The owner gave me one price over the phone, when I called to pick it up, it was twice the price. When I went to get it, he added another $50. So $370 for a water pump and oil change. I paid for the pump separately. There was a tow fee of $50, which I was aware. His excuse, he didnt remember telling me it would be under $200. He lost a customer and Im taking him to court. Get a written quote before you use this place. Sad his shop workers work on cars with guns on their side. Shady so they try to intimidate. How sad!

This was my first Time going to this shop. My brake line was rusted and need new lines they was very reasonable to put on my brake lines. Compared to the other shops . The staff is very friendly and professional. The next day I had problems with my car starting up instead of getting it towed to shop. Th The manager Lorenzo came to my house to see what was wrong the battery cable was loose with no extra charge he was very friendly nice and professional.They go beyond to help satisfy you thank you

Took my vehicle there to be diagnosed and repaired, paid over $1000 only to find out they were misdiagnosing. After the third time returning the vehicle for the SAME issue (twice went to pick up and didn’t even get out of their lot good and I could still hear and feel the original issue) was told that I needed a transmission and to take it somewhere that repairs transmissions. So I did only for them to tell me that it was NOT a transmission but the same issues that Affordable stated that they repaired. After I had it repaired, I took it back to Tim (affordable auto), and informed them them that there repairs weren’t done correctly per the transmission shop and asked for some type of refund. Affordable refused stating I should have brought it back to them for a fourth time (same issue) even though they told me they couldn’t fix the issue and to take it somewhere else.I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone. They failed to perform the job correctly along with refusing to stand by their work.If you use them please do so with EXTREME CAUTION I’d hate for this to happen to anyone else.

Had my truck done in a timely manner, Tim the owner is very upfront about costs and parts needed. Will be going back to him! Plus all old parts was explained on there function in the vehicle...truely a nice honest man. Give him your business! No credit card machine yet so bring cash for awhile. They were backed up when I called about hitting a large pothole and damaging my tire, but said they would take a look at my car to make sure it was safe. Had a set of 4 tires installed on my 2017 Silverado. Very fast and was able to get the size and brand I wanted within 1 day. Lots of used tires in stock as well in case you need one in a pinch.

I had them put in a motor it has taken them 12 days to put it in. I just keep getting the run around all I kept hearing was yourCar will be ready tomorrow, and still no car you have one mechanic telling you one thing another something new. I still am without a car and due to this I have lost my job. They don’t really care about getting you your car in a timely manner. It don’t take 12 days to do a motor. I will never recommend them and last time I deal with them.
