Great Store!I was impressed by Skaggs selection and price. I went to Lees as well and felt that their selection was not as good and their prices were significantly higher. Almost approaching double. The staff was accommodating and helped me find what I wanted without being too pushy. I felt the were honest and upfront. The store is a fun place to look around if you like animals. Its like a mini museum. I recommend them 100%!

Ive been a customer for over 35 years, not anymore. I purchased a living room set last yearnand within 3 month noticed seams coming undone and cushions losing form. Brent Skaggs has been very difficult to deal with and get them to do timely repairs and honor their products. They finely came and got the furniture and half way repaired it, now the seams are undone again due to shoddy repair. Brent Skaggs now says hell repair it for $200 more dollars. Hes only interested in your money and does not treat customers as well as his Dad did. I will never step foot in that store again and have warned my family.

Nico took care of us and did a phenomenal job of getting us what we needed. Every time I went to the store I’d look for him to help me out since he already knew what I was needing or looking for. Great customer service. I’d definitely be going back to buy more furniture there . Very helpful. Super informative. Nico most definitely should get a raise if he hasn’t already.

I was a little sketched about going to Skaggs but when my husband dragged me there a gentleman by the name of Nicholas was the first to ask what we wanted. He helped us out with all of our furniture for our new house! He was so helpful and he presented so many different items! He gave us so many to choose from and really helped us match what we liked. Hes a great employee and a great person in general! Very humble and great customer service. Every time me and my husband go in we always asked if Nick is working! Hes our go to man! I strongly recommend him to anyone in need of new furniture from here! He is the resource to so many and he gives you options to pay your furniture either in full or with monthly payments! 👌🏽

Skaggs furniture is fantastic. Their customer service is second to none and they are exceptionally accommodating. You cannot go wrong here. They also support you long after the sale, regardless of warranty periods. Great folks. Very knowledgable. It is our first AND last stop for flooring and furniture.

Skaggs Furniture staff are awesome. Their customer service is the best Ive experienced in a long time. I purchased a bed and mattress for my son and cant wait to receive it. Skaggs Furniture has one of the better leather collections in Southern Idaho. We have been very pleased with the couches we got from them. The staff was very easy to work with and the delivery went smoothly. One of my favorite things to do is take my kids through their wild game room. The owners are big hunters and have a display that would make Cabelas jealous.

I have not shopped at Skaggs and thought I would go in on a weekend holiday sale. Found a couple of mattresses and a good price but, when I got home we noticed they were wrong mattresses from what we purchased. Call and was told it was a mistake to come back and get the right ones. I figured I would but it would have to wait for two days a Monday. ( I live about 45 min away). Brent Skaggs called me and said he loaded them up and was bringing them to me. I knew they had no delivery guys working today so I was very impressed he would do this for me. I am a lifelong Skaggs shopper from here on. Thanks Brent A++ costumer service.
