I don’t particularly like ordering the half gallon of half and half only to get it home and it’s chunky. First time, it was a month out of date. Second time, a month out of date. The last two times, they aren’t even near the expiration date but the milk is CHUNKY. That’s gross. Please do better. I primarily use a delivery service and they have been great to look for expiration dates on your half and half but why is “non expired” half and half coming to me spoiled?

I had Lindsey as my cashier. She rang up the wrong items as I was checking out. She needs additional training and better customer service. Very poor and frustrating experience

I just want to commend this location, and especially Seven and Louise. They are always so cheerful and so sweet, they go out of their way to help me, and I adore having the opportunity to interact with them every day! They always remember who I am, and engage with me. I also want to commend management, because I feel like this particular Kroger is a safe space for those in the LGBTQ+ community, and that’s rare in our area I want to make sure that we are making sure to lift up these members of our community and to say thank you for the representation. It’s very appreciated from a queer memeber of Burleson, myself. I always feel safe shopping here. Keep it up!

This store is clean. The staff is nice. Items are mostly always in stock. Great deals and sales. Awesome with the Kroger app coupons.

Every time I place an online order it is never ready at the scheduled time. Twice I have been asked to come back the NEXT DAY. In addition, it has been rare that I’ve received my entire order. Kudos to HEB and Target who always come through when Kroger fails. At the time of this review I have decided to take my online business to HEB and Target.

They have their own little sets of REAL shopping carts for your toddlers! They have a great beer, wine, cheese, fresh and frozen section as well as a nice selection of deli meats. Great place to shop

Im a instacart shopper and a few days ago I had a issue with the app. I was asking employees where things were due to this issue. But Jaime was the Best!! Very sweet and willing to help. She helped me more then she knows. I just wanted to hug her ( we bumped elbows) but a hug is what she deserved!! Please let store manager know how wonderful she is!! ( I believe shes a shopper) she went above and beyond! I had one item I was having trouble finding, she actually went and got it and brought it to me. Just amazing customer service!! This is why I shop here. Got greeted with smiles by at least 4 employees and it seems to me like every employee is helpful. One helpful young man helped me locate the exact location of my last item on my list. He didn’t just tell me the isle he offered to walk me there. I told him that it was fine and that I should now be able to find it. He conceded but within a couple of minutes of searching he came to check on me to make sure I found the exact item I was looking for which at that point I hadn’t so he showed me the exact location.

Loved it! Ill drive past the Kroger near my house to shop at this location. The store was extremely clean and tidy and I found everything I needed and more. My daughter drinks organic milk and they had plenty Im stock! Customer service was prompt and friendly, and I will definitely be returning. They had a great holiday season too!!

ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Love the sushi and they are always willing to tailor it to what you need. We have an allergy to avocado and they make sure its free of it and not cross contaminated. Fast checkout with self checkout also available.

The store is very clean, the shopping atmosphere is excellent. They have very nice customer service and already helped me several times. Highly recommended.

Gotta say that I am getting more and more disenchanted with the Burleson Kroger Marketplace online ordering. The last eight times we have done the online order we have been told that things were out of stock but when we actually go in the store afterwards to do our own replacements we find almost everything that was supposedly “missing”. This last time we went, half of our order was fulfilled on the receipt but did not make it into our vehicle. Very disappointed in the kind of service that we get there. So looks like they will be missing out on our business and we will be shopping local or Walmart (which I can’t stand).In addition to half our stuff not being filled, apparently they overbooked all day long and my wife made a wasted trip up there, was told the order wouldn’t be ready for at least another hour, two hours later I show up and it’s still not ready, bays are full with nobody being given their groceries for 20 minutes, and I still don’t have my groceries. Definitely going to be losing our business to City Market and Target. And trying to find out who is over the ClickList stuff is an exercise in futility. No one seems to know who manages it, from the store manager to the employees, no one can give me any info on who to talk to directly to file a complaint.Update:Was forced to go back to this horrid excuse for a store and was not disappointed in the consistent bad experiences. Parts of our order that were left off because they couldn’t find the items... my wife went inside and found them in minutes. And nobody still seems to know who is running this place, still can’t get a straight answer on who to speak with to file a complaint.

I shop through pickup service! I always have a good experience from beginning to end. Delivery is prompt. Groceries are organized neatly and placed carefully in vehicle. Delivery associate is kind and professional. I have had Billy wait on me twice. Hes a gem! Everything is better here! Produce, meat, variety, service, online ordering system with ability to add notes! Love! ❤

On the day before Thanksgiving I feared it would be packed with people. The parking lot was pretty full but inside the store there was enough room in the isles to get around easily. They had plenty of checkout lines open and all of the employees were friendly and helpful.

