a better quality product and what I got was Amazon quality, poor service and paid to much. Better to shop on line.

Very helpful people. The guy at the Burleson, Texas store tested two of my batteries, found one was dead, the other just needed charging. He treated me like he really wanted to help me instead of me being an interruption. So very refreshing in this day of big box stores whos employees are so busy trying to stock shelves with no time for customer service.

I placed an online order for store pickup. It was fast, easy and the lady working was very knowledgeable. I had a key fob that was no longer working she figured out the problem and fixed me up. Great service as always. Ive bought 5 automotive batteries so far from Batteries+Bulbs and always found the folks helpful and informed.Recently our 6- year old Buick Lacrosse was having trouble starting, so I did some research and opted for an oversized Group 48 battery (usually used for the 6-cylinder rather than the 4-cylinder model but it still fits into the cars battery holder) and the AGM version for no maintenance. Even though there was more hardware to remove and reinstall, it took just 10-12 minutes for the tech to install it while I waited. I asked them if they had an automotive memory saver device (which turned out to be an EZRED MS4000 Automotive Memory Saver) which they did and used, so I lost none of the cars settings while the battery was swapped out.Overall a great experience. Ill definitely keep doing business with them.

Horrible place to get your batteries. Shortest warranty I have ever heard of. They wont tell you that though, so beware! And its worth the extra 5 or $10 to get at least twice the warranty just when buying it from somewhere else. They are very sneaky and there batteries dont last long which makes you need to get another one and it not be under warranty. Will definitely never go there again! They will even try to convince you that a charger or maintainer will make it last longer and still not let you know that their warranty is only 6 months. And thats the maximum, thats their best warranty. AutoZone and OReillys start out with year warranties. Horrible place to shop!

I usually get very good service there. You have a good stock of different batteries and if you dont have what I need in stock you can usually get it within a couple of days at the most. Batteries Plus Bulbs is one of my favorite stores.

When my wifes car battery had issues and another retailer was trying to tell us nothing was wrong with her battery, but it was her alternator. (Which, by the way, the same retailer told me the exact same thing concerning my cars battery). Batteries Plus charged her battery for free and we have not had problems since. Thanks Batteries Plus!

Broufhr in a car fob that had stopped working. It has a special catch to it, and the guys at B+ tried their best to open it. They were honest about not being able to open the fob without breaking it, which I appreciated.

I took my daughters iphone in to replace the screen on 11/12/2018 and was told to come back in a while. I left all my pertinent information IE name, contact number etc. When I returned I was given the phone with a new screen. After I paid, the $119.06 dollars the young lady told me that the phone has numerous problems internally and what appeared to be soda spillage etc and she created new pathways to access the information. I was then asked to sign off saying I was aware of the problems. Note the screen had been changed and I had paid. I was upset....I asked why didnt they call me and tell me what they found and asked if I was sure I still wanted the screen to be replaced before replacing the screen. She did not have an answer. I was so disappointed and there is nothing worse than feeling that someone took advantage of you. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have discovered they are not the absolute cheapest, but they do have the best variety.

You need to go to this place to replace your keyless entry for your car. They charged a little more than Amazon for the battery but they also installed it FREE. It probably would have taken me 2-3 times as long. Plus you need the teeny-tiny screwdriver.

So as I’m driving through Austin and some cheap gas station iPhone charger broke off into my phone, so I’m mad, well I go to batteries and bulbs, to buy a wireless charger, and the guys like “nah fam we gotchu” (not literally said that way), but it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend anyone to take their phone in for maintenance. Literally saved me 900+ dollars, because I thought I was gonna have to buy a new phone. I had no clue that was even possible to fix, but thankfully the manager did, and they hooked me up if I could give them a bajillion Stars I would.

I called for a price on a 12 volt alarm battery 8 Amp Hour. They quoted me over $38. The average is trending between 9 and $16. Whats wrong with that picture?
