Ill give 2 stars for the good deals they have. 1 star for customer service since only 1 employee was nice and asked if I needed help. 0 stars for check out times. They had about 8 registers open with 3+ people in each with carts full 2- 15 or less registers and a whole self check out open. Instead of waiting in 1 of the 8 packed lines I decided to go to self checkout and was told because I had more than 10 items I would have to use one of the open lanes. I have never heard of a self checkout being an express lane before. I had to stand in line for 10 minutes before I could even get to put my items on the belt. The girl checking me out was rude had the expression like I was wasting her time. She never said hello not even told me my total just stood there. The girl bagging, same thing never spoke a word. I couldve gone to Walmart or Kroger and been in and out quicker with more people and more items than I was here and wouldve gotten friendlier service too. I dont come here often and now I know why. I dont think Ill be back anymore.

Visited this location today for the first time and had a great experience. The store is very organized and clean. Very easy to find everything. All cash registers were open making it it easy to get in and out with no wait. LOVE HEB!!!

I love this place. When people say its a cult favorite and following, its true. The cashiers are always super friendly. They are always busy, but I rarely have an issue where what I want isnt on the shelf. The store is clean, the produce is fresh. OH, they always have the coolest holiday stuff outside. Halloween favorite were the metal pumpkins with spider legs. Such unique stuff to find at HEB.

Customer service desk closed until 11 a.m. Why? Open for business at 6.am. I still cant understand this one. Other than that my shopping experience was good. Staff is very knowledgeable and as always HEB friendly.

My husband and I went to a HEB plus down in south Texas when we went to visit family. First time we had ever been to one of these stores. We walked in, we were very impressed. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The whole Store was very clean,the fruit looked fresh. Everything in the store was very reasonably priced and so many things to choose from that we don’t have in any of the stores we have in our hometown. We live in Sulphur Springs, Texas. It would be awesome if we could get a HEB plus here.

Its been some time since Ive been at this location. There plant selection is great. The bakery had cakes and desserts to dribble over. The food selection as well as the deli was stocked and ready for picking with the crowd that roamed the long wide isles.

Curbside: always a great experience, and I love that HEB now gives us the option to approve or reject substitutions before we pick up our order. I wish we could pre-approve subs or individually approve/reject subs but that may be coming down the pipeline in the future.

HEB is a phenomenal store. They have everything you could need at a great price. Good service by employees as well.

Super clean with an enormous variety of shopping and grocery options. Lots of checkouts were open for full checkout as well as two areas for self checkout.

We drive out of our way, past many grocery stores to get to our beloved HEB. Its clean, stocked and play the BEST music! Always recieve great service.

Love this HEB! Been shopping at HEBs since I was a kid and lived in Cedar Park. This one is up to their usual awesome standards! Theyve always got my turkey bacon in stock and so glad they have gelatin free marshmallows! I also enjoy their gardening section.

First time in a H-E-B Plus! at Burleson, Tx and I was very impressed at how spacious it was. It seemed like a grocery market & health food market all rolled into one. I went in to look for some special tea (PG Tips) but ended up filling up a basket, and getting my tea. Best priced easter candy, easter eggs and stuff I have seen around.I give this location 5 stars because of the great prices and the fish market which was very fresh, that is always important to me. My hats off to those who keep this place so clean. I will recommend all our staff at Texas Energy Savers Metal Roofing to come here.

My mother and I moved from Austin,TX to Marlow,OK in 2019 and we have been missing H-E-B. So yesterday we decided to take a 3 1/2 hour drive to Fort Worth, TXjust to grocery shop at H-E-B. We absolutely enjoyed it. The staff was kind and helpful the front end manager was helpful with controlling the lines and opening up more registers.

I love being able to buy Texas Oysters and Shrimps locally at my HEB. Actually, they have lots of other stuff from Texas and that helps grow our local economy. Their store brands are good and we like their corn chips even better than Fritos! Friendly workers who take pride in their work make the experience even better.

The overall style of the shop is really appealing and tempting. I would strongly suggest them to anybody I know. This is always the greatest in our establishment.

Excellent store, do 99% of my shopping there. Recently, noticed a lot of items not in stock and carts collecting in the parking lot, this is abnormal and most likely attributed to lack of help, which is out of their control. Overall, an excellent store with friendly staff and fresh items!

I promised myself that if I ever lived within 20 minutes of an HEB again, I would make the drive. This HEB makes the drive worth it. The selection is phenomenal and the partners are super friendly! 10/10 would recommend for your grocery needs!

Burleson was very lucky the day H-E-B came to town. Great prices, variety & samples throughout the store make this more of an adventure and definitely not a dull grocery trip. H-E-B offers something for everyone including vegan, organic & fresh produce. They’ve recently added a new section for the time saver & health conscious individual. Need something for the current holiday? Look no further than H-E-B. There’s also a home section, an olive bar & a large wine selection. A dozen eggs is only 48 cents & a gallon of milk is $1.49. There are many bargains every week including a special meal deal. The bakery has a delightful selection of confectioneries & cakes. They make fresh tortillas throughout the day. The Make it Simple meal selection is extensive & looks flavorful. There’s even a sushi bar. There are so many wonderful things that you should jump in your car & head out for your own adventure. However, should that not appeal to you, simply order online & drive to the pickup line where a delightful employee will load everything right into your vehicle without you ever stepping out in the cold or heat.

I would love to give them 5 stars because I do love this place. Unfortunately they discontinued my main reason for going, the gluten free frozen mozzarella sticks. They still have a great selection of everything, gluten free and otherwise. Love the wine selection, love the cheese curds, love the fresh ground PB. Just wish they would put a location closer to the Mid-Cities area!