They have all you need here from food, to gas, to clothing and even camping needs and toys for kids! Great meat market, fresh fish, and fresh vegetables.

First thing...get a Kroger card! Reduces the prices and costs nothing. Friday mornings there is always a door buster price on an item. Ask the staff where it is. They are super friendly and helpful. Lot of the produce is locally grown and some organic. Variety of food items is very good.

Excellent store. Worth passing a closer Kroger to get here. Huge selection of food, household, and more. Store is very clean. All employees are friendly from the meat counter to the checkouts. And, every time I visit I see the management staff out on the floor.

Hank was amazing!! The seafood department however had an employee coming out of the refrigerator area that cussed in regards to people shopping in his work space. I’m sure that’s frustrating... so next time we will shop at H-E-B to accommodate him.

Kroger was a great all-in-one market; had a very well stocked grocery section along with textiles, kitchen appliances, and other goods. On par with Super Walmart or larger Target. We arrived around 7 PM Saturday evening and the service couldve been a little more on point. Folks were all very nice, but not the most efficient service.

Went there yesterday, they were closing up at the gas station. I’ve worked plenty of jobs like that, usually you get a worn out she’ll of who’s actually there. Melissa was excellent and bubbly. I actually felt glad I stopped there. Hope more employees or people are like Melissa out there.

I love this place! And especially because they offer European foods. 4 stars only because you always have to stand in line. Why do you, guys, have 10 registers built and no more than 2 working?

This is a very nice, clean store. This isnt you typical Kroger grocery store, its more of a super store with clothing and stuff. I would compare it to a super Target but more focused on groceries. There always seems to be big markdowns on the clothing also. They often have unadvertised sales on meat and groceries also from my experience.

I normally would always give this Kroger a 5 out of a 5, but for a while now weve been getting our produce and its bad within a day. Only once weve had chicken taste bad. Everything we normally buy has been good, & we just want the managers to know, that the produce might need to be checked more, & the meats. Im guessing they are not really checking them or they putting another sticker on it with a different date. Just always double check your groceries first.

They have an excellent selection of groceries, a well stocked pharmacy, a terrific deli with an olive, soup & salad bar and nice baked goods. They also have clothes for men, women, youth, and children. There is a huge frozen food section, a good sized produce department, and a even some bulk items.

Just a really nice store! all changed today ..I have been buying lemon propel water 10 for 10 dollars with card for the last 3 years .. today Kroger has decided to raise the price to 1.19 a bottle (no card savings) when I enquired with a person that works at the store he told me some weeks they are 10 for 10 and some they are not ..well I have never seen them priced at 1.19 a bottle (never)! Kroger you lost a customer today ..my 80 cent savings on a 24 pack of water that was suppose to save me a dollar is not worth my time .

I really want to like this store but the checkout experience is so painful that it outweighs anything positive about shopping here. The employees are so incompetent at bagging groceries. This has to be a training issue and lack of followup by management. I will have personal care products bagged with food, frozen items with boxed dry goods, cans with delicate produce, over and under stuffed bags. No one has ever double bagged my heavy glass products. My last trip was the absolute worst by far. The girl only used one hand at a time, moving at a snails pace, because she more concerned about keeping her wig on. HEB gets more work out of the high school students they employee! Ive had them begin to bag my groceries and then someone will say, Can you do a carry out? And they walk off!! What happened to Let me finish helping this customer and then I can.? And has anyone questioned why we bother to use the sanitizer wipes for the cart if they arent going to give you the same cart after they bag your groceries? I like that there isnt a crowd but I also understand why there isnt. Im not saving any more money here than I was at HEB. I was hoping to save time and leave stress free. Since that hasnt happened I may be returning to HEB.

Its pleasant pretty easy layout food on one end. Clothing and limited variety sections on the West side. On a really positive note. Unlike Walmart they dont seem to constantly rearrange the layout

It was late at night. Employees were very nice in helping me locate items in your store. This was first time in this Kroger. It was a pleasant trip and store looked wonderful. I will be visiting your store again

I loved the store, that was my second time to be there. I live in Covington about 40 minutes away and it was worth the drive. your prices were great and the store was very clean and organized. Ill definitely be back! 😊

Very disappointed in the quality of floral products lately at this location!!! Pricing on the items and arangements(not at all aesthetically pleasing actually they would probably have been better if thrown together by a toddler.) They never have the managers specials anymore but are trying to sell flowers that arent even the quality that the special used to be. I bought some crazy daisies on Sun evening and by Monday morning they were all drooping and wilted. They cost over $7.00 and didnt even live 24 hours!!!

