Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Store is clean and well stocked, and trade-in values are very reasonable if you wait for special offers. Good selection of toys and pop culture t-shirts as well.

Used to be better, but its not the location, its just gamestop used to be better. The staff here is great and kind.

Good visit. I was immediately assisted. They didnt have what I was looking for but I always have fun shopping at GameStop.

So irritated with gamestop. Last year they had a lot more systems that can go on layaway. This year they only have certain ones that can go on layaway. The man I had talked to at the burleson location was super sweet and helpful. It isnt there fault that the corporate office changed everything.

The manager Ray is the nicest guy you could ever meet. He treats every customer like a friend, hell chat with you and has a lot of good info about various questions. He answered every question flawlessly. This is the only gamestop Ill shop at while hes the team lead and if he left Id drive out of my way to visit him at whatever store he goes to next. Clean store with top notch customer service.

The staff is very friendly and before I know it, I am talking to them as if they were friends of mine. They have always kept that store very clean and tidy. The staff also is very knowledgeable about games I am looking for. I suck at shooting games but my husband loves them. They helped me find games I could get him that were similar to those he has played. He loved them all! This store was nice enough to even call the Crowley Gamestop when I was looking for specific stuff. Thank you for the help! Yall are amazing!

I️ bought a game 3 days ago, brand new, paid 64 dollars.Played it didn’t like it.Tried to return it and was rejected, was told policy is once it’s opened it can’t be returned.Instead they offered me 22 in credit.Are you serious.How am I️ suppose to know if I️ like the game or not if I️ can’t open it and play it.Wow. Biggest scam in the world. I️ tried to give game stop the benefit of the doubt, but this is the last straw.
