We went in Levin Mattress Butler today. T.J. was an amazing help super knowledgeable and patient with our needs on finding our perfect Mattress. My wife and I have different options about the perfect Mattress and we were able to walk with a perfect Mattress for both of us. Highly recommend!

We purchased a mattress at the Butler store. I was very pleased with the entire process. The store manager was the salesperson who worked with us. He was extremely helpful in assisting us in choosing the right product. He was very knowledgeable about his products and very professional in his demeanor. I would highly recommend this store.

TJ did a great job. This was the only place that we went. We felt all options were presented and pricing was good. All of our questions were answered and we were walked through the process. My wife and I both feel that we are sleeping better already. So far its only because of the pillows but cant wait to sleep on the new mattress.

We went in to inquire about Purple mattresses. I had done a fair amount of research online, but TJ (assistant manager) knew a good number more things, and his demonstration was great. He had my husband convinced very quickly, and even upsold us on some really great pillows. He was kind, friendly, and handled our toddlers well. The pricing was less than I had anticipated spending, and their warranties seem very reasonable. We’re glad Levin is back.

Bought a nectar bed in a box for 799 came with 2 pillows but no bed cover or sheets like the online deal. I was also disappointed that the 356 day return policy costs you $100 to return it were the online purchase doesnt. But convenience of being able to lay on it and to carry it home today swung the vote and we bought it.. now to test it out.

We will never shop with Levin again. We were pressured into buying a mattress a year ago to get this great wonderful TV which was part of the promotion. We receive the mattress, then everything shut down, when things reopened and Levin reopened we assumed we would hear from them about the promotion. We did not. We went to the store and the same sales associate that sold us the mattress said that instead of the TV we were able to get sheets or a pillow—- for a mattress we already had sheets and pillows for—6 months later. Then the sales associate told us we could sell them on eBay? Very bizarre and incredibly disappointed they refuse to honor their promotion regardless of who the owner is.TJ was great, until he told us to sell the sheets and pillows on eBay.

I truly enjoyed purchasing our new mattresses here. I’ve always had hand-me-down mattresses from family. I’d never had this experience and it was super fun and VERY informative! Even though I wasn’t ready to purchase a larger and more permanent mattress, T.J. still spent time showing us the difference and the incredible mattresses that I’ll eventually want to afford for our larger home. He had the most incredible patience with my 13 year old daughter and I, was respectful, and took the time to share his personal experiences. I learned so much today. We are definitely returning when we are ready to purchase our King when we get a bigger house in the next couple months. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I’ve never felt so happy after purchasing something so important and permanent. Thank you Levin!

Awful service. Hate our mattress and they lied about return policy. We were originally told $200 return charge Now it’s $700Don’t listen when it comes to mattress cover they are a slippery cover that sheets don’t stay on. And not returnable !Go anywhere else !
