Ive only been to this store a couple of times, because Ive always been leary of the products they carry. But, after months of researching products and prices, Ive become more comfortable shopping there, hence my recent purchase.Ive been needing an impact driver but didnt want to pay the ridiculous prices offered by Lowes, Home Depot, and the like, especially since I knew I wouldnt be using it that much. The need is for changing out the blades on my zero turn. Ill be sure to let you know how well or how poorly this particular one performed.

I needed to return a mechanics toolbox that was purchased in FTW, & too large for two people to carry.. The store manager personally rolled out this amazing scissor lift cart to the tailgate of my truck.. By the time I shut off the truck & walked back (mere seconds) to assist the manager.. He was already rolling in the store with the toolbox.. Store manager was kind, courteous & efficient.. He handled the entire refund process which totalled around 10 minutes & the store was fairly busy.. Excellent customer service!!

I picked up a set of socket extensions that have a socket locking sleeve... No more combined extensions or sockets slipping off when you pull the ratchet out. Also.. They seem to be well made and Pittsburg Tools carry a LIFETIME Guarantee

Brand new store they have a lot of good stuff they have a lot of good stuff on the shelves theyre real nice people if you ask a question theyre more than happy to help you and if theyll help you find anything that you ask him for they have all kinds of tools garden supplies jacks stands compresses they even have doggy stuff I believe

The Arlington location is a pleasure to do business with and Ricardo, especially. I needed ramps for use with my wheelchair and they were on sale. I called the Burleson store where the site said their were some. Spoke with a not so nice lady who refused to hold a set for 30 minutes even with me paying over the phone. I called Arlington and this young man took care of me. He is definitely customer service oriented. A credit to your company.

I am a ITC member and currently coming here about 3 to 4 times a month. Out of all the different stores in our area this is my favorite one. The staff is what makes it better than the others.

I just recently came to buy the step stool in your store and I was told I could not buy the last one because it was a display. My fiancé and I have spent thousands of dollars there. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

To be honest I did not buy anything. However, in my mind I did, and because there was so much potential here at the freight. I enjoyed myself thoroughly. They seem to get me here at the freight, its like my home away from home. There is enough equipment and tools there to make even the novice handyman feel like a seasoned vet. One day I will get the icon tool masterpiece chest/ Cadillac of tool chest according the salesman Matt.

This is my favorite place to shop for tools while helping people begin a rewarding career in the Army.

Convenient alternative shop for tools. I found the tools I needed and more to finish working my car. Prices are unbeatable with or without coupons. Definitely will be going back for additional tools.

I had a bad experience at the Trail Lake/Granbury rd location, bad customer service and bad attitude from the stock room lady.I called the Burleson location and Thomas went to the back room and checked to make sure the item I needed was in stock. He placed the item on hold and then when my wife showed up to purchase the associates helped her load the heavy items in her car. Thanks for the awesome service Burleson Harbor Freight!

Luv this place. I may not be a normal gal well I am but I find joy in Auto Parts store hardware- love me some Lowes Home Depot-& places like the such.

Store is always clean and associates are friendly. Can’t beat the prices either. I wish they’d make the coupons easier when you’re a member.

But if you are going to have an item on sale sure would be nice if you had it in the store!!!

I like that tools but unless you buy the more expensive ones the cheap ones tear up on you too quick.

Bought a drill, did not get $25.00 discount. Went back to get correct battery for it. They were out. They informed me the store in Burleson had correct battery. Drove to Burleson. They did not have it, nor expecting any on their next shipment. So, I have to wait. Not pleased at all.

Went here after seeing a item I wanted online listed for sale.When I went in the store they couldnt locate the item and tried to send me to another store 15 minutes away.I ask if they could verify by calling to be sure that store had it and the guy at the register declined to do that stating it shows they have three.Well it showed yall have them in stock as well so...Anyway my first and last trip wasted here.
