My list of favs is endless about Digger’s Rest! Family ran, wonderful people! Best coffee in town...even if I get a pound to enjoy at home, taste just like I had them make it! Well priced for the quality and quantity...many great things on the menu but my favorites are the quiche, fruit protein smoothie, and the avocado and toast, so good...especially with an a amaretto latte! Due to this being a family owned business, it is one where you need to allow for time as they are hard working and take care in providing for their customers! Highly recommend!

Truly some of the best Thai food in the world. After traveling to Thailand and trying loads of delicious, authentic Thai cuisine, Digger’s still stands out as having some of the best Thai food in the world. This is no joke. The egg rolls are spectacular—it’s nearly impossible to find any that are better. And the entrees are constantly changing; they’re always exciting, robust in flavor. Simply exquisite. I dream of Digger’s Rest Thai food.The coffee is great, too!

Coffee is always hot and fresh. I love their cream cheese avocado on toast. Service is wonderful every time we go.
