Sorry had my phone fixed at best buy and they didnt charge me, boost Mobile charges for everything. And wanted to charge me $ 40.00

The chunky girl that works there was extremely rude! The girls were doing their nails and acted like I was a burden for even being in the store! The fingernail polish remover smell was so strong I could barely breath. I have no idea how this place stays in business with people like this.

Terrible customer service. A couple of days ago I went there with my family to inquire information on how to fix an issue with my phone and I was told to call a customer services which I did but no one answered the phone so I went back to the store at 430 and the Manager named Karla Dominguez told me that there wasnt time to help me with my issue because they were about to close. It was 430pm. Why are they open if theyre not willing to help customers? Just plain terrible and rude

Horrible customer service. Bought a new phone and they activated it with the wrong number. Didn’t realize this until I got home. Went back and they said they were closing early and we would have to come back the next day. It was 6, they don’t close until 7:00! I guess this place runs whenever the heck they feel like it even if you need help with a mistake that they made! This place does not take care of it’s customers and wouldn’t know what customer service was if it bit them!

Tired of purchasing phones that dont last couple months start having problems... Go to store some friendly some Lord Lord Lord... Phone stop working in store-. Couldnt use there company phone had to borrow someone elses​ cell to call corporate Already had pulled up my account bill was pd... Now cant find corporate# gonna have to call this store, Already been to store in Graham purchased a 32 memory card cause thats what guy owner said I needed memory full on phone go home download on computer...Is that not the reason we go to the store thats what ZTE suggested called them upon arrival tell them call them... Guy said no it just needs cleaning phone memory... If I knew how to do all that.. why wud I call main store, they say call ZTE Co. They send to the store... So many disappointments at S. Church so now caught ride to Graham... November phone... January 2017... From other phone July 2016 Before Jan to March had purchased 3 phones Especially one they lied said Ins didnt cover cracked screen then I was paying bill happened to be waiting on ride while they finished saw Ins papers and said... Quote:. Break glass on screen dont worry. Its covered.... Why Im still there dont have the money to buy a descent phone from someone else.....