Definitely one of the better Kroger’s. Only reason for 4 stars is the produce section is pretty small.

The selection is good and the store is clean. 2 problems. Half the time I get my vegetables or fruits home within a day they are going bad. My biggest problem and what makes me super mad. The last 4 times I have been in there I have had to bag my own groceries. Unacceptable!! I dont work there, I am a customer. I shouldnt have to do the work of your employees!! About to switch to HEB for that reason alone.

I never shopped at kroger until this new one opened up down the street from me. From the first time I walked in I loved it. Its smaller than places like target and walmart but you can still find everything you need. There are CONSTANTLY things on sale (10 items for $10) is the most popular and it can save you a small fortune when you have a grocery list like mine. Also with a fresh fish market, a deli, a restaurant, fresh sushi, a bakery and a Starbucks! What more could you ask for in one convenient place?Package all that with the curbside pickup for groceries and I dont see the need to grocery shop anywhere else.I will always return to this store

My first time there!! Ive heard lots of good things so i had to check it out. Overall we were satisfied with our experience. It was a little over whelming because we werent expecting how big it was. I couldnt give it 5 stars because the womens bathrooms were closed and no baggers. But a good experience!

This is a very nice place to shop for groceries, clothes or just something you need around the house. This store is huge and has everything you need in one place. Flowers, wine, Starbucks, sushi, or patio furniture, its all here. I have gotten to know several of the employees are they are very nice people as well, always willing to help.

I love this Kroger. The 3 ladies in the clothing section went out of their way to help my wife find a shirt she was looking for and every time I go its always so clean and the staff is super friendly. I like having conversations about cheese with the folks at the cheese counter also lol. Oh and the florists always are there to answer questions and help.

Love that this location is not super packed and congested the Walmart is. Wide aisles to get through comfortably, huge selection of pretty much anything including clothes, shoes, and appliances. The gas rewards also make a huge difference!

I was at Kroger last Saturday. Layed my phone down at a register and it was turned in. I called and my grand daughter went and got it for my. I appreciate it so much.

Kroger is now my favorite places to shop. They have great service, products, and better prices than Walmart. You will save money and have great service and be treated with respect and kindness. They have better quality and on some of their private label products. Kroger chocolate rasberry yogurt, bread and butter pickles and sweet and condensed milk are some of my favorites. (some of these items are half the price of the national brands and taste better. Awesome place to shop!!!!

Kroger has always been one of my favorite grocery stores. But this one is like the best totally love this store.

And they know the prescriptions I pick up all the time and they are detailed to know when I should be close to running out and need to renew. These are very professional people with a caring attitude and are here to truly help.

Have rewards for groceries but you will pay for it with the high prices so not really saving anything . Have a little everything in the store . Cloths dishes ect. .... very big store plan on doing some walking around to find everything. Plenty of empty checkout counters around manly self check out is your best option.

I am out of my mind today. My daughters birthday is Monday. I ordered her a cake 3-4 days ago from Kroger from the only person in the bakery that was of Asian descent..and didnt speak great english. She was nice though. I special ordered this cake. Tonight when I picked it up..it was brought to me in a huge box. It was not enclosed in any container of any kind. Just sitting in the bottom of this box. I thought..this is odd. When I got home I thought..what am I gonna put this cake in until my daughter arrives next week, I dont have a cake holder. I got cake out and this is what I saw...a lopsided cake. WTH happened? I was furious. The box was one thing but then I get a lopsided cake? REALLY? So I call up to Kroger and spoke with this same lady (in fact shes the only person I have seen in the bakery and dealt with on all occasions) She didnt seem to hear anything I was saying. I told her about the cake. She said nothing she could do until tomorrow, she was closing. I said is there a manager to speak with. She said this isnt my dept, I am only covering. THATS FUNNY..3-4 days ago she took my order in the store. LIAR. Then I asked if there was a manager to speak to. She said no, I would need to call back tomorrow. I said is there not a manager on duty? She ignored me. I asked again. She said no...no manager. I started screaming and cussing at this point and demanded to speak to a manager. She put me on hold. A guy gets on phone and I asked if he was the manager, he said yes his name was Tim. (LIE number two from her). I told him about what happened. He said bring the cake back for a full refund...and to just go to one of the front registers, so I did. I told him I would just go elsewhere to order a cake. His reply, OK. (Why didnt TIM show up to apologize and see for himself and tell me to just keep the cake?) I showed the guy at the register. I had him pull out the cake to take a look. He was shocked at the cake. Anddd, my daughters name isnt even centered in the cake. What kind of service is this? Kroger should have GIVEN me the cake on top of all my trouble and apologized for such a mess they made. (I didnt want the cake, it was the principle of it). I went down the street to HEB and ordered a cake from them. They had 10 people working in the bakery and was ready and willing to go out of their way to help me. Kroger lost me forever. NEVER EVER will I order a cake from them again..EVER! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!

