We were really impressed with the customer service we received at this True Value location. When we walked in, Gary greeted us and showed us to 5-6 items we were looking for. It turned a 20-minute trip into a frustration-free 5-minute trip and we got all of the things we were looking for! 5 stars for True Value, 5 stars for Gary.

Cashiers are always friendly and helpful. Checkout is quick, usually less than 3 or 4 people in line. Store is clean. Deli,bakery and butcher block have helpful staff during normal operating times. Dairy is well stocked.

So how are you all doing today well on this Sunday I didnt know cuz I live over on the East Ridge and Butte Montana there is a slight little power outage affect to Safeway Stokes Etc so yeah they didnt have enough people to chat people are crew course they get pissed off if you want to do something fun and I know you got a credit card without a checkbook and start writing the check it start hearing everybody sighing and gasping like its your last breath but Stokes very friendly very nice good produce good everything you know actually I watch that store turned into three different stores so yeah Stokes is a good place guys and they got the best chicken besides Safeway now if you go over there I know were talking about Stokes but come on we got to be really here yeah their wings are pretty good you can pick them out and this and that but now if you want some wings and you want some chicken going on and youre you know and youre feeding your family or something yeah Stokes is the place thank you and merry Christmas

Stokes is an excellent grocery store, with a really nice seafood counter. Its really convenient to have True Value attached for all of your hardware needs. Very glad to have them in our community.

Good quality fruits, veggies and meats especially attractive on sale. Reasonably well stocked with other food essentials. Also now has well supplied Hardware section.

The best part about Stokes is the attached hardware store. Until that was put in the latest open hardware store closed at 7pm. They are open until 11!The grocery store offers a free piece of fruit for your kids. The only downside is the bathrooms could use some help.

Stokes you can easily see it from the road nice people work there vast variety of everything and then you got the hardware store right next to it good place to go. And theyre having sales right now.

I went through Stokes in Butte, MT for my wedding. I would give them 20 stars if I could. They were so helpful, attentive, and easy to work with. Anything I wanted, they put together for me. I had to feed 200 people, and it costed about $1000 to feed them all. Compared to the caterer I had, who was going to cost us about $3000. They made a huge garden salad, a potatoe salad, macaroni salad, huge veggie trays and fruit trays that looked BEAUTIFUL, and the juiciest fried chicken. It was hot, ready, and on time for pick up. I cannot thank them enough. I would recommend them over and over!!

Best donuts in Montana, next time I will take a picture. Did not make it around the store, but best made from scratch raised donuts. I did not see cake style, but the fritters were good.

This is the only market I use to shop at because its conveniently right by my house, but now I will never spend $ at stokes again. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. The manager was obviously stalking me knew everything in my cart, which is fine but obviously didnt watch closely enough to realize I put a few items back. So Im checking out have my items on counter and the manager comes up asking where I put these items so I tell him and he demands I show him so I walk back and point to them and walk away he then proceeds to follow me with the items, is imagine to put them back in their rightful place. I walk right past the checkout and he says are you going to buy your stuff. Are you kidding me I will never spend another cent at stokes and will tell everyone not to shop there. If your going to follow someone around and prevent stealing at least make sure you know what your talking about. That store was full of people looking at me like Im a thief.. Most embarrassing thing ever and Im going to see what I can do about this because I sure cant call and talk to the manager because he is the manager..

Good customer service, the layout is weird due to a grocery store being attached to a hardware store.

I gave them 4 out of 5 cuz a lot of times I have to hunt for help...they have GREAT Deals and there produce is best in town most of the time (Safeway can be on par with them but more expensive). Their meat department have TOP NOTCH staff willing to help any way they can! (And they are less expensive then Safeway or The Meat Block)

A nice store, with a helpful staff. I wouldnt recomend the meat dept. though. The last two purchases from their meat dept. were quite old and should have been pulled days before they were purchased. The ground beef looked nice and pink on the outside, but when it was broke open it was grey all the way through. I was very disappointed as we had taken it to the lake and werent able to bring it back for a week, so lost 10.00 on two plus pounds of 93/7% Beef...

Great deals and selection here. Watch out because prices are hiked on some basics to make up for the great loss leaders. But if you shop strategically this is a great store for you.

Well stocked and generally clean store. Albertsons has great weekly specials and even more specials and coupons available through their free app for iPhones and Androids. They even have a customized savings program that learns your shopping habits gives you specials and discounts based on your buying preferences. The deals are called, Just 4 You, it was developed by Safeway, but after Albertsons acquired Safeway, it is now available at all Albertsons.The deli is full service and has great specials, especially Cheap Chicken Monday, a great deal on 8pc carryout grilled or fried chicken.One of my favorite Albertsons policies, they open another checker if there are 3 people or more in line. I visited this store during the busy 5pm dinner rush and thanks to their policy, I was in and out of the store in a hurry.

Parking is easy access to the facilities.
