5+ STARS!! Amazing place, professional, knowledgeable and responsive. I had an issue with my phone not charging. They explained the situation and difficulties regarding my model, and offered several options (including options that would mean taking business elsewhere). They told me to bring in my phone so they could look and see what they could do and they were able to fix the issue in next to no time. This place is definitely a must if you have a phone issue at least before deciding to spend big bucks on a new device when you dont need to.

Second time I used this store. I had my screen fixed/replaced last week. Now my battery does not keep a charge and dies super fast. Not sure what they did but when I took my phone in. I checked the battery health and it was at %96. Now it is %82 max. iPhone XR. Never had a problem with it before. Who knows.

I went here for warranty screen repair on my Samsung phone since they are an authorized repair site. The repair took about 30 minutes longer than the estimated time provided. However, Jesus helped me and was honest about the delay. My phone looks as good as new now. Hopefully I dont need to use their services again for repair. But if I do, theyll be the first call I make.

Took my phone here to have it repaired through Samsung. The touch screen stopped working and they were able to replace the touchscreen. During the repair process however, they broke the charging port so my phone only charges slow and it will not charge wirelessly. When it is on the charger, it smells like it is burning and every hour or so it lets out a puff of air through the charging port which is so agressive it pushes the charger completely out. They ordered the part and told me that they would be able to repair it while I waited.. this is a work phone and I cannot be without it for the 2-hour repair time. I am a healthcare professional and cannot leave patients without access to a phone nurse for 2 hours. I feel like if they break your phone, they should make it a priority to fix what they broke. Obviously repairing the damage they caused is not a priority for them.

My iPhone X decided to go for a 3 second swim. It was ok for 10 minutes after and then it decided to shut down and give me the green screen of death. Water was actually coming out of speakers and from underneath the glass. I was 99% sure it was toast. The guys at this store were so awesome. They put it in their dehydrator and then 5 or 6 hours later I went to pick it up knowing it wouldn’t work and that I was going to be stuck buying a new iPhone. When I went to get my phone they turned it back on and it worked! I’m typing this review from my iPhone X right now. I am still in shock. Water was coming out from behind the screen guys! And now It works perfect. Hopefully all of our phones stay in good working order, but if anything happens I will 100% go back to them. They were the best and legit just saved me and all of my pictures! Thank you guys so so much!

I have an iPhone X that had a severely broken screen. Shards of glass were flaking off it was so deeply cracked! I have an asurion insurance plan on this phone but had never used it. I called asurion to get info on how the glass coverage and repair process worked. The initial call and scheduling was great. I went on the appointed date to UBIF repair shop. The staff were attentive, eager to help, and very knowledgeable on iPhone X repairs. They replaced the screen within a short time but the asurion work order sent to them was incomplete, it didn’t even tell them why I was bringing the phone in for repair. They had the part needed thankfully but iPhones face imaging and True Tone have to be calibrated for the phone to work perfectly. Asurion /Apple didn’t reply to UBIF repeated attempts to contact them for the calibration issue. UBIF was so helpful, techs were so patient, they kept checking in with me to update me on the delay in calibration and explain what caused the delay. After a while of their repeated efforts to contact the insurer they literally said we can bypass this and get your phone back and if there is an issue we will work with it. So because the phone insurance co did NOT do their part, UBIF had to jump thru hoops to remedy the issue. Asurion was not the team player they should have been and claim to be. The lack of follow thru on asurions part cost UBIF repair techs two days of phone calls and emailing, for something they really had repaired in two hours on day one! UBIF techs are problem solvers! They are driven by their passion with electronics, but purpose to please the customer regardless of the inconvience it cost them! UBIF (Burleson) is a 5 star shop, their staff are phenomenal! They extend every effort to save your device and everything in it! And have insurance cover it if applicable!

This is the best and most organized phone repair place I have ever seen. Gage took my Google Pixel 3A XL with the broken glass and put a new one in and I was out of there in 35 minutes. This was the 3rd place I called. The other two did not stock the glass but could order it, plus they were both $50.00 higher. I am bringing in my tablet next week for repair. I highly recommend this place.

My daughters sound quit working on her iphone I took it for the free diagnostic. Chris was the tech that would be working on it. He told me give him 2 hours and within 20 minutes he called said it was fixed just loose wires. Chris was very nice and quick at working on the phone. I will definitely refer everyone i know.

