Had a great experience with Wilson Bates. We were in need of a washer and dryer for quite some time and decided to go with Wilson Bates because they offer free delivery and set it up for us and the financing that they offered was a very good option for us. Brandon and Mike came and delivered the set and got it set up for me while I was on my lunch break. Great timing with no problems and they were very courteous. Will definitely continue to go thru Wilson Bates and would recommend their service to anyone!

Im giving this company a low rating due to the poor quality of the products they sell. My family has spent thousands of dollars at this store and everything we bought has fallen apart and needed repairing. This includes an expensive couch set, expensive washer and dryer, and an expensive dinning table set.

One year ago I went in and had bought a bed and mattress. Service was great! There was a little minor issue with a box spring when they delivered it and they took it back and replaced it but also the day they delivered it was snowing and wet and nasty out. Well when they dropped it off it was a little wet and the guys who delivered had told us oh you have any problems with it being wet later on let us know we can help how i donβt know? They also stated that they would note it on paper work. And had told us itβs best to keep the plastic covers on the box springs. So today a year and a month or so later I went to change the sheets and when I lifted up the mattress a little bit I noticed it was soaked pulled it up a little bit more and I seen some black mold spots mind you my bed is not pushed up against any wall and I have no water leaking or anything especially underneath the mattress no way anything could have gotten in there. And plus the top part had a mattress protector on it. Well I called and spoke to a lady named Patricia she wasnβt the friendliest she had a bad attitude toward everything and she didnβt honestly stop and actually listen to what I was telling her. All I was curious is if the warranty was going to cover. And if not why. She said she would call and talk to the owners and see. Said she has never had anything like this happen before. So i hung up and I took pictures and decided I will go in and show her because what she was telling me wasnβt making much sense. When I went in I then explained the whole situation again and showed her the pictures she had me email them and even then her attitude wasnβt the best. She was basically calling me a liar saying the delivery boys would have never said that. And i get she was having their back but she also was not there and did not hear everything they told us. So I was like ya whatever then. So she said she would get ahold of the owner email the pictures over to him and he would call her back. As I was pulling out she then called me again asking me ok so what exactly are you wanting to do about this and Iβm confused because I had been trying to explain to her about the warranty covering or not. But like I said she just had every word in and kept interrupting me when I would speak. I then told her I just wanted to know if my warranty will cover this and if not why so I can figure out if I can get a new mattress or not. She said ok we will see what he (the owner) says. About an hour later she calls back says no the warranty does not cover it and it is voided because it was a huge stain Iβm like ok whatever she offered to get prices on another mattress which I did ask her how much it would be for the same and she told me. Now I am not one to complain I just move along usually in life. And in all honesty I didnβt expect to get a whole new king sized mattress for free. But I think if you purchase a warranty it should cover for issues with merchandise that was out of your hands/ not your fault. And who knows maybe I am wrong we arenβt all perfect in life but I feel I should at least be getting some sort of discount on a new one for having it a year it has progressed and I honestly feel there was something that went wrong with moisture getting in it when they delivered. I donβt believe this is a fair act of customer service at all because now I am looking at another 700 somethings dollars for a new one.
Was looking for 2 recliners. Decided to see what they had. They guy was friendly enough until he realized I wasnβt happy with what they had. Tried to ask about a different item but he already was no where to be found. We took our service to Leeβs and went to Pocatello for the recliners.
