Priscilla was our salesperson, and she did a great job leading us through the design process. She was great about giving us all the options we had, and not overselling us. We are very please with the end result .... it will add a lot to the value of the home, but also, it is great to have for us, right now. What an upgrade.

If I could give less than one star I would. Repeated mistakes and delays were only made worse by an utter lack of communication, thought or care. After a number of confirmations with their general manager Greg Stamuli it’s obvious this corporate culture stems from the top.

Michelle was fantastic to work with abs very thoughtful with the design. She was very easy to communicate with through the whole process.

It has been a saga dealing with this company to fix the closets we had installed by them. They continued to reassure us and make promises of compensation for poor results however once they received final payment they stopped responding to our follow up inquiries. Would highly recommend seeking another company for your needs.

California Closets did a great job of revamping my walk-in closet so it is now so much more useful and fits all my needs, as well as another closet that was underutilized. They were professional and designed my new closets on a computer right in site, and the installation was fairly quick and painless. I had some skirt hangars that failed to arrive, and they fixed the error promptly with no problem.

I wish i could personally give this company an even worse rating. I worked with a closet designer names Brittany, and we designed my pantry, but it was never installed completely. We had issue after issue with it, and her manger also got involved and promised a 10% discount on the project. Fast forward, the project was never completed to scope, and I was charged the full price. I would NEVER work with them again, which is huge coming from me since I have already did 70% of the closets in my house and now I am trying to find a new company.

They were extremely professional and great to work with. They even got us scheduled right before we moved into our house so our closets were ready when we moved in. We are super happy with our closets.

Went to Burlington Mass to check out in person your offerings. Sales person let me browse without being in my face. Local rep came on site, answered all questions with some suggestions. Installation as scheduled, cleaned up after themself. Everything I asked for, on time. Who could ask for more!