I had a terrible experience. My boyfriend took a Galaxy S10 there. They kept the phone for 7 hours. We had a 2 hour quote time and it more than tripled that. Which is not only frustrating as it’s holidays and we have family in the hospital but it’s also a major method of communication for work. I would recommend EVERYONE stay away from this place. It’s a scam. They gave us the phone in the same condition we brought it in. Broken. We were told that they couldn’t fix it. Some phone repair place. From reading other reviews it seems others have horrible experiences. I’m going to make sure others being family and friends and coworkers. It’s an atrocity to the community.

UBreakiFix exceeded all expectations! We brought in our PS4 after having a corrupted database. Within 24 hours uBreakiFix was able to diagnose the issue and come up with options to get it back up and running. It now works perfect. Staff was extremely helpful and able to answer all of our questions and get the system back running. We would definitely use them again in the future.

They excel at lying and playing hide-and-seek with your items.I dropped off a Nintendo switch on 10/22. They decided they needed to do a 48 hr diagnostic. No call from them on 10/24 as promised. On 10/26 I called and was told the tech was working on it at that time and they would call me that afternoon. No call.Called them again on 10/28...still not done. Called on 10/30 only to finally be told they arent able to fix it because their soldering tech quit. The guy told me they close at 7pm. I was there at 6:30pm and the store was already closed.Drove back into town again on 10/31 to pick it up only to find out the owner (nameless and faceless person the guy behind the counter and phone keeps referring to) had taken it to the Lake Worth location for their solder tech to repair and would have it back in Burleson on 11/2.Called on 11/2 and guy didnt know where it was but would call the owner, find out, and call me back. 2 hours later I had to call again to find out and was told it would be in the store at 11am on 11/4.I waited an extra 2 hours before driving over to pick it up because by now I know I cant trust a thing Im told. Guess what??? Its still not in Burleson!! Oh, but I could drive to Lake Worth and get it. Uh, no. Im not the one who took it there. I never consented to it being taken anywhere!! Supposedly its to be there by 8pm on 11/4 (they close at 7!) and it has not been repaired. So well see what happens when I try again tomorrow (11/5).

I called about a device I was attempting to repair only for the person on the phone to tell me they don’t fix it. This is very frustrating as I’ve been to a UBreakIFix and they told me they fix just about anything. But, turns out Smart-Fridges are out of the question even after Samsung referred me. Then I was told a couple weeks ago that they fix all things Samsung. So they like to lie.This is a very very annoying experience and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Unless you enjoy being violated by surprise, steer clear! I dropped 1 dead iPhone SE, 1 iPhone 7 with a shattered display, a monitor that had a pink line through the center, and a MacBook Pro that would power on but the screen would not illuminate.First red flag, the technician told me flat out that nobody there has any actual training in electronics repair. Basically, they replace screens and major plug and play components only. And if that doesnt fix the issue, they have no idea what to do from there. So if you like being charged exorbitantly more than you probably need to, then this is definitely the place for you! I only relented because I wasnt actually using any of these items, had already tried a few fixes on the MacBook, and didnt have anymore time to lend these tasks. Besides, if I had to open YouTube on my own phone one more time, only to find it riddled with My Little Pony videos from my daughters relentless pursuit of Equestrian magic, I might have had another broken phone on my hands. But anyway, I digress...So, it wasnt much of a surprise that they were only able to fix 1 of the 4 items I dropped off (the iPhone SE, by replacing the screen). Fine, but it wasnt exactly the most important of the items, so I wasnt in any rush to get in and pick it up. I dont know if they bank on this, or what, because what they DONT tell you is that if you dont pick your items up within 30 days, they just go on ahead and take the liberty of sending them off for recycling. Im sure its in the fine print, CYA section of the contract. But you wont get a call, you wont get an email. Your stuff will just unceremoniously go the way of Tysons boxing career and just dithappear! And the only reward youll be given for your trouble is being forced to listen to 15 minutes of some drop out, mouth breather stuttering over company rhetoric on policy, assuring you that they actually did all the things that you know they didnt. But dont worry, youll be happy to know that theyre very sorry that you dont enjoy having your personal property passively appropriated like your consciousness at a Bill Cosby after-party. Show me on the contract where the bad company touched you.What a joke. I pronounce this experience negative four stars, since its not an option I can select. Place should be called U Break, I Take.

Gauge and Chris are AMAZING! I took my pyone in thinking it was probably beyond repair and these 2 men worked on it to getting it not only working but looking like it was brand new in just a few short hours. They kept me updated every step of the way, made sure everything was precise and even stayed late at the store when they really didnt have to!
