I ordered a couple sets of scrubs to try them out based on a recommendation Id seen online. The website stated that the scrubs were returnable for 90 days. They seemed very well made, but were not what I was looking for. I tried emailing and messaging the company for a refund and got no response. I tried calling several times to no answer.When I did get through the person who answered at first said she would not honor the return policy stated on the website then kept going on and on about how great the scrubs were despite me telling her my reason for wanting a return. Eventually I just hung up. She then called my office and got confrontational with my staff and with me.At this point she did finally explain why she couldnt honor the return policy now, but may be able to later, but in the next breath started insulting me personally and professionally. I would NEVER do business with this company again due to the way I was treated, even if I thought they made great scrubs (they dont), and I hope you wont either.

I met Don while coming through our ER. It was so simple, we could buy at work. That was the beginning of the company. Don is also a RN. These scrubs are the best. I NEVER had to go back to get something......stuff was always in my pockets and I used everything. Enough pockets for everything and wear so well!!

Ive ordered 2-3 other times from them with only minor issues (pants not hemmed which was part of my custom order). I ordered again in June 2020 another custom set of 4 pairs of scrubs. I received confirmation of payment and then nothing. I figured itd take longer during the pandemic so sent an email. No response. Tried calling and the phone rings and then nothing. Ill try to get my money back ($250) but since it was in June my bank may not be willing to do the claim despite the scrubs website having a 6-8 week timeframe for normal delivery.

Yes, it is the metal building behind the house.So Im a tall/big guy and I was tired of all these designer brand scrubs failing after 6 months, not being long enough in my back, and fitting poorly. The quality of these scrubs are rugged and heavy duty like I need.The shop had all the colored most scrubs come in, all the sizes and plenty in stock. The scrubs seem to all be the same make but very in style by how many pockets you desire.The lady at the counter was very friendly, very helpful and just overall a sweet person to do business with.

Yes GPS took you to right place. Dont be concerned just go all the way to the back metal building.Price is good, have a lot to choose from different styles. She was very helpful to finding the right style and fit.Make sure to try them on.Also if you need hemming done it is available.

Bought 3 pairs about 2-3 years ago. Having to replace a pair of pants just now because of an ink pen stain. They are so well made and the pockets are incredibly useful. Staff is wonderful and they even do tailoring if you need it.
