We just bought a new Toyota Highlander. Great experience with David Brinkley. They have a great family set up. We were here with our small children for about 3 hours . My kids were comfortable and the sales process was speedy. We test drive 2 vehicles and David allowed us change car seats on each one. He was extremely helpful.

My situation was very complex. I was stuck in a terrible, unreliable car with so many problems. I was miserable. Everyone at Friendly Toyota live up to the name. It must be a great place to work because all the employees seem to be happy and friendly. Mat Herndon, our salesperson was a delight to work with. He texted me a picture when the car I ordered arrived and he had a big red bow on it when we came to pick it up! I wouldn’t change a thing about our experience!

First off the facility is very very nice. Clean with two comfortable customer lounge areas. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. Alex, our sales person is great. She spoke and treated like old friends or family. She listened to our desires, needs and wants. Then directed us to vehicles that met our criteria. She worked with what we wanted . Agreement made, paperwork done, finance office no pressure friendly and out the door with the new vehicle. I had to return to have a tire repaired due to road hazzard. Alex spotted me then went and made sure the repair was done correctly. She even had a diagnostic done on the tire pressure sensors to make sure they were working properly. Now that is great service. As far as we are concerned this dealer is family and we will return here to make our next car purchase.

I gave my Toyota Camry for service maintenance to replace two tires and after almost 3.5 hours of waiting they gave my car with smaller tires. It was clearly visible that the tires were of wrong size and service advisor told me to come again after couple of days to get it fixed. This is really frustrating. Never experienced such kind of service

I have been a Toyota customer since 2004 when I purchased a Tundra and have been extremely pleased with the vehicle. The truck was at 330,000 miles and as expected began to have a few problems. I brought it in for service and my service representative, who name is Carlos, began the inspection of the Tundra. Unfortunately the repairs needed exceeded the value of the vehicle so sadly it was time to retire the Tundra. Through my conversations with Carlos he introduced me to Paul Denman, a Sales Consultant there. Working with Paul he went out of his way to meet my needs was able to place me in a 2022 Camry within my stated price range and budget. Paul was extremely knowledgeable, kind and cared about my situation. I felt that Paul went out of his way to make sure I was happy at each step of the process and I believe I made a new friend. While I would like to think I was somehow the exception, Im positive that everyone Paul comes in contact with ends up feeling just as special as I did. From my planned service needs on my 2004 Tundra to Pauls assistance with my 2022 Camry the entire process was wonderful. Even the young man who processed my loan was exceptional. I know many people just say they will be customers for life but as for me no words can adequately express my appreciation. I cannot imagine going to another dealership for a vehicle. I understand why their name is Family Toyota because I truly felt like family. There is no doubt whatsoever that I will be part of the Family Toyota family for life and that is absolutely the truth.

That turned out to be the best decision I have ever made. I received the best service I have ever had at a dealership from Eric Hill and Nathan Mallory who went out of their way to make my car buying experience as pleasant as possible. They gave me more than I expected for my trade-in and was more than willing to work with me to get me the car I wanted at a more than fair price. The experience was so pleasant that today, I drove across town again just to buy another car from them for myself. My wifes car lease is due in a couple of months and yes, I will be going back to them for a third. I highly suggest buying from the folks at Family Toyota. They treat people with respect and as a consumer, we all GREATLY appreciate that.

We came in just wanting to test drive a 4Runner and met up with Sierra. She was very attentive and sweet and got us into it to do a test drive by ourselves while she helped another guest.
