Well that was a waste of my time. Came down from Deer Lodge just to pick out some hand cut tomahawk ribeyes, and theyre closed. Website said they were open. It would have been nice if they updated their business hours on their website. Weather theyre open or not, I will not be back.

A great place! The feel of an old neighborhood grocery. You walk in the door and get the smell of fresh produce! The staff are top shelf and real butchers, not just meat cutters.( theres a difference). Beautiful selection of meats. I highly recommend you try the bacon. Great for a addition to your weekend exploring. I recommend this buisness!

The absolute BEST, and freshest meat in Butte. With deals and prices that nobody can beat, and a variety of cuts and types of mean both frozen and fresh in their cold case, I buy all nearly all my meat here. Rounded out by an excellent and friendly staff, as well.Friendly staff, great selection, better prices, and quality 2nd to none, whats not to like?

I ordered a ham for Christmas Eve dinner. It was FABULOUS! We got the apple glaze. It came wrapped in foil, and I just heated it up in the foil. The ham was tender, flavorful, and not dry at all.This was my first time to the market but it wont be my last. I look forward to discovering more tasty treats at Excelsior Meats.

Wonderful people, QUALITY meat. Do yourself a solid and try their ham and cream cheese dip or their beef jerky. Homemade magic, I tell you.

The meat here is wonderful and close to where I live. Their Red Mountain sausage is too hot for us but all else is great.

Not many places to park, but they had decent prices on there meat. Kinda out of the way to get to but for local peps I am sure it is normal to go to. We live 30 miles away and found it online and wanted to check it out. We probably will go back when we are one our monthly meat stock trips.

Best meat in town by far wouldnt go anywhere else and the prices are good and the staff is top notch they go out of their way for you.

I thought the seasoned NY steaks were very overpriced. I bought 3 and the total was over $36. Other butcher shops are 7.50 each.
