6-21 in AM...Took me a little bit to get into this location but it was worth it. Nice little find for agricultural and trailer supplies cashier was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area which I appreciate.

Went in to purchase a gun safe. The store manager Gene refused to let me see it out of the box. He said I could look online. I left and went to the TSC at the other end of town and purchased there. I am glad I did as the picture online is no longer accurate. Horrible customer service and by the store manager. We will be taking our business down the road.

This is a brand new store. Very clean. The service was professional. And they had a few new parking lanes for veterans. I will be shopping here now on.

Friendly staff. However I felt like the line of people were getting impatient because the cashier wants to get everyones name, address, phone number and it takes too long especially when its so hot in the store .

Went in looking for feline leukemia vaccine. FeLV. I specifically asked her twice if this contained the feline leukemia Vaccine and she said yes. However after I gave my cat the vaccine I saw that it does not contain the feline leukemia vaccine.Luckily I saw it. Otherwise I would have incorrectly believed my cat was protected from FeLV feline leukemia which is deadly .I was able to find this vital vaccine for $10 at Texas coalition for Animal protection at 344 Wilshire. Three stars because I did get the right vaccine for my two dogs. But the feline vaccine was a pretty big mistake to say that it contained the vaccine for feline leukemia.

This is a nice store. Got a great selection of seeds for garden. Also had a nice selection of bulbs. Of coarse all you farming needs. Hog wire fore our garden.

We get all our pet feed from here. We also get our baby chicks here. Chicks are usually are healthy. Affordable prices staff are nice and helpful.

My Tractor Supply Company Store 🤠I went in to buy a Zero turn mower. I talked with Jason who was more than willing to educate myself and another gentleman about the different products available. We looked these things over a good 45 minutes. I decided on the Bad Boy Magnum 54. Thank you Jason !! Hope to see you again on my next visit.

What a cool place! All kinds of neat things in there. Dog food is available and looks a little less cost that the major pet stores. Lawn mowers on sale and BBQ grills as well.

Friendly associates. Helpful with online orders and loading the vehicle. Good selection, knowledgeable associates. Also, love when they have baby chicks.

Very helpful in finding items and sharing their knowledge concerning the item your buying. I find that awesome ! I can never get good help at Home Depot, seems no one is around or willing to help. Tractor Supplys new store in Burleson Texas is fabulous.

The gals that work here are awesome. They are always quick to help me load 50lb bags of feed in the store onto the cart, and get it out to the truck and loaded up to go. They have an awesome weekday crew!

Employees were friendly, but didnt have a lot of knowledge. I was giving the wrong info by one employee, and spend many minutes looking for the product I went there to get, then had to figure out location by myself. I wish things were better label and employees a little more willing to help, once we figure out where the pig food was, the gentleman there help us a lot.

I only leave reviews if my experience is beyond exceptional or complete opposite and I’m trying to save someone from hassle! This being said... TSC in Burleson ( not the new one in Joshua) had the best customer service I have ever experienced! Jason and Allie are the reason we will only shop at the location. Thanks guys for your service and extra efforts to find us a canopy!

There the only ones around that have what i need for my yard. Bug free yard for my kids. And there was one gentleman who helped me further on bug control, sorry cant remember his name, but was a great help, DEMON XP. And another brand cant remember that name either, but will leave your yard bug free. I mean wow. No bites of any kind, great place

I come here every week to buy dog food and goat feed. I cant remember a time that a gentleman named Leslie, is not smiling and very accommodating. He always goes out of his way to help me with any questions I have. Im in the people business too and I certainly know a great employee.

I went to several different locations looking for a very specific type of over all. They have the exact con by wanted I bought up all the one say had in my size. The staff was Great help. I wish they had more in my size but I cant complain I am an odd size . Very very friendly staff

The stuff may be more expensive than other stores, but I was looking for welding wire on sale at northern tool. I came here afterward and the price was more but I needed the wire. The store is underrated and sort of hidden, but that doesn’t mean that it is not a decent store!

