Very friendly! Did not take long for repair. Clint the mechanic was very informative and walked me through what was going on. I would recommend coming here and seeing him!! Needed a tow after my fuel pump went out, and this company was the one my insurance went through. The driver arrive right on time and was quick and professional. I later needed to have my vehicle towed to my garage the next day and decided to use their services again, and once again I was pleased with the service. No complaints here.

They wanted $367 to repair a muffler leak! I took my car to the shop to have the muffler repair looked at and get a quote. They had me sign a form when I dropped the keys off. They did not tell me that the form stated they were charging me to look at my car. I understand it costs time and money to look at my car but they failed to notify me they were charging a fee. I had to pay the fee to get my car back.

My truck broke down on my way to work. My roadside assistance dispatched All Automotive repair and towing. They have towed my wifes vehicle before, they did great then. I was pleased with my roadside assistance dispatched them again. They was there in a reasonable amount of time from being dispatched. The young lady was nice and did a great job. Would highly recommond to anyone.

I got a tire busted and called my insurance who set them up for the roadside assistance. Mr. Paul from All-Automotive Repair came to my rescue. He was well within or rather sooner than the time frame given to me. He was extremely courteous, well-mannered, thoroughly professional and knew exactly what he had to do and what he was doing. I have had the worst experience with All Automotive. They were very dishonest with us. They said we had a blown head gasket and it would cost about $1,000 to fix it. We didnt have the money to fix it so it sat for a few months. When we took it to our mechanic friend to fix it, he told us it was just a hose that was off. One year later and it is still running smooth! They also were supposed to fix our window motor. They tried 2 different times to fix it and its still not working. When I called to confront them about the problem they had nothing to say for themselves. No apology, and didnt even try to make up some kind of excuse. They will never have my business again.

They were awesome, asked them to replace my fuel pump and when they got in there to do it they cleaned up the connections and its been working ever since so Im very grateful for the honesty and that I saved some money. They also did the tow which was very convenient and not expensive.

Honest repair shop. Also, they tow vehicles.Tow drivers are friendly, helpful and try to diagnose your problems.Today years old, 7 June 2021 no longer do towes. Might need to change there name.

They towed our daughters car to an abandoned car wash place on Leith and Saginaw when it was supposed to go to our friends shop on Davison RD!! Called to see how the car was going and the owner told us it never arrived. 5 days it sat in a parking lot at an abandoned building and the driver left the keys in the vehicle!! I just thank God that it was still there! Oh they also told us to go look for it ourselves and were very rude about the situation. If I could give them zero stars I would.

They were quick to come to my aid tried a few different things but apparently not knowledgeable of all vehicles my battery is in my back floorboard of my vehicle and they hooked up to the engine part of it and could not get my car started and claimed it wasn’t the battery waited until my boyfriend was lotta work and he hooked up to the actual battery and got my car started So without having the proper knowledge of my vehicle to directly connect to my battery left me stranded for the day

Stranded on the side of the highway, Progressive sent these gentlemen out to tow our car. Unfortunately, it was 5 in the morning and no taxo was running that could pick up my family of 5 plus one dog. After they heard our predicament, they sent out another vehicle to pick us up and transport us to their shop. They let us AND our dog wait in the shop while they checked out our vehicle. They had the part ordered and in by 7. Instead of having our whole day and/or vacation ruined, they came to our rescue. We were able to cancel therental wed reserved in a panic, because they had our vehicle fixed so fast! Not once did they try to push another service on us, or recommend things we didnt want or need. They were honest and fair and they were a real blessing to us in a difficult time! If we lived in the area, we would come back for all of our automotive needs!

Had a alternator changed, mechanic did not clean terminal or tighten nut down all the way. Causing alternator to not charge. If you want to throw away your money come here if not Id recommend a muffler man or jiffy lube.