It was my first visit shopping here today. The store is massive and it took a long time to just go down the aisles for the things that I was searching for. OMGawd! Super Walmart was put to shame!! Unfortunately, I didnt see this whole store. I had to ask questions with item searching and service was awsum! A plant nursery is out front with all your plant needs. This is the place to get an iron grill/fire pit! Wish HEB would build in Southwest Fort Worth! Ive always loved HEB and this is worth driving 25 minutes from my house! I took a video of the store front but theres no option to post a video...sad.

I love HEB, the service here is outstanding,everytime. We did curbside and it was effortless. The only problem is that if you order for instance heb brand hot dog buns and they are out, they will substitute with very high end products. That may be ok for most people but were on a budget.

Very clean, neatly organized, the staff is exceptionally helpful and appear to genuinely love their jobs. They are always smiling.

Always love my HEB. Wish they would have opened up more checkout lines. We were 6 to 8 deep in all of the checkout lines this morning. But the young lady running our lane was fast and efficient.

I ordered the grocery pick up and mentioned that I didn’t want to shop because my fiancée (who works out of town) was getting back in town after being away for two Weeks and I didn’t want to miss any time away from her.When I went to pick up the groceries, the curbside team gave us flowers with a cute note!!!! It was the sweetest thing and put the biggest smile on my face. 12/10 recommend using their curbside again! ❤️Don’t forget to tip!

I’ve been to the store several times, usually to get exactly what I need and go. But this time I explored a little more & realized they have a really nice isle of gadget for the home.

This is my preferred Price Chopper location. The staff is always pleasant. Prices are always reasonable.

First time visiting this store. Very large variety of meats, cheeses, fresh produce. Also carry organic foods for reasonable prices when compared to other natural foods stores. This store carries well known brands. The reason why this store is called plus because they carry everything-food, home stuff, clothes, outdoor, grilling, camping, party, beauty, pharmacy, etc. Really recomend visiting this store, you will enjoy it!!!

Loved it as always. Great food selection and prices arent too bad either. They also have this cute little clothes area with a few cute things. And they have a small bulk food area thats really cool.

I love shopping here; the workers are helpful. The Shelves I always stock if they don’t have what you’re looking for, there’s someone to check for you. The checkout lines are always moving. Everyone is friendly, and the store is always clean—my favorite place to shop.

This store looked super packed upon my arrival yesterday (Saturday, 3/13/21), which was a little disappointing initially. But after entering, buying what I needed, it took me no time to check out.

A manager noticed I got frustrated because I forgot to get a cart, and he took his items out of the cart and gave me his. Nice to see excellent customer service. In most places nowadays, the employees dont give the customer the right of way, and that drives me nuts. Thank you for caring, HEB.

HEB is a Texas staple! They have great prices and an awesome fresh area. You can find lots of unique products here. Just be sure to prepare for extremely long wait times, no parking spaces anywhere close to a door, running into people everywhere you turn because its so crowded, and the possibility that the thing you want most will be sold out.

I love this place! They have all you need here from food, to gas, to clothing and even camping needs and toys for kids! Great meat market, fresh fish, and fresh vegetables. They even make fresh flour tortillas. Regular or buttery.

Huge selection of high quality foods. There are a ton of prepared meals ready to cook along with all the basic necessities.

Love this family owned store if over 300 plus locations. My wife and daughters live the cleanliness vast variety of store made products and their produce is fresh. Great wine selection organic produce meats and seafood.....love their freshly made sushi rolls all at reasonable prices. Dont go there hungry since we end up with a whole lot more than our shopping list.

Best selection for great vegges. Good fruit also, except bananas, somehow they experience over ripening on the peel, but are still hard on the inside. Think its because they are exposed to other fruits nearby which is counteractive. Good selections of meats, poultry and seafood. Gluten free foods has it own section, except soy sauce, its with other oriental sauces, and no GF hosin sauce. Love the GF pizza crusts and tortillas. Theyre mixed in with the other non gf foods also. Still a great store for good foods, just gotta look around or ask! Bon appetit!

Still have some of the best produce for any grocery store around. The only drawback is I got a lot of business and they got people at every register still cant give crowd down. This coming from the fact that they really dont have a lot of room for lands and people to stand in line. Other than that I cant complain!

I ordered a 2 tier 6 cake top and they didnt make it the way we asked. They did give a discount but soon as I walked to my car in the heat it started separating. Not happy. This was for my daughters wedding.

HEB is, by far, my favorite grocery store. They always have the freshest produce with the highest quality. You can always count on your fruits and vegetables being crisp and delicious. The store is always clean, cash registers always manned, and the staff is always eager to assist.Sure, it’s difficult sometimes to deal with the crowd, but the fact that it’s always crowded only solidifies the fact that it’s a quality grocery store.The meat counter has great options that most grocery stores do not have, such as Wagyu beef! It’s so delicious and fresh. And the attendees are attentive and helpful.

Curbside p/u is done a efficiently, and IMO better than Walmart and Neighborhood Walmart.

Heb has everything you need when it comes to grocery shopping. Their selection and prices cant be beat locally. Thier curbside is so convenient.

Love this grocery store, they have a little bit of everything. The delicacies of the bakery to the selection of meats and veggies, from the electronics department to the baby care items or clothes, this HEB has nearly everything for a one stop shop. They also hang coupons in front of the items that they are intended for, it’s a great way to save a little bit even when you don’t expect to. The only down wall is that it is so far away from me this is the only HEB Plus that I’ve ever encountered but wish there were more! Store is clean and staff friendly!