I am so pressed with the high level of customer service at this location. I came in looking for specific item was greeted at the front counter buy a very busy and yet smiling and friendly individual. As I was searching the store I was helped by both Ray and Ally who went out of their way to make sure I found each item I was looking for. They took time for explanations they looked on top of the shelves for items that were Out Of Reach they just went above and beyond what I expected. Their manager must be very proud of them Im very pleased

Even though they dont carry what I needed, the gentleman took the time to tell me who does and even how to get there. Excellent customer experience every visit and didnt give 5 stars only because the bolts I need arent on their inventory.I totally recommend this store.

Terrible. The person his morning was at the counter on the phone. Most likely with another customer looking up a price. As time went by she not only had not said a word over the phone, but failed to acknowledge that I was standing there with 2 items and money in hand. She had ZERO customer service skills. A simple I will be right with you or anything at all would have been nice. So I continued to wait even checking to see how much time had passed and still she said nothing at all. I understand people are trying to save a trip to the store to save time but when customers are waiting in line cash in hand it would beva good idea to at least know that you are just as important as the person on the phone that you are not even speaking to as well. In a world where time is literally money in some cases its important to let the customer know that their time is just as valuable as the next. Especially when they are standing in front of you and took the time to stop in and spend money. I waisted 30 min in store for something that could have taken her 1 min to complete a purchase. Had she at least let me know it would been a few minutes I could have either left to go elsewhere or known that I was going to have to wait. She saw me and looked right in my eye but wouldnt even turn her head to say a word to me. I know it was early but thats no excuse to let customers feel like there time and money do not matter to you when someone else didnt even take the time to set foot in the store. She costed me 100 just to wait on her and people left the job because they did not think a simple connection wasnt there so another service call will have to be made and lose additional funds. Im not upset just disappointed in customer service these days. Apparently its no longer a requirement for people who have face to face time with customers to know that EVERY customer is important. Especially when they are shopping and not just price checking.

The people there are always friendly everytime I go they got what I want but lately they have been out of stock on rat bait. It is Rat season so I know that has a lot to do with it. The store is clean and well organized great place to go

My family has been getting feed, farm supplies, and all sorts of other things from this tractor supply for a long time. Theyre friendly, kind, and very helpful. I highly recommend joining the rewards group if you are going to this place frequently.

I went to get a animal trap, I am having a lot of trouble with feral cats so I need to trap them and have the city come and get them Im disabled and have a bad hip I asked someone where the traps were and he said you stay stay right there and he got me a basket cuz I didnt have my Walker with me went back there and help me select the Trap that I needed I was in and out there quick got to the front one register is open in the line form and they opened up another register and everybody moved out very helpful and knowledgeable crew there recommended if you need anything

Great service and attention. I went in a little late on there pre Black Friday sales but the manager still hooked me up with the discounted price. They always are very friendly and eager to help as well.

Never have an issue. be aware the parking lot is on a slight incline. staff are generally very knowledgeable about livestock and agriculture. Good dog food for dogs with allergies.

I really like Tractor Supply, but my visits are limited based on their high prices. Most of their items can be found cheaper elsewhere. I presently go about once a month for the 50 lb bag of Pedigree, since its about the same as Wal-Mart.

Was looking online and found the item I wanted and it showed in stock at my local store. When I got to the store I couldnt find it. Employee went out of their way to find it for me. They had just got it in and it was still on the pallet in the back, it took a couple of minutes but he got it for me.

Didnt have the boots I wanted in my size. So they spent 30 minutes calling around to different stores for me until they found them. Ty Kim for going out of your way for me. She was also extremely sweet. Love this store. The one in Granbury, the people are rude most of the time and its hard to get help.

Of all the times Ive been here, Ive only come across one woman who spoke to me as if I were a dunce. Everyone else treats me like a person who needs parts to fix their lawnmower. I come here often and will continue to come here for all my mower needs. The prices are average compare to other yard stores and Im usually in and out pretty quickly. Thank you to the staff for all of your help over the years!

I love the little blonde girl who seems to do everything alone at this store. Kudos to u young lady. Great job multi tasking. Answering phones, stocking, showing people where their products are and running the cash register. She answered more questions in 5 than the 2 buff man chick employees who were hanging out in an aisle together and didnt know if they sold empty mixing bottles. Tell the boss to give the young blonde girl a raise.

The store has a lot of good items but a larger building would allow them more space so things arent so cramped. They could also carry more items like all of the other TSCs.