During this time of need i was talked to like I was a dog by security and a customer in the parking lot i was in a scooter with my caregiver helper and was turned down from shopping there talked to sarcastically by security i left in tears i had been a loyal customer of this store before this buying groceries for my family and my 78 yr old disabled mother at least 1 time a week or more not anymore lost us as customers for good i now shop at brookshires joshua praying for yall yall need Jesus!

We took our Jeep through the wash at 430 on a Sunday. Even with our air vents closed, the smell of sewer water was overwhelming! While I applaud the use of recycled water, when it smells that bad, how clean can the car be when finished?

Cashier kassandra is awesome i had a buggie full overflowing she got me thru the line in less than 5 mins and was friendly too...i wont go anywhere else for groceries.

Nice clean supermarket. Shelves are almost never empty even when the item is on sale. Great deli and food court too.

Krogers is never too busy the employees are always friendly and smiling. Had an interesting exotic fruit conversation in the produce section with an employee one day. The cashiers are always nice and the lines are never too long. They have an amazing clothing section and are always handing out additional coupons on clothes and shoes. Their cheese section is good sized and they will custome make a cheese platter on the spot. Their Halloween section has some decorations that I just purchased. I do wish their healthier food options and bulk section where more plentiful.

Kroger Marketplace has it all! Would have appreciated the employees being more engaging with customers than each other. Lots to offer, with great variety. Wish Kroger would bonus coupons again too.

Just moved to the area and just had my first clicklist visit as the store is to big to walk with disability. Had 100 percent of my items and the man was very polite who loaded my car. Just what I saved on soft drinks covered the charge and tip with some left over with what I would have paid at brookshires

Pet peeve. Only 3 lanes open. 2 full lanes. 1 10 items only.Self pay full. I dont like to use self anyway. I was in line to get 2 items for 20 minutes. I could have gone to Walmart and gotten out sooner. 😡

Tried the Clicklist and fell in love! I used coupons, and every item I chose was exact and if they werent sure, they made a great substitute. I saved time, money and had my groceries delivered to my car by a smiling, helpful employee named Sandy. I will definitely do this again!

If you have more than one coupon don’t let Shelly ring you out because she gets confused and gets rude if you ask why . I had never had this experience with any other cashier here . Literally just went to another cashier and she took all the coupons I was giving her, she might of been having a bad day or simply didn’t like me . Either way super unprofessional

First time in this store. And most likely my last. NOT, a good first impression. There are a lot of things to look at, to keep you distracted from why you came, without a doubt. Good job there. But maybe you should concentrate on the prices and how jacked they are at the self checkout. And some attention to the womans bathroom sure wouldnt hurt. NASTY.

Very nice! This is a massive grocery store with everything from food to clothes. The prices are a bit higher than the HEB down the street, but it is not nearly as crowded.

I drive long distance to come at this store since there are convenient diet options offered for me at this location!

Where I buy my groceries on a weekly basis. Never crowded and tons of employees around to help. Also have great meat specials.

I love Kroger. Always has fresh produce. Clean and friendly guests. The young student workers seem unfriendly. Does not greet, ask if need help. Just walk by you like Im in their way with my full cart. EXCUSE ME !? Who cares right? Theyre teens. No! Its a job and youre a young adult. Need better training if I must say. The baggers bag everything out of order. Threw my groceries in the cart tonight. The 2 milk gallons had dents on corners in cart side ways. My raspberries went all over the bag! And my produce bag with parsley was ripped open. I understand you probably had to have scanned my item but you dont have to dig your fingernails into my bad and rip it open for the barcode. Ugh, these are the things I noticed when I got home just now. If I had seen this yes Id probably go off and say something.
