Of all the locations I frequent in buying my food based addiction of glazed goodness this one location has been the absolute best when in come to consistently GREAT customer service, products, and most importantly to me.... a friendly Thank You after they hand you the product and sale is complete. The Thank You aspect is huge to me, no one does it anymore and I find myself telling the store clerks Thank You just so someone says it and there is no time a customer should be thanking a store for taking their money. I am not sure if it is the staff, management, or just parents of the staff but Thank You guys for still having manners and common courtesy to say something so simple. It still registers with some even if most dont say your welcome in return. GREAT shop, I highly recommend this location.

Love the donuts, but you might want to explain to your employees what a half a dozen means. It is not 8, 14, 24, etc. If I could have got 24 for the price of a half dozen, well?!? I wouldnt do that.

The donuts was very soft and delicious. The staff was nice but when I paid with my card . While the man assisted me was getting my donuts another worker threw my recite away. I had to get on my bank app to prove to the man that I paid.

Always sold out of top items, service is extremely slow and nobody can be reach via phone call.

So fun to watch the donuts go through the machine to be iced. Enjoyed the banana pudding donut. My boys loved the chocolate with sprinkles. Great donuts, clean shop.

Made a rare trip here as we have pretty much eliminated doughnuts from our diets, but the pumpkin spice doughnuts were calling. Service was pretty quick, but when I got to the window I was charged for an order that wasnt mine. The young manager, quickly remedied the situation and made everything right. He went out of his way to make sure all was good. The pumpkin spice didnt disappoint!

We had ordered original kreme fill donuts at the menu. Pulled up to pay and they had donuts ready. The window of the box had regular donuts with a white drizzle on them. NOT WHAT WE WANTED. Antionette said Before you even say something, thats how we do them since 2018. We wanted the chocolate donuts with kreme filling. Its not what we ordered. She didnt need to have an attitude. She could have asked if something was wrong. We may have misspoke at the menu board or they didnt hear us correctly but the situation was handled poorly. Ill drive out to Durham or Greensboro before going back to the Burlington location.

Excellent doughnuts

Most horrible customer service, bar none! Antoinette was rude from the get go. We had coupons purchased from a fundraising event, and decided to use them that day for our order. Antoinette said she could only ring up 3 (we had 6). So we politely suggested she ring the items up in two separate transactions (several other stores have done this for us in the past). To this, she said no, and that if she did that, she will be holding up her line. We then decided to get back in line in order to purchase the additional orders. Upon getting in line, we discovered that Antoinette had over charged us. We told her this when we got to the window. A professional cashier would apologize for over charging and make it right...not this lady. She basically shoved our next order in our car and said well this cancels what I did not take off initially. As paying customers, we have never encountered such a despicable example of customer service. We know not to visit Krispy Kreme across from the Holly Hill mall in Burlington, NC ever again.

Got donuts they looked old ask the girl at the drive thru were they fresh. She assured me they were wrong got all the way home and they werent. Money wasted and lied too.

Stopped by this store and went inside due to long drive thru line. To my surprise this store does not use sticka to get donuts off the roller. Instead the yong man that was getting the hot donuts off was using the same gloves to pick up donuts, place them on a tray, then pick tray up and put it on the cart. With the same glove this youg man comes back to roller and starts the process over without changing his gloves. Before i placed my order i told the cashier and had him was his hands and change gloves. This should not be happening.

I think every establishment is entitled to a bad day here and there and this day was definitely theirs! They were very slow, gave me a dozen more donuts than I ordered (which I gave back) and told me to have a good day and shut the window. Never mind they forgot my coffee that was already made and sitting right there behind the clerk! I had to get her attention and remind her. Not sure what was going on but they seemed a little confused!

Waited 20 minutes in line for them to get my dordash order wrong then tried to go in but of course because of covid-19 their door was locked I was not about to go sit back in line for 20 more minutes so I pulled up on the side and walked to the drive-thru and told them they forgot my milk then they told me it was their policy for me to go in the Drive-Thru maybe yall should focus on your policy on getting peoples orders right the first time.

Im only giving this review because how poorly handled my seasonal doughnuts were..Because of this national crisis I wanted to surprise my kids with their favorite treat..but when I opened the bag..in which I think it shouldve been placed in a box ..was a mess! I couldnt even see the bunny nor the other decorations..i was very disappointed..but hey they still ate it..

I was offered an employment opportunity. I did my interview and later got the job offer in my email which i accepted. After accepting the job offer i spoke with them maybe 2 times where they claim the system was down. Its been a month now they completely GHOSTED ME. I had made arrangements ect to start the job. You shouldnt give someone an entire job offer have them sign it tell them they are about to start just to have them to sign and leaving them with false hope its just wrong. This happened at the Burlington Location. And unfortunately i turned down another job for them so now i have to start my job search ALL over again with 3 children to take care of.

Always GREAT DONUTS!!! Parking lot can be challenging, only right turns allowed from any exit of the lot. Not a problem for most locals, but can be problematic for travelers unfamiliar with the area. HOT NOW sign on, on a regular basis. BEST DONUTS IN TOWN.

Clean, friendly staff. The strawberry sprinkle looked picture perfect. My only concern was only half of the cream made it into my cream filled. But it was good anyway. Will probably return.
