Dont ever go there, they will say you didnt make a payment even when you have proof you did, they rob you blind

Amanda is rude and unprofessional. I made payments that never made it into the computer I was over charged, my $500 credit never made it towards new rentals, and charged for the damages that where done during delivery. Save all receipts and contract. I did and found they were stilling my money Your better off taking your money to Wilson Bates or Sears they have great programs too.

Have you ever dealt with a company that made you feel less than human? If not, try dealing with Rachel, the manager at the Burley Rent A Center. Shes great at doing things such as yelling at her own employees over the phone, and hanging up on customers who are struggling and trying to work something out. Shes completely unprofessional, and under her direction, her employees arent much better. Late with a payment? Expect for your phone to ring off the hook, and to have employees show up at your door multiple times a day. Theyll harass you and even follow you in your vehicle to the point where you feel like youre being stalked and need to go into hiding. This isnt from someone trying to get out of paying for their items - this is from someone already going through a tough enough time, trying to work something out, and being berated and treated like garbage - thanks to Rachel at Rent a Center. ETA: as of August 1st, 2019, the words New Manager!! are painted on the windows. Still never giving them another chance-- they ruined that forever.

I went in to Rent A Center to make my sisters payment. There was a new lady with no teeth bragging about drug runs to Oregon. Very unprofessional made me sick. That companys allow such talk, people who work in customer services should look professional friendly to approach, not terrifying with terrible hygiene, missing teeth, shaking for a next fix. What is this town coming too.

They are kind and very good and working with the customer and are amazing

We tried Aarons 1st to get a couple beds and a tv. They advertise same day delivery mind you. Well, this was a Friday morning and they said we only havr one bed available and it cant be delivered until Monday. The other bed has to be ordered from Twin Falls and it will take about a week. So, we decide to try Rent-a-Center. They had everything we wanted and could deliver it later that day. So for less than Aarons we got wonderful beds, a tv and a good nights sleep in our new home. THANK YOU!

Hopefully new manager does better job then last, come to find out old manager lied about prices on items I bought an Ive called corporate an waiting for a call back. I was told lab top was $500 when really its 1300$ I really hope this gets fixed.
